The care and kindness of Dr. Wiles and her staff is consistently excellent.

After being a patient there for 25 years, I disagreed with a relief veterinarian. She lied said I degraded her and I was dismissed without even a phone call. A generic stamped letter in the mail, that's what you get for loyalty.

The staff here really cares. They went out of their way to help me when I needed to have my pet seen. Everyone here is always upbeat like good morale. You can tell the doctor cares about the staff because the policies protect them from the spread of Covid. Well, that sentiment speaks volumes about the nature of the office and quality of care my pet receives.

I want to start by saying, I am a crazy person when it comes to reading reviews and after coming across this listing, reading reviews, and then actually taking my kitty to their facility to get looked at, I can definitely say that the reviews are nothing short of the truth! I couldn't be happier with the service we got today. Dr. Wiles was incredibly sweet and willing to give our kitty Emma the best care at an affordable cost. First, she squeezed her into her already booked schedule and examined my cat between patients. And then called me to discuss treatment options and was so considerate of my budget. She even included a free fabric kennel which I was not expecting at all but I am so incredibly thankful because all we had was a cardboard box! I will definitely be using them for ALL of my future vetrinary needs. Thanks a million to Dr. Wiles and the amazing staff at Animal Hospital Of Garland! We are forever greatful !

Friendly knowledgeable staff who really care about your pets.

Dr. Laura is very skilled, kind and cares about our dogs. The techs in the office are great, they help us get our dogs in and out of our car, they call them by name, both adore the doctor side and their great groomers. Please check them out, you will be very satisfied.

Extremely helpful and professional. We didn't have an appointment but they worked us in. The dr was amazing! She was friendly and made me feel at ease with our dogs limping. Love them!!

It is a rare privilege to me people that are so truly caring about the animals they work with. The compassion they show is sincere and they go way beyond the call of duty!

I highly recommend them. After bad experiences with other vets, I highly appreciated them always calling post-visit to see how my dogs are doing or how they react to medication.

I was unable to get an appointment with my usual vet after my cat began urinating out of the litter box frequently and straining to do so. I called Animal Hospital of Garland and they were able to fit me in within a few hours. Dr. Wiles immediately identified the life threatening bladder obstruction and got to clearing it. Everyone was so great and kept telling me I acted quickly bringing him in. Dr. Wiles saved his life and referred him to be taken to MedVet of Dallas. A day and a half later my kitty is home with me and I’m so thankful! I will be switching my primary vet to Animal Hospital of Garland. ????
