Very nice experience with this veterinarian. The Dr was wonderful and made me feel at ease with her explanation of what was going on with my Schnauzer. The front desk staff was awesome and caring about my J.R. I will be using this veterinarian as his doctor

Staff was professional, as always! Great service and great care for a rescue dog, who was nervous and apprehensive.

My dog was very sick and I'm practically their neighbor and they would not see my dog. No one in waiting room . I hope you people can sleep well at night turning someone and their pet in desperate need. We needed your help. I sincerely hope you don't do anybody else in need the way you did us. Shame on you and your establishment.

Dr Jan is the best veterinarian that I have ever known. She has always gone the extra mile for our pets and we love her!

The vet and vet techs are great!! You can tell they really care about animals. We take our 2 cats here. They are also very decently priced.

I love Dr. Dewitt she is wonderful! I would never take my pets anywhere else. The only thing I would change is the front office ladies, who are not very friendly at all. They act like you are an inconvenience.

We have been taken our girl here since she was a pup. Dr. Jan is friendly and she knows her stuff. She has gotten our girl through some tough times! The office staff is another thing. They can be rude and act like you are an inconvenience to them. The office itself could use an update as it is old and worn down but I guess it serves its purpose.

We've used them for 30 years. Nuff said...

Dr. D is the absolute best. She saved my little dogs life. I am eternally thankful to her and her staff.

There is an older African American lady who sits in the front with the ABSOLUTE worst attitude.THE WORST! (I checked the reviews and seems like I am not the first to complain about her.) She’s always snappy whether it’s at the pet or the owner. She was rude, impatient toward my dog because he didn’t stand on the weight scale? (I don’t believe he understands human language? ) Yesterday I asked for my documents and she was rudely snapped “Sign your receipt first !” “Tell your dog to get on the scale !” She called my dogs name incorrectly and I corrected her (Because I could even tell if she speaking about my dog or another one) She responded back with “Whatever!” She’s like this every visit . At first I thought she was just having a bad day but this seems to be baseline. I don’t understand why people like this are hired as FRONT DESK clerks. Someone should talk to her about her TERRIBLE attitude. I’m sure she’s hardly a ray of sunshine to work with . Everyone else is cool though.

Their prices are much more reasonable than the other vet I was going to. Vets here are nice and explain things well. Have full trust in their work. Only minor gripe is one or two or the front desk ladies are a bit.. standoffish..

Never had a bad vet experience here and Dr. DeWitt is a great help. Note she is blunt and flat, so she is VERY direct in what you need to do and how to help your pets. Updated August, 2021 Recently the service staff has become very rude. I have noticed a decline in appointment time service as well. Show up for a 2pm appointment? Don't expect to actually see anyone for about another half hour if you are lucky. Why bother making appointment times if I show up on time then half to wait upwards to an HOUR before someone comes into the room? Sometimes they call you into a room to see there and wait for that hour. What is even the point?

The staff is great and Dr. DeWitt is wonderful! Can't say enough great things about this clinic! Prices are reasonable, too!

Our cat needed surgery to remove a tumor. They explained everything from the surgery to aftercare needed and did a tremendous job. All this for a cost about 1/3 of what VCA wanted to charge us. We highly recommend this place.

Dr DeWitt is an amazing vet she is the best vet I have come across. But as of her staff it's only a specific 2 staff members who seem to have the worst attitudes and customer service and need new attitudes because they're bringing down this vetenary clinic.

Veterinarian is knowledgeable and nice. It's a down home establishment, reminds me of a vet in the countryside. Staff is nice.

Dr. Jan is the best! Had to put our 15 year old beagle down. Dr. Jan did all she could but he was just too old for his body to recover. Arranged with them to have him cremated. They took care of everything.

Cant wait to go back lovely experience

I called 12:30p to ask what time they closed today 6.21.21 n whomever answered… told me right of quick, No Available Appts! So much for the care of animals n this facility! She didn’t even ask me if I wanted to make an appt at all! Glad most here have had a good experience but being my First call, Very Very Disappointed!

My dog was attacked by two dogs that got out of their gate so I needed help ASAP and this place got me in immediately. They’re cheaper than other places too so that’s a plus.
