I love this place and their dog bakery items. Seems like it's owned by a husband and wife who own many animals themselves. They aren't overly cheery and they don't bother you when you look around. They will help with whatever you question you have. When I was asking about surgical cones for my dog, they suggested a surgical suit instead and even measured my dog for me then and there and found one that would fit him. They even let him try it on. My dog loves the doughnuts they have and all the bakery items. They even have cakes for their birthday. My cat loves the wide variety of treats I can get for her. They even have a freezer section of goat's milk, frozen treats and food. Wonderful clothing section and toy selection. I come here everytime I get paid to spoil my babies. Come here on your next Sunday funday and take something home for YOUR babies, they'll love you even more for it!!!

We just love this place! The variety is out of this world, they have the most inclusive products for dietary needs and Mr. Roogs loves the walk to get there and loves all the attention he gets in the store from the owners!

I have a pet that eats a special diet and it is the only reason that I came here...at first. I quickly realized that the owner was incredibly genuine and sweet. So, I kept coming back. My pet's special food is always in stock, Kathy (the owner) is always so sweet, and they are beyond knowledgable about all of the products they have in their store. Any time I have a question about a product, they always have answers. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Top food and litter brands. Plenty of unique toy and accessory choices compared to chain pet stores. Great care and customer service. Really enjoyed shopping boutique style for my 2 cats.

The Upper Paw goes above and beyond for me every single time. I've had trouble with my dog's food lately. They have researched for me while I stand there comparing options and even provided me with generous samples. Recently we found a food my dog loves and they ordered it in stock for my baby. I get off work late so I'm always concerned about catching them during closing time but they kindly insist if I ever run late to give them a call and they can wait a couple minutes. That's just the kind of customer service you don't get anywhere anymore. They treat you like family. A real Dallas gem for all pet owners!

Large pet supply store. Total surprise for the area, but will make a great main stay. Clean store with helpful worker. Tons of food options for dogs and cats. Great selection of dog clothes, collars, and accessories. Dog biscuit bar that is too cute!

Family atmosphere and great owners.

The owners are super nice, friendly, and helpful. Dogs are welcome in the store and the owner usually has a treat ready for them :) Prices are a little high compared to the big box stores, but I like supporting such great people and a local business!

Our trainer referred us and this place was so cool inside ! Great selection of pet items I was very pleased and will definitely be shopping here . Their prices were very reasonable not at all over priced for a pet boutique type store !!! Custom dog cookies and great selection of food and clothes and collars ... was also told about a reward type program offered for pet food ! If you haven’t been to this store you must stop by !
