Everyone was very professional and nice! They listened to what my concerns were with my pet and helped put my mind to ease. I will definitely be bringing my pets here again when needed.

ABSOLUTELY the worst vet I EVER encountered with. COMMUNICATION is the worst. I came today for the 1st time to have 1 puppy looked at. I checked in around 2pm finding out my puppy will need surgery… (Mind you, I have 2 pups whose experiencing the same issues, but one was being seen and the 2nd pup was at home)..The ENTIRE time I was there waiting…NOT once did they check on me or give me an updated status. I had to go to the front desk “2.5 HOURS- 4:30pm” later to ask about my pup. Not only does it stops there…The Dr gives me the worst news by telling me my puppy may have to be put down and of course, I’m in an emotional state at this point. The Dr mentions my other puppy and recommended me to bring him in and see if my he’ll also need surgery. Before doing so, I expressed to her, I will rather not spent HOSPITAL fee and can take the pup to the vet in the am. If she doesn’t mind taking a peak and seeing he’ll need surgery, I can bring him in. She agreed!….Welp, THATS A LIE! Because I asked her questions PERTAINING to the (DOGS) and I’m CHARGED for a 2nd exam fee. Not ONCE DID she mention it especially when I expressed to her, I can’t pay that. As I’m checking out the blonde head long extension chick (vampire looking teeth) coped an attitude and rolled her eyes at me and the dude with short brown hair that sits at the front desk huffed his breathe ALL from me questioning why I’m being charged for 2 exam fee when I was TOLD by the Dr I wouldn’t be. Never AGAIN, will I return! WORST customer service and a bunch of staffs with attitudes. Will definitely make sure I inform family and friends to stay away. Oh and let me add… I was at this vet from 2pm and just leaving at its 8:48pm which shouldn’t even took this long but they couldn’t overlook the 2nd exam fee even though the Dr agree upon me bringing the 2nd puppy. Seems this place is money hungry and I’m so glad I don’t have to use them regularly for my furbabies.

Words can not express how horrible and unprofessional this clinic is... from the money-motivated owners to untrained techs, this place is a nightmare. One of my friends used to work here and told me horror stories. There's no training, the doctors neglect patients and they even had am emergency cat pass away in it's kennel because the doctor would not look at it. The cat place next door is riddled with disease and staff who will not wash their hands or properly clean kennels, and had 30+ kittens die from disease there due to that. and the owner KNEW! All of the staff are new, INCLUDING MANAGEMENT AND THE DOCTORS. That's a MAJOR red flag. I went here while my friend was employed, and I'm glad she left. They place you in a DIRTY exam room, have someone come in after 30 minutes to question you, then the doctor will take another 30 minutes just to "examine" your pet. They don't tell you the prices on anything, but expect you to pay upwards of $400 for a general wellness exam. They get away with it too, and consider themselves "high class". The doctor (apparently the owner) was very condescending and rude, and talked down to be the entire time. The tech there (blonde, white shirt, female) didn't seem like she knew how to even handle an animal, and kept talking to me like I was 5 and knew nothing about animals. FYI, I've owned dogs and cats for 15+ years. The reception was... okay. Don't bring your pets here. This is not a good vet.

I woke up last Sunday and my cat was bleeding from his mouth. I was clearly alarmed and wasn't sure where I could take him quick that wasn't going to break the bank as most emergency vets are really expensive. I took him to Easy Lake and they were VERY kind and VERY understanding to my situation. They didn't have any openings necessarily BUT they were able to do what's called a day appointment where he stays the day with them and they can assess him in between other patients (from what I could tell). I was able to go back home and get some things done while patiently waiting. Turns out he has an abscess and they told me they would not do anything without my permission but the high level of professional doctor noticed that my cat can be temperamental and she didn't have much time to be examining him before he lashed out, so she gave him a much needed antibiotic shot before she called. She apologized but I felt it was absolutely amazingly awesome of her to recognize the behavior of my cat and do what was best for him! We are putting together a plan together to make sure he can get his tooth extracted, etc! I will be revisiting this vet again and possibly bringing my other animals in there as well! Everyone was super nice! <3

For anyone considering a job here: Management is awful, pay is terrible, and coworkers bully each other. They will promise positions and promotions but rarely follow through, REGARDLESS of position. Management and the owners highly favor clients who donate, which often results in severe accidents that put the business' integrity at risk. I worked their for six months, and it is by far the worst establishment I have ever had the misfortune of working for. Their turnover rate reflects all of this, so apply at your own risk!

Staff are really lovely and great with animals. My only issue is that things can get really pricey. That said, if you're careful about not buying all your supplements, etc. in house, it's a great place to get good care for your animal family members.

We take our sweet pup, Winnie, to East Lake for grooming. Joseph is the best! He always does such a great job. Best groomer we’ve ever been to!

ALL staff care deeply about the beloved pets we bring in. I have never had a negative experience here. They are not cheap, but the quality of service and concern shown are worth a lot. The facility is immaculate - I never see even a hint of poor housekeeping. They also rescue animals and can be counted on as a shelter.

Slowly going downhill. I have been going to this facility for years. Anytime an entire staff is replaced it is a red flag. The facility itself is top notch and impressive, but there is no communication with pet owners. I came here because I wanted my pet to have the best. For these prices I expect 5 star service. We are in the middle of Covid understandable. Tell me if I am coming on a busy day so I can reschedule. Not having my dog in a kennel for 8 hours FOR A BATH! Not lost samples, waiting hours with no phone call, performing expensive X-Rays without notifying me. And newest front desk people being the rude ones.

We just got our puppy Peruna Sunday and she had her first vet visit Monday. It went so well we can't wait to go back for the second round of vaccs! We found our forever vet, the kindness they showed towards animals and humans was just what we were looking for. Excellent care and facility, thank you East Lake Vet!

We left our cat Lu here while we went on our honeymoon and the East Lake Cat Care Center was so good to him. They actually sent us photo updates every day. Our cat is also diabetic which can be a lot to manage and they we're great at communicating his glucose levels to us and keeping him healthy while we were away! I would recommend that to anyone looking to board a cat.

I have been going here for years and absolutely love this place! The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. The doctors spend as much time with me as needed to answer all my questions. They never try to rush me out! I also love the fact that this is a one stop shop vet! In addition to regular vet visits and emergency treatments, they also do an exceptional job with their grooming services! AND they have a doggie day care and adoption program. The hours of operation are also convenient!

Last year I adopted a real sweet pup from East Lake. They provided very well for him with meds, food, a leash and a ton of other things to make sure he had all the appropriate care. In the time since I've switched my two other pups to East Lake. They listen to every last detail that I have to share and are very interested in providing exactly the treatment and experience needed for your furry friend. I appreciate that they are independently owned (as opposed to being part of a chain) and that I never had to wait in my car during the pandemic unless I wanted to. They are open until 9 in the evening every day of the week, which provides much appreciated flexibility, and they even price match on meds and food. Thank you, Dr. Fling and Friends! :) <3

The hospital itself is great, the staff is great and I really like this place but I took my dog to get neutered and they failed to give me an estimate and I should have asked for one but I ended up walking out of there spending 1000 bucks and that was with teeth cleaning and extraction too but I almost collapsed... so just do your homework..this place is on the higher end of pricing for everything.......

When Dr. David Hille, our dog Peaches’ vet, took a leave of absence a few years ago after having sold his clinic to a national chain, we were heartbroken. He was our cherished vet of 20 years. So we went to his wife Dr. Karen Fling’s East Lake Veterinary Hospital and were thrilled to find an exceptional group of professionals, led by Dr. Fling, an extraordinarily professional, kind and caring lady...also cherished! From the moment you walk in the door, everyone at the front counter is courteous, highly-qualified and efficient. The entire staff is — it’s remarkable, and it’s their culture. Now that Dr. Hille has joined East Lake, we couldn’t be happier. And so is Peaches!

We drive over 30 minutes to East Lake Vet because we love the doctors and the care we receive. Our most recent visit was with Dr. Kim and she was extremely thorough in explaining our pet's test results to us. She was also patient when answering our many questions, we never once felt rushed. We continue to choose East Lake Vet because of this exceptional care.
