Clean shelter. My little girl came from there. She is sweetest girl anyone could ask for.

Super friendly and I LOVE that they have a store you can buy stuff from and the proceeds go to support a great cause. It was perfect to get our new baby and tons of stuff for her really cheap

Staff was friendly and polite.its an efficient service provider. If I had enough money to donate this would be my choice of charity

Staff is great here and extremely helpful! Brought home our new baby today and he’s adorable!! They made sure to fatten him up which every puppy enjoys and we couldn’t be happier ????

Great place for finding your Forever Pets

The staff there was compassionate and very comforting. I left there very happy with a Maltese.

Went to have my mom's dog to sleep (he had prostate cancer and it was recommended by the vet as no surgery could fix it). They were super nice and accommodating but we didn't get to stay with him during the process. It was free of charge as we are residents, so that was nice.

Wonderful Organization, I adopted the cutest, sweetest dog, Lucie, she is so happy, so are we :) Thank you DFW Humane Society ????

Very clean place. Surprise... It doesn't smell at all!

People working here are very helpful. Our adaption process was smooth and super easy. There are a lot of pets waiting to be adopted and welcome them into their houses. I recently adopted a kitten from DFW humane society. You can go interact with pets and feel comfortable before making the decision. There's a one time addition fee or donation for the pet. They are doing an amazing job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I was very satisfied with service although I wish I new the cost before I came because I really didn't have it to pay and they didn't offer a payment plan so I didn't get groceries that day ????

Fostered for this place a few times. People are great. They are very kind towards the animals there. They gave me few blankets, leashes, food, dog beds for the pups I have fostered which was very helpful!

I loved it I even adopted my cat midnight there I love that they put you in a room with you animal to see if they are just right for you the staff is very nice its clean but the downside was we had to wait about 2 hours to get in but it was worth it i got my fluffy ball of joy!

Went there to see if they have any puppies for adoption or sale, i was standing by the door the lady comes out calls a name take the ppl who came after me and looks at me and points at the paper that it was on the door and very rudely says (call this number they will assist you) and shot the door.

Adopted from the Irving location and was pleasantly surprised. Everything is so nice. Staff was awesome. I can tell our puppy has been loved. Him and my toddler are instant friends.

Super organized clean and friendly. I never adopted a cat before and this place rocks. Rules are a little different due to covid. You must arrive and call when your here and wait for a call back. I was 1st in line and only waited 5 minutes. They open at 12 noon not 11 as posted on website. I am taking a cat home today and very happy.
