CMC is amazing! We took our 4 month old lab puppy first to Board and Train where he learned amazing commands and obeyed the commands. When we brought him home we continued the training and he did amazing. At 7 months old we took him back for Off Leash Training and I can't tell you how wonderful Glynna and her team were. Our dog was loved and loved during his training, and it was so effective. We are home for the first day and I have already taken him around the neighborhood where he did a phenomenal job. I am in love with CMC and know that when my pup is there that he is respected and loved tremendously. I am also grateful for the continued support after Board and Train and already for our Off Leash Training. They truly want you to succeed and your puppy to succeed and Glynna and her team are right there for you every step of the way! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I LOVE this facility! They truly care about the dogs, and it shows. I had my dog trained, and i just picked her up 3 days ago and it’s such a difference! I could barely walk my dog on a leash, now she walks beautifully, even with distractions!

We completed private lessons with one dog at the Flower Mound location and Board and Train with another dog at the Justin location. We have also used both locations for boarding on numerous occasions. The staff are amazing at both locations! My dogs LOVE going here and come home happy every time they board! I never worry when I’m out of town because the staff takes such great care of them and loves on them when I’m away! Truly the best!

I was very excited to get my puppy trained here as he is hard to deal with and crazy. It was my first dog training by myself so I tried to get help by doing board and train. Worst money I have ever spent and will never recommend anyone to send there dog here. They told us since he is “older” that we didn’t have to keep him on leash in the house for the first week like other dogs. He was absolutley worse than before we brought him in. When I called to tell them my concerns, she was not very polite and told me “you should’ve had him on a leash than”. Along with not listening to any of the commands he now has aggression towards strangers (snarling and barking at everyone). This was something he never did in public but now it’s everywhere we go. He also has now started resource gaurding around our other dogs with food and water. Glenna also told us when we picked him up that he had contracted kennel cough. She for some reason refused to tell us until the day we picked him up. We have a 13 year old boxer at home which is a huge concern for her health. But I believe it was the way they trained him with the collar. After a few days of not pulling on the collar, which he does on every walk now so we switched to a harness to protect his throat, the coughing was gone, and for being so contagious none of the other dogs whom he shared water with contracted it. So I don’t believe he had kennel cough it was from pulling on the collar. Once again a horrible waste of money and I don’t think anyone should use this company.

We can't say enough good things about CMC. We're a week home from training and it's like we have a new dog. We just sent our 6 year old German Shepherd-Husky mix, Alfy, because he was showing major possessive/aggressive behaviors when people would come into our home. He was also incredibly protective of me and would even growl at my husband if he tried to get between me and the dog. After three weeks at CMC I feel like I am now in control. We put the training into place as soon as we got home, in the house, on walks, etc. We had people over, including 2 small kids, just 2 days after he got home and he was calm, no growling, barking, etc. Usually we would just have put him away in our bedroom because he couldn't be trusted. This night I started him on a leash and put him in a sit/stay while I opened the door. He stayed and just observed. While I finished up dinner, he was in a down/stay in the kitchen with us. While we ate, he was on his "place" and didn't get off until told to. My guests even pet him on their way out! This would NEVER have happened before! I also love that they offer ongoing Saturday classes to keep up with training and offers to bring him in for extra one-on-one time for what he isn't doing at home. We aren't seeing him heel/sit while on walks due to the many distractions around him. We will be going in on Monday for Glenna to work with him and get this handled. This isn't just a one and done. You have to be committed to bringing the training home and applying it in your life. For any poor reviews left here, you have to wonder how much the people actually did themselves, or did they just rely on the trainers to fix all their problems and things would just be solved? It doesn't work that way! It is a lifelong commitment that may start at CMC, but the owners must be committed too - and the great thing is, we aren't alone if we come across bumps along the way! CMC has changed our dog, the way we feel as a family having people over, and has given us the control back that somehow way we had lost along the way. I don't think I'll ever have another dog that I don't send their way to help us grow a strong foundation of obedience training. This is not just for puppies! You CAN teach an old dog new tricks! Thank you Glenna and your staff so so so much!

I have had a couple of friends take their dogs here and it was not effective that i have seen in any way. Owners that i know have had to retrain the dogs taken and none of the commands or training lasted more than a day after “graduating”

The staff is outstanding, Glenna and Amy are excellent in their knowledge of training dogs. They are professional but make you feel like family and truly care about your dog. I have been very happy with the care and training Jax received at CMC. The Saturday classes (free for the life of your dog) are a big plus!! Your dog will come home trained but it is up to you to learn the commands, practice, be persistent and give praise. It is a team effort and well worth the money and time it takes. Glenna has always responded with a phone call or email when I have a question. Thanks to CMC I have a happy obedient dog, I give CMC 2 thumbs up and 5 gold stars!! Lynn Knox Dallas

CMC Dog Training has been a game changer for us. One pup is 8 years old and the other is 2 years old. Our pups are much more pleasant to go on walks with now. We did the “board & train” and this was perfect for us. We have been back for a couple of the free reinforcement classes and enjoy those as well. Sign up early as they graduate a lot of pups!

The folks are nice for sure and training is great! However, our first boarding experience was not that great with them. Our lab came back with some scrapes and larger scrape on his nose that we need to watch closely now or it may get infected. They said he was nudging the caged door area with his nose quite a lot but I would assume they should have watched him closely enough or stopped it from happening before it started bleeding. I'd recommend touring the boarding first to see if your dog can accommodate to it. We did not and that is our fault.

We love Amy and Glenna- more than anything, our golden Whiskey loves them and they him! He gets so excited to go visit them when we board him there. We did the training there too and we were so happy with it! Glenna & Amy are always willing to help and offer the best advice! I remember calling Glenna before we had even brought Whiskey to their training and she spoke with me for 30 minutes on the phone giving me suggestions of what to do with him (he was a crazy little pup!) we are so happy we have them! They feel like family!

Wow! I cannot say enough about CMC! I dreaded walking our pup. He barked, pulled, lunged...you name it. I have trained my other dogs, but after 1 ½ years with him I threw in the towel and sent him off to Amy and Glenna. When we got there they showed us the little leash they would use. HA! I didn’t believe it and was very doubtful. But I left him anyway. It was a long three weeks waiting for our baby to come back to us. The day finally came and we went to pick him up. She gave us a ton of instruction and showed us again the leash that you used to train him. I was still doubtful. And then he came out. They showed us what he could do and we got to train with him ourselves. He was amazing! I would say the first few days I was impressed - but not amazed. After a week of having him at home and training him every day, we took him back for a group lesson. He did even better! And then I brought him home again. It’s been one week and one day since we first got him back and now I am AMAZED! Today I took him for his first walk around the block. He was amazing! No pulling. One bark. That’s it! CMC did wonders with my pup! The group lessons made it all even better and I cannot wait for the next lesson. Now I thoroughly enjoy my walks with a Bear ????!

CMC is devoted to making sure your fur kid has the best care, and the best training experience. You can see the love that have for every fur kid as they come through the door. You will be So happy and impressed when they send your furkid home!

Our fur kids are family. So as we would take the time to research the best doctor for our children or ourselves, we spend an equal amount of time, maybe more, for that place that will train and/or board our dogs. CMC is that place. They not only provided training for my Blue Heeler, they offer ongoing refreshers on Saturdays to reenforce and refresh so we don't embarrass our dogs in public. As for boarding, I know my furkid is in good hands. And loved as I would if I didn't have to board her.

One person in particular, Glenda should learn how to talk to people. She is unprofessional, rude, and I cannot believe the way she treats people!!

We love them. We had our pup trained here and always try and board here. For the training they have Saturday morning classes that you can always attend as a refresher.
