disappointed with the lack of follow through / timely response throughout the process, from appt. scheduling to the actual day of imaging. was told my dog would be imaged at 10 or 1030am and he didn't make it into MRI until maybe 2pm. Would have appreciated a heads up in this delay; 4 hour delay without anyone calling was unexpected. we had to email / call many times to get updates since he was there much later than was expected. would have appreciated more proactive communication.

My experience with Animal Imaging was everything I hoped it would be in trying to figure out an ongoing issue with one of my dogs. They were very professional and prompt in response to all of the questions that I had, and even spent a fair amount of time trying to squeeze information out of the doctors at DVSC that took over a week to send in her referral. the employees were all very kind, especially Rachel who took care of my girl that day. I am very grateful that they were so prompt and providing information and that I knew they really cared about my dog. They said I would have results in 24 to 48 hours and I got results the morning after her appointment so everything was very quick. I hope to not need any sort of advanced Imaging for my dogs again, but I know now that I can trust the people at Animal Imaging to give them the best care

Everyone was just so kind here! From the front desk staff, to the tech who called me the day before, and then to the tech who took and brought my cat back and explained everything! You can tell they all enjoy their work and care about animals. I got good news on my cat and I’m so thankful for their explanation of everything. Highly recommend.
