Excellent selection of premium wet and dry dog food. Extremely knowledgeable staff and manager. Have been coming here for years.

Clean store with way, way, way more products than I could ever imagine using. The staff is always very nice even though I'm sure they are short handed and just like 98% of all businesses. The only thing that I would like to see lower prices.

Selection of products was below standard and it seems like they brush anything that falls under the shelves. Needs upkeep. Staff is friendly.

They have a self-service dog wash but it must have been a busy day because it was dirty and their hot water kept running out.

Staff here is crazy helpful, even when I’ve had issues with a delivery they’ve been understanding and helpful. For a smaller store their selection is fantastic and even carry local Texas brands like Victor regularly. You can’t beat great people and same-day delivery on anything you don’t have time to go pick up.

The staff are really nice, and the place is very convenient and clean. However the last two times we visited they didn't have the cat litter I was looking for nor the cat food. Their fish sections is abysmal, they have several betta fish with ick, so many dead goldfish, and so many fish with swim bladder issues. It was so depressing. The overall store is clean, it's usually never busy, but that fish section makes me never want to go back there.

This store is always clean! Not to mention, the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the biggest perk for us is they support TX companies.

Super clean and organized store. Cashiers greet when you enter and are super nice as you’re bagging and leaving. Gives me a good “at home” vibe. Love coming to PSP for the amazing deals.

The is the best pet store I have ever been to. Great prices, selection and they actually have people in the store to help you. I don't see ever going back to the big box pet stores.
