The did an Excellent job on my fur baby. And did I mention it was last minute appointment ????

I called for an appointment Thursday, Brittani asked if I could come right in!!! I was astonished, I’ve been calling around Taylor to get my puppy groomed and everyone was booked. I took her in yesterday, I’m so impressed! She was so sweet with our little Bri! I’ll be taking our other dogs there really soon! Thanks Brittani!

Nash loves Cassie and the team at Happy Hounds. They always do a great job and he never comes home stressed out (or knicked) like he has done with other places.

For many years my dachshund will only let happy hounds staff trim her nails or give her a bath. She trusts them and never puts up a fuss(like everyone/everywhere else!)

Very professional. My dog is terrified of having his nails clipped. She was Done clipping his before he was able to realize what was about to happen. My other dog was so terrified that he literally peed all over the floor. To my total embarrassment. He was Unable to have his clipped. But they were very professional about it. I was expecting to get asked to leave.. but she was very sweet.. highly recommend. Great job with the clipping.

They were very patient with my elderly dog. Her coat and cut looks absolutely beautiful.

My co-worker recommended Happy Hound's I was pleased staff was nice and the price was the going rate. The shop was calm and clean and my dog seemed calm going in and out of the shop. Great Job !!

We have been bringing our 8 year old Shih Tzu here for several months now and they always do a great job. He is always clean and happy with a cute puppy cut and little scarf. So much better than the cut He received at PetSmart!

I love these girls! They me to and from my car...and thats not easy with three dog aggressive chihuahuas! I know my dogs are disruptive and royal pains in the a$$ but our groomer loves them.

All groomers are so friendly and accommodating. They’ve done great work on my yorkie each time we come in

Price is very inconsistent so you never really know how much you will pay when you come pick up your dog. They don’t have a list of services displayed anywhere for reference either. Service was not the best so I was a bit skeptical about leaving my dog. They do a pretty good job but there are lots of other places that can offer consistent good customer service AND good grooming. I wanted to support this Hutto business but after my two experiences here, I’ll have to pass.

Every time I go here I’m met with smiles, warm greetings and a laid back atmosphere. They treat my dog with all the care that he deserves and he always comes out clean, happy and looking good. The price is more than fair and personally I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Have been there twice now and they have taken such good care of my big girl Noodle! The staff clearly loves their job and the animals. Highly recommend!!❤️❤️

Been taking my dog there for 2 years. He loves to see the ladies. They always do a great job and doesn't take all day like my last groomer. He smells so good for at least 10 days. I Definitely recommend them.

Happy Hounds took GREAT care of our Ziva girl!! She is very shy and wary of people. The groomer said she was very sweet and well behaved. She looked and smelled awesome!! She was clean from head to toe and did an awesome job on her toenails! And they did a great job brushing her teeth. It's been 2 weeks and she still smells great! Thank you HAPPY HOUNDS ❤️

I took my pup to them and were laid back but professional. This is everything big corporations are missing. Youve got a life customer in me. I'll be back next week.

Very happy with their service! I walked in without an appointment and asked is they would be able to trim my dog’s nails. I knew something was wrong because he was constantly liking his paw. It turned out his nail was growing into his paw. They told me they could cut his nail and let me know it would be uncomfortable for him and that it would bleed. He walked out fine and as soon as we got home he was running all over the place with a happy pep in his step. Thank you!

Charged me $50 just to trim nails and face. They said they couldn't cut my dogs hair because it was his first time. Partially my fault. I should have just walked away when they told me. Anyways jokes on me because now I have to spend another $50 somewhere else for them to actually cut my dogs hair. It’s just annoying.. not to mention NONE of the staff were wearing masks.

Never going to this place again

I am a snow bird from Illinois here with my daughter. She told me about Happy Hounds. They did a great job on Poldo. I'm sure I will see them again.

Pup got a cute rose bandana. Price was a little more expensive than PetSmart, and they didn’t shave the pads of her feet (if this is not standard with a bath/brush at this groomer I wish I had known that). Her nails weren’t as rounded with the nail grind as other groomers have done. My husband said she covered in another dogs fur when he picked her up-fur even inside the bandana. As if she was in a kennel that wasn’t cleaned out between dogs. Or fur is flying everywhere in the back area. I will probably return to previous groomer because I can book online, less expensive, and they have better hours. Quoted me $36 and it was $40 when my husband picked up. They don’t provide an itemized receipt and there’s a sign that says credit card surcharges are added to customer bill.
