Was sent to emergency vet clinic, then was told had to euthanize my dog anyway when vet at 685 clinic said that she could be saved by surgery. And spent $ on meds and special food that was NEVER touched by me, since we never went home that day.

Dr. Griepp is amazing! So kind and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend bringing your fur-babies.

Didn't get good vibes from lady at front..felt rushed..girls in back that cut my cats nails were very nice.

The clinic is very clean and inviting. They were very good about making my pet feel comfortable and safe. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and intuitive to my dogs needs. I feel confident in their abilities and will continue to use them for my pets care.

They are the best of the best! Our baby Nemo Maltese no bigger palm of hand, only a few weeks old got parvo! She almost died but with IVs medication and I was there as soon as they opened stayed all day. She made it through. Thank you for saving our Captain Nemo all grown up now. We wouldn't trust anyone else with as a family member , much love to your staff they are so compassionate helping us get through that time. Thank You

I think this vet office is amazing. Dr Gudiopally is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. I took our kitten to see him on a Saturday and he was available throughout the weekend. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I went back 3 times on Saturday and they helped me every time.

We took our Basset Hound, Jackson here for years. Since his passing, we were given a Beagle, Baxter. We immediately brought him here for checkup, vaccinations, and bring him when he's not well. If you know us, this says a LOT for the professionals here. Our babies are our world! We are pleased.

I have been taking my pets to 685 animal hospital for 10 years. I have always been satisfied with the service. Recently I had to put my sweet elderly pup to sleep. The kindness and care were overwhelming. They made this very difficult decision an easy process and paid attention to my pups feelings as well as the family. I highly recommend this vet.

They take excellent care of my dog. He likes going there. They are patient with him. And with me. And that's very important to me. My dog is a rescue dog, so he needs more love and care. They give him that. I appreciate them. I trust them completely with any of my dogs I have taken there. I would not go anywhere else.

Very nice people and very clean

Been great for 9+ years until my dog became ill. Then they will try to get as much money out of you as they possibly can. Wanted to do major surgery on my 11+ year old dog to "see" what was going on -- after we'd already spent almost $1,000 on labs, x-rays, and ultrasound to determine she had a huge mass in her abdomen. And that was all Dr. G could tell me - a mass. Luckily, I went to A&M and have vet friends -- sent them all of her paperwork and they both agreed 100% surgery was not an option. When I told Dr. G this and said we'd not be doing the surgery and asked for next steps he had none. No help to keep her comfortable; when I asked about his thoughts about CBD therapy he wouldn't even comment because she "hadn't been 100% diagnosed as terminal" by HIM. Great vet as long as your pet is healthy -- not so much when they truly need a helping hand.

Can't say enough about how great the staff is here.
