We had the sad task of letting go a beloved dog with cancer. Everyone at Towne Center was kind, considerate, and compassionate. Our thanks to the desk staff, vet techs, and vet. They helped us though the process, and were as sensitive as they could possibly be.

We had the best experience, from beginning to end. We loved all the high quality of patient care provided by the genuine and patient staff. If you’re looking for people who truly care to give your pet the best, here’s the place.

Y'all the staff here is so incredibly friendly. They showed genuine care with my senior kitty, immediately got to work trying to figure out what was wrong. Everything is clean and no animal smell. Dr and staff went the extra mile by sitting on the floor with her during the exam.

I felt really comfortable, both the Dr and all the staff were very clear, kind and respectful. I will definitely take my furry friends there. Maluca, my dog, got a few shots but still happy. ☺️

They are the most caring and loving people for my puppy! I feel very comfortable when I go there with him, they’re always friendly with a smile on their face! They recently did a neuter / cryptorchid operation on him and they did sooo amazing and took great care of him. Every time I’ve been worried about something, I just email or call them and they immediately respond to me very kindly and answer all my questions! Best vets! Recommend them 10000% , wouldn’t go anywhere else! They truly care about your best furry friend!

We just moved to this area and this was our first visit and everyone was so friendly and professional. We’ve already scheduled our 2nd visit for a dental check. So happy to have found a great vet so close to our new home.

I have never been to a vet clinic that I felt TRULY cared for my pets. It was an amazing experience, you can truly care that everyone in that office loves animals and wants the best care for your babies.

They were a big help taking me and my dog in on a short notice. They were able to explain everything that was up with my dog and what I needed to do to fix it. I hope I don't have to go back but if something happens to my pets I'll go there for sure

Everything about Dr Johnston and his entire staff is absolutely the BEST!! He cared for our late pup, Sassy, for many years until we lost her last year. We know he extended her life span by 5+ years due to his GREAT knowledge and care. He now is treating our new puppy, Sam and we are VERY confident he will get the best care as well!! Thanks SOOOO MUCH!!

The doctors and staff members of Towne Center Animal Hospital are compassionate, caring and professional. They always take the time to listen to my concerns and I trust them with the care of my dogs. We've been clients for several years and I always know my dogs are in the most loving and caring hands. I recommend them highly!

Accommodated a last minute appointment for my sons doggie.

Bam bam was sick since I came home last nite, I called them at 10:30am had an appointment at 11:30am, when everyone else was telling me they didn’t have no availability. Staff and Dr was extremely friendly, patient, and showed concern for Bam. They took time to explain to me what they seen on the X-rays and the medicine for her treatment. Will definitely be using them as my primary vet from now on. Thanks again❤️

I’ve taken my baby, Blue here a few times now and this entire team from the front desk, techs, and doctors are the kindest, most caring, and professional vet staff I have ever encountered. They treated Blue and myself with concern and respect. They gave me options, stayed in touch through his care and treatment, and really made me feel comfortable leaving my baby in their hands. If you want a vet team that is more about the care of your pet than the money, this is truly the place to take your fur baby. Affordable, available, and caring. Now that Ive found this team, I won’t be taking Blue anywhere else.

I just want to thank Dr. Johnston and his caring staff. My Selma girlie was very sick and her regular vet was on vacation. After calling several places and getting turned away I came upon Dr Johnston and they were more than willing to take her in as an urgent patient. My girlie isn’t the most well behaved at the vet but this did not deter them taking care of her.. they were very thorough and answered a worried moms questions and fielded my phone calls without making me feel I was being silly. They even called to check on her a couple days later and when I called for some additional medication for a weekend coming up they provided it without any issue. I cannot express how thankful I was for them helping my baby even though she wasn’t a current patient.. I read some complaints about a 62 dollar deposit which I think is more than reasonable for a new patient so people don’t take up a space and then not use it.. the 62 dollars is put towards your bill so you are not losing any money unless you don’t show up.

Love taking my pets here! Everyone there is so sweet and they love every pet that walks through the door.
