Theirs a girl named Brooke, I’ve seen her several times. She doesn’t have any customer service, she doesn’t greet and when you call for appointments it’s the most awkward conversation. I had to repeat myself, then she didn’t even say bye or anything. I had to say “okay bye” and hang up. If she doesn’t have any customer service skills on how to communicate with customers she should be in the back, not the front answering or “greeting” customers.

I am beyond pleased with this location. I recently relocated to Texas from Georgia and my Frenchie, Leo has not had the easiest transition. I will spare the details. However, I called this morning and the office manager answered. She was absolutely pleasant and extremely informative/helpful! She assured me it was fine to bring him in for a quick procedure and I told her I would see her soon. As I arrived she greeted me and remembered my voice, took my information and they took it from there! Leo went back for a quick procedure but once he was done, the doctor expressed some concern of wanting to dig a little deeper, given Leo has been rather uncomfortable. And that small request meant so much more to this dog mom. To feel like the doctor, who never met or worked on him, cared more then just a “quick” visit meant the world to me!!! Needless to say, I walked out with the proper medications to help my little man feel better & knowing in my heart we just found his new doctors office!!! Thank you so much!!!

Was taking care of by Tamara today she was not only compassionate and caring towards our pet but also towards the needs of the owners! Which only goes to show how much compassion and care she can show to my fur baby Jack Jack! My experience with them in the past has always been excellent my experience with them today was Beyond five star care!!

I trust VERY few people with the love of my life (my 9yr cat). But these people really came through for us on multiple occasions. I trust them completely with my precious baby, Athena. I recommend this place to all my cat and dog loving friends. ❤

They were very helpful and friendly. They did what they could for my Buddy. I am now waiting for them to call to say I can come pick up his paw print. Thank you fir all you d I fir our fur babies.

If I could give this place no stars I would the vet tech should have common sense to not leave my brand new $30.00 harness i bought the day before next to a 6 month old husky puppys cage and not think she would tear it up. When I picked her up all they had to say was "I didn't think she would do that" they didn't even offer to buy or replace the one they allowed her to chew up. The lady at the front desk was rude the whole time. I will never take her to the one in Hurst TX I walked out paying $74.00 out of pocket $30.00 in a chewed up harness. Worst place ever

I’ve been going to Banfield for twelve years off and on with one dog, and three years with another. They have never asked me for any shot records for a nail trim. But apparently that has changed. ???????????????? Update: I called corporate and they said that isn’t their policy.

When you sign your dog up for benefits, ask the person signing you up for proof of what you're signing up for, DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD! Otherwise they cannot help you undo THEIR mistake and you will get told "the supervisor can't do anything" when you ask to speak to one, and you will receive threats of being sent to a collections agency, as their #1 solution

Currently drop off for appointments but staff has been exceptional. The veterinarians will call and thoroughly explain everything. Great service

Staff is great... the earlier you go it seems a bit stressed because everyone wants to get in/out quicker, but staff seems to have things working good.

I signed up for the membership for my puppy and I had taken my dog three time because he was having a rash. And they continued to inform us that he was fine and kept on giving him rash medication. But now me and my wife have ringworms. And after some seconds opinions and research we found that our dog has ringworms as well. I am very disappointed that I pay all this money for them to not even take care of my dog, and now I have to pay more money to take care of my family.

We stopped by here while we were on a short trip, and received good customer service. We were only in for 20 minutes and out just to pick up dog food. We walked in with our puppy, picked up his food, and we were out in no time. The store is big, clean and organized. Store is accessible and has a huge parking lot that is also easily accessible.

My cat has been a Banfield patient for his entire 13yr life. I actually adopted him from Pets Mart when he was a kitten. The staff at both Banfields that he has been a patient at, both have taken care of him and treated him very well. So, ive had a good experience with them. Not everybody everywhere you go for Vet care will be a positive experience. Thats just how it's gonna be. So Banfield in Hurst, TX has taken care of him for pretty much all 13 1/2 yrs that ive had him. He will be 14 in march. He has been well cared for by the staff and my Cat behaves very well for them. We have been happy. Thank you Banfield.

Today I had an emergency with my dog and I tried to call every vet in my area and no one had appointments, as soon as I called Banfield, they gave me an appointment right away with no hesitation. As soon as I went in, they greeted me kindly and explained every plan I could get for my dog and all the details as well. They were very sweet. Throughout the whole time they had him, they called me and let me know how everything was going and getting my permission before doing anything. I really appreciated them for taking care of my dog and letting me know what was going on with him. I highly recommend this place!! Has great plans!.

Needed ONE last puppy shot. Took my dog in and was told it would be an hour and a half. I was surprised but they said it was estimated based on who was in front of me and what was going on (which makes me wonder what the point of an appointment is). Two hours later they said he was “up next.” Seems like a better or more efficient schedule would work better so dogs wouldn’t have to be caged for two hours while he waited. Not efficient, especially for one shot. Another best practice might be to inform first-time customers how their dog will be cared for when they are waiting. Are they in a cage? Are they in the room? Do they have access to water? It was not clear to me where my dog would be and how long I would have to wait. Will not be returning.

The staff is caring and just as it should be, they remember you pets name and face but you are the bringer of pet. Recommended 10/10

Fantastic staff! I couldn't give them enough stars. They take great care of our pets, and answer all questions in regards to medications, diet or training. Their environment is always clean and accommodating. I will continue going to them with all of my pets.

Called here to make an appointment to get my sick cat seen ASAP. Brook acted as though I was such a nuisance to her. She only answered my questions in one word and didn’t even ask what my cats symptoms were until AFTER I made an appointment. No compassion and VERY unprofessional!

Spent 1k on my healthy cat after their vaccination caused my cat to get sick. Wasted money on test and labs because they didn't think it was the vaccine. Never got an answer as to what caused it until the end where they said that it was probably a reaction to the vaccine.

I've been using Banfield for more than a decade now and have always been satisfied with my dogs care. The only thing I'd like to see more of is having a consistent vet there. They seem to change vets every few years.
