This is the best decision I have yet to make for me and my dog. I decided to get a large breed and knew immediately that he needed training. There's so much value in the training received at semper Amici. Jose made sure to explain everything thoroughly and even taught me a few things. My dog is now very well behaved and is able to be out in public without having to worry about his behavior. I def recommend this place !!

José is a great dog trainer with a lot of experience. Mylo joined the 3 weeks program and now his behavior has improved a lot since then. After the training he is following directions and doing very well inside and outside the house. What I like the most is that José exposed him to different places and people. He even took him to At Home for training. Thanks Semper Amici Canine Training for everything you did for Mylo! ????????????

I didn't like that they just talk all about what I can read on there website. Charged me $50 for that. They are good at boasting about their company for 30 minutes. 2 minutes training. They lady on the phone said she took notes. I had to explain again what I wanted for my pet. No I will not go to this place again.

Overall excellent experience with Jose and Semper Amici. Our small group class had a variety of dogs (size, gender, type). Jose effectively adapted the training concepts and techniques along with his one-on-one coaching to each owner and dog in the class. Jose is highly skilled. He demonstrated his knowledge and techniques with any situation presented. At each class, Jose would explain the techniques, demonstrate the techniques with our furry friend, and coach us as we assumed the training role during in-class practice. Jose and his staff were always encouraging and supportive. This approach allowed us to have greater confidence in reinforcing the concepts and techniques with at-home practice during the week.

I’m so thankful to have met Jose and the whole team at Semper Amici! They are real, genuine people that love what they do. Jose worked with my best friend and helped him become the best boy!

I’m at a loss for words at how amazing the results of this training is. If I could give more stars, I would. I HIGHLY recommend Semper Amici. Before training, I had to brace myself and my shoulders for a walk with my pup. He was a strong puller and a short 5 minute walk would be exhausting and painful. The all aboard training is definitely worth it! Jose not only taught Odie obedience, I’ve learned so much from him as well. I didn’t get this much knowledge from my last trainer. It’s not just how to physically hold a leash, it’s the why. Don’t waste anytime looking. Get your dog to Semper Amici now!
