Always welcoming and always able to get my dog groomed. They do a good job and rate is reasonable

So far so good! They take care of my babies and that's enough for me!

Upon entering the store, I was asked to pay for the service prior to receiving my dog/viewing his haircut. I took the initiative to go ahead and pay and when I received my puppy, all his hair had been trimmed off. Mind you, my dog is a Morkie, not a shih tzu without hair. I would never ask for my Morkie to be practically hairless, given that his coat is fluffy and beautiful, and he is a MORKIE. This is the second time I've been disappointed with my dog's services from these groomers, but this time added the icing on the cake given the current state of my dog's hair. When I asked for a refund, the owner of the shop started to get extremely defensive and unprofessional with me. After going back & forth he said to me verbatim, "I've been doing this for 11 years, you're just trying to get a free service," and maintained that the haircut my dog received is the haircut I asked for. This was never the haircut I asked for and I will never be taking my dog back here. Anyone that chooses to come to this place after this reading this, simply does not care about their pet.

I took my Schnauzer and Maltipoo there today..I feel so sad for my Schnauzer we got home and I noticed something yellow on his ear. I got some wipes cleaned it off then noticed blood.I was so upset that my baby had to experience that..Noone told me they cut my dog ear.I called and asked why didn't someone tell me.All he said Its nothing send me pick.And no response after pics .. How did he know it was nothing if he wanted a pic.I would have never paid or tipped.I was in a hurry and it was raining he even helped me to car and nothing was said .He knew If he said something I wouldn't pay and I would have been upset.You trust these people with your babies and to get treated like that no sorry nothing now this is not a place to go I recommend to everyone to think twice.And my haicut for Maltipoo was not even good .They lost a customer .. And I recommend to find a place where they care about your fur babies..

We're new to Houston and we're having a hard time scheduling an appointment for my shih tzu to have a full service groom. Luckily I came across this groomer who was able to squeeze us in. The service was relatively quick for a drop off and I couldn't be happier with my dog's groom. Prices are reasonable and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!

We’ve been taking our Schnoodle (Schnauzer mix with Poodle) to this groomers since 2013. They have always done an incredible job!!

My only regret is not bringing my dogs and cat here sooner. Vincent is very kind and accommodating. I have tried several different groomers and Pierre's is one of the best! If you have a cat or dog and you want them bathed or groomed, you have to try Pierre's Too!!! ????????????????

My dad takes his very old and sensitive poodle here. He's had issues with other groomers but has never had and issue here. The owner of this place a sweet wonderful man and you can tell they really care about the fur babies! This place has been around for a good while and have established themselves as a trustworthy groomers I'm the surrounding neighborhoods

Waited all afternoon to be called saying my dog was ready. At 5pm get a call saying I need to get there because they close at five and they are waiting for me. I said I never was called and have been waiting. Owner proceeds to argue with me saying I was called. Upon arrival I said no I was never called and said reason I got there so quick was because I hadn’t been called and was already on my way. He gets his wife and says no voice mail because a woman answered the phone. I said that is impossible because it is my phone and my wife is flying. He tells me to lose the attitude and never come back The shop was in the wrong and he was to stubborn to admit it. What an @hole Hope he has a lot of customers that he can throw business away

I take my Himalayan cat here regularly too get her groomed. They are very friendly, and do a amazing job for a reasonable price. They even give your pet a cute little bandanna or bow after their visit. Me and my cat love it here.

They do a great job with our 4 nervous Shih-Tzu babies, that dont like baths or being groomed. I know how much work it is to try and keep them still and get a straight cut. Very friendly and kind people. Always satisified with their service and scheduling.

Took my 13 month old Siberian Husky to get a bath and desheding for the very first time. However, I had to take my baby to the emergency clinic after a simple bath. The manager claimed she became aggressive and they muzzled her after which she caused the injuries. She had severe bruising in both eyes and a discolored neck. The vet reported that she Had bruising in both eyes secondary to neck restraining. The manager offered no apology and said that in the future ask for him because “I know how to handle her”. So, if want you her pet to be physically as well as emotionally abused, this is the place!

I love it here so do my babies .Bear is well taken care of. They do an awesome job on his grooming . Thanks everyone who has a hand and makes sure my baby is loved and always looks good . ????????????????????‍????

My husband took our chocolate lab there yesterday. Well needless to say she came back with no hair except for on her legs, tail, and head. I am not happy at all. She is not a poodle and doesn't need to be cut like one. She will not be going back

The guy who works there is rude. Don’t go there he’s the worst. If you love your animal and dont take it there.

They do a great job on my dog, the prices are reasonable and the girls take good care of my little guy.

Owner charges full price for a half grooming of my dog. Granted my dog has anxiety problems and is difficult to groom, full price for a half job? Also, owner is rude. Told me to take the dog elsewhere. I said that I will. Screw him.

The employees there are really nice, love this place.
