Brianna the Salon Lead was amazing and took extremely great care of my pup! You can tell she cares about the animals on her table and her work is so clean, I’m so happy with my pups nail trim and groom! 10/10

Nice place to find dog and cat stuff. Just didn't have the dog food I was looking for so I had to go to petsmart instead.

No one calls to let you know your dog is ready. And when you call to ask no one in the grooming department will pick up the phone. I even opted in to the text messages which only seems to be able to confirm appointments.

Why have the option to buy online and pick up in store and not have anyone a sweet the phone? You still have to come inside the store and wait in line. Ridiculous!

BAD COSTUMER SERVICE LITERALLY WAITED ON THIS GIRL MORE THAN 30 FREAKING MINUTES SO SHE COULD JUST GIVE ME 2 DAMN FISHES BUT INSTEAD SHE WENT WITH ANOTHER COSTUMER THAN US WHO ASKED FIRST.

I went to Petco to purchase fish and other items all of the workers were very friendly answered all of my questions and I was very happy with my visit

The lack of information given to those who have stated they’re new pet parents is ridiculous. I’ve been trying to get my dog groomed and have had to leave and come back 3 times now because of the lack of information given to me in order to receive grooming services. The little things are still important not just being a good dog groomer.
