They think it is fine to leave you waiting in their parking lot for 45 minutes past your apot time. They are very expensive as well. I recommend not taking your fur baby here.

I’ve been here for so long for all my animals Love the service and the friendly welcoming faces always Also my Dogs loving the place too. Maybe pricy than other places But I would say worth it Update from 5 to 1 star Due to the fact that my Dogs shot records in 2021 shows that he received an expired shot, also in his certificate of rabies First they claimed, that we are wrong and everything looks right on their computer, then they said they are fixing it??!!, then after a while they sent me a new copy paper in email with different dates and number! And claim, it was all a computer error, when they were fighting to claim the legitimacy of their computer, saying everything is right but papers we had!!??(papers they signed this morning to give me, which they have printed with the computer) ironically And all of this aside, how is it explain the fact of me having a 2020 rabies Tag when getting the 2021 rabies vaccine?! It’s because we didn’t have this years Tag! And the year is almost over… None made sense, so that was it. I was offered explanation in person, but I didn’t see myself being able to trust anything they have to say, considering after what happened, As not a single explanation they did all day made any sense or even the fact of them fighting about it being right at first, so I refused to hear it. I would update after getting a titer test on our dog.

My husband and I came here to put our lovely 16 year old German shepherd down. It was a day full of emotion, the staff was so kind to us and showed us support. It was a very hard day for us but they treated our lovely Dog with so much love, gave him attention before the moment of putting him down came.. they treated him with so much love and appreciation. Best vet clinic I’ve ever been to. Thank you to the staff for all you do!

They complained to me, that i arrived 15 mintues early for my appointment. My appointment was @10:15am, and they didn't see my dog till 10:50am. I just don't appreciate the negative comments that are unessory.

I want to thank the doctors and staff for their kind and sympathetic care of my cat. Their attentiveness went above and beyond the call. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

This is an update to my previous review. I had to put my cat to sleep last night because he had heart disease. It’s so weird just a month ago this clinic told me he was doing fine. It was an ongoing condition that could have been know before. If this clinic would have known what they were doing. If you bring your cat here, get a second opinion.

Totally professional. A&M grads. Couldn't believe how quickly they diagnosed our dog's disease and sent us to a specialist that we needed. This was our first time, and they will be our vets! We are dog lovers!

I absolutely love this Animal Clinic and so does my pup. she's been going here for about a year or so now. I've never ran into any problems and they all absolutely love her. My only concern is this lady named Yolanda ( I've never seen her here before) I'm not sure if it just wasn't her morning but her attitude personally made me very uncomfortable. My dog is a puppy therefor she gets very excited when seeing new people & she tends to jump and lick (& this is something we are working on but she is only a baby so its taking time). Yolonda was not happy at all she looked at my dog with the most disgusting look in her face and asked if I can "calm her down" and "make her sit or something" I stated to her "well she is a baby so she is very excited I apologize" she proceeds to say " I just don't want her scratching on me" I did ask if she was new here due to the fact that this is something they should be use to right? I told her if she feels uncomfortable or she isn't able to "handle" my pup please let the other lady take her back. She says no its fine then wraps the leash around her hand damn near chocking my dog and walks away. Now being in this type of profession I would think she would know of other ways to handle a hyper puppy but obviously she doesn't, now like I said before I'm not sure if it just wasn't her morning but if you aren't a animal person or you haven't been trained on how to handle certain situations like that maybe this isn't the right occupation for you.

Never go here. They burned my dogs back during her spay surgery. A beautiful lab left with scars all over her back. I never even got an apology from the veterinarian who did it.

We've used this vet clinic for 25+ years. I wouldn't take my dog family anywhere else. Dr. Held saved our dalmatian puppy, who had parvo, when the ER Vet told us to give up. Recently her kind evaluation of our 16 year old grand dog made our choice of euthanasion much easier for our family to handle. This clinic's staff are compassionate and provide excellent veterinary skills.

All the doctors and office team have gone above and beyond to care for my dogs. They have even helped me and others to locate affordable prescription insulin (human insulin) for my dog who was recently diagnosed. Thank you all~

Great place and nice service

I used to bring my dogs to Grant Road Animal but stopped due to bad service and rude/worthless employees ( Including the Vet). I want to be able to bring my dogs to a clinic that actually cares for my pets. I don't mind paying more or even at times being overcharged, but give me great service. As a consumer, I have a choice and that is why I would never go back to this vet.
