Poor care of animals in store that are on display, which makes me worried about what you can’t. Hamsters with no visible food available were fighting over eating a dead baby while a second was being attacked. Shameful. Update to owner: if you can’t find what I saw after being in your store that’s a problem. I included a picture with this post to show it. You only had a few tanks of hamsters visible.

Great work on Maltese style hair and nail trims. Store is clean and smells great too!

The people that own the place are very friendly they always seem to have what I need their fish are better quality all in all it's a better pet supply store I would recommend them to anybody that ask. ????

This place completely blows every other pet and bird place out of the water The Owner and staff was phenomenal. I had almost given up my long and arduous search for a baby Love Bird, whom I adopted from them a couple day's ago...well, a picture is worth a 1,000 words...

A great store. I currently sell chinchillas to them when I have them so we have a good working relationship with the owners. A great variety of products. Great store and friendly staff.

Great place have great selection of fish and the girl owner(sorry I don’t remember your name) is amazing she was so sweet towards me and my sister and my sister loved nico would definitely recommend going to this pet store they have everything.

People are super nice. when we go to petco, they're very rude about masks, so we started going here, and havent looked back. They have what we need, no theyre not a large pet store chain, but theyre great for getting what we need. Lots of fish, some small, cute furries, and birds. And the parrot is very friendly and tells you hello right after you walk in.

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable . He didnt seem to mind my dumb questions . I will definately be returning for all of my pet and fish supply needs .

Would be nice if you actually updated the hours on your website. It says you are open on sunday from 11 to 6pm but your not. Literally drove for 45 mins to get there and find out yall are closed today.

I’m not sure how this place has stayed in business for as long as they have.

I want to like this family owned store, my problems comes from the inordinate amount of signs presenting an unfriendly impression. For example the sign that currently sits outside that says "no window shopping." is odd as impulse buyers or people who would like to compare their inventory and prices to big chain stores can be put off by that. I also question store employees who hover over you while your browsing. They do have a nice selection if aquarium decorations. But not allowing returns or exchanges on a defective product is also a bad practice.

Bought 5 fish, 2 dead within an hour of leaving. While the bags were sitting in the tanks My 5 yr old ask, why do they swim like that? Before I even could get them in my tank...$25 and 2 fish down the drain.

I came in today with my girls to see what they had in the way of hand fed baby birds and 20 minutes later we walked out with Priscilla after learning how to feed her. She is already so sweet. We are so pleased. This is a great family owned business.

Me and my boyfriend went three and the worker was outside and saw us walking up and closed the door in our face and walked away and didn’t speak to us not once Everytime I tried to ask a question he would not make eye contact and would be super rude with attitude. He was clearly racist against white and black couples anyone else that walked in he greeted and walked around with. Just plain wrong I’ll never go here again

Good selection of fish...i posted pictures of two that I purchased from them. They are beautiful healthy fish. I feel like they could be a bit more friendly but I never felt they were being rude. Will shop with them again

Better selection than any of big chain stores

Bad experience, not welcoming...... we asked to hold a dog and the owner said we couldn’t because they haven’t had their shots and we would “get sick”. Extremely unprofessional, and rude. I Believe it was discrimination, will never be back!

A bit old fashioned building, could use some sprucing up. Of course we come for the pets (not a wide variety) but they have plenty of fish types. Bugs for feed, you can surrender animals there as well but they inspect them first so please don't go in expecting to drop off your animal. Call ahead explain the situation & they will go from there.

Cool let store has a little bit of everything. My kids love the parrots.

We adopted our puppy Dakota from Paradise Fish & Pets. He has been in perfect health and the owners of this place were so incredibly helpful.

They have a good selection of animals and merchandise. I never feel like the staff are very friendly but they are knowledgable if you ask them a question.
