I just moved to this area and they are by my house. So my male cat needed to be seen because he had a skin issue going on. The vet knew exactly what was going on and also went the cheapest route that he could go. I thought that was sweet as everyone else we have to watch our dollars. So it was nice to know that he wasn't just picking the most expensive route first. He was very nice and even let me call my husband on speaker and explained to Jim what was going on. Einstein my male cat also handled him very well, so we will be returning from here on out for any veterinary needs.

I just made a appointment for my Biever.And I was very happy.the lady that answer the phone was very nice.i have heard slot about these people so now my Biever will be happy to meet them.

I have used this clinic for many years. The staff are very professional and extremely kind. They are fantastic with my dog. (Bella) They are thorough and reasonable with they're prices. The vet (Brian Hafernick) explains things very well and makes sure you understand how to best take care of your pet. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

We forever will be grateful for the compassion with which Dr. Hafernick and his staff treated our Opie for a year. Dr. Hafernick helped to make Opie's last year a more comfortable one. When the time came to let Opie cross the Rainbow Bridge we were consoled by Dr. Hafernick's understanding and straight-forward approach to a most difficult decision. Opie's ashes were returned to us from East Texas Pet Crematory in a beautiful container with a beautiful poem, a certificate of cremation, a package of Forget-Me-Not seeds to plant in Opie's memory.

Dr. Hafernick is great. When our dog was sick overnight they got him in first thing the next morning and took great care of him. They have always been super nice and efficient with his regular checkups as well.

We were new to the area and I needed to find a new vet for my fur babies. I did my research online and chose to go to Pinywoods Vet Hospital. I am so glad I did. The receptionist was so nice, she checked me in very timely and was very sweet. I REALLY like Dr Brian, he was great with my pet and took time to talk with me and answer my questions. The tech in the room helping Dr Brian was really sweet. They made me feel comfortable and the best part is that they are very reasonable with there prices. I will be going back on a permanent basis. Thank you Dr Brian and staff for being there and being do nice!!

Dr Haffernick and his staff are very good and have a heart of gold when it comes to the patients and their owners.i highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you for showing your sympathy to my granddaughter today when she had to put her dog Spot to sleep. I appreciate the concern and care you gave her and him.

I don’t even know where to begin. Our dog, Sarge, of 14 years began having some major medical issues. We rushed him to Pineywoods Vet Clinic, they got him right in. With a very heavy heart, we had to put him down. He was my husbands therapy dog since coming home from Iraq, 14 years ago. As a disabled Veteran, my husband Brad had Sarge to be his calmer, his best friend, and apart of our family. When we made the decision to let him go be with Jesus, Dr. Hafernich was AMAZING to say the least. He was compassionate, sympathetic, professional, understanding, comforting, and did not rush our time saying goodbye to Sarge. His staff were amazing as well. This has been the HARDEST thing my family has had to endure. The love we have felt from this vet clinic is so appreciated. I just got a beautiful card from them with Sarge’s Paw Print inside of it. While it made me cry, it made me smile too. Sarge is no longer paralyzed, no longer hurting, and he has received the ultimate healing. Thank you Pineywoods Veterinary Clinic for taking such good care of our fur babies.

I adopted 2 Kittens and took them to Pineywoods for their wellness checkups! The Vet and Staff were GREAT to my kitties and me! They have my future business, no doubt.

I never write reviews for anything, however I was compelled to give my opinion of the courteous caring professional staff and vet, Doc Brian, at the Piney Woods Vet Clinic. They have been caring for my dog Billy and his health problems the last several months, and made every effort to diagnose and alleviate his medical issues. Because of their professional service and the caring attitude the vet and staff project on a daily basis, I believe Billy had some additional quality time of life , and we were able to enjoy his company far longer than we had imagined we would. We have an additional 14 dogs, and every one will be going to the Piney Woods for their care. I anticipate moving further north in East Texas at some time in the future, however even if its 100 miles away , I will continue to bring my animals to this clinic. Thanks Doc and staff , from our family and Billy..
