Fetch Pet Resort Humble, Texas

I don't think you could find better or more considerate care. This place is thoughtful and accommodating. They came through for us when we needed help the most. Thank you to all of the staff at Fetch Pet. You all are amazing people.

Great with my dog and very friendly

Our pup stayed for 3 nights, and got a bath while there. He seemed happy at pick up! Prices aren't over the top, but a little more than we're used to for boarding.

I loved getting the report cards for my girl and the cute pics of her.

This is where we take our pet, when we go traveling. This is a friendly place, to bring your pet. We use them also for grooming and bathing the dog. Their employees are always nice, and the dog is always happy to visit this location. The employees Go out of their way to treat your dogs well, they even send you updates, complete with pictures every day that your pet stays with them. Highly recommend this location.

Owner is rude and condescending.

This was my first time having my dog spend the weekend somewhere without me. The staff were very patient with my dog, very friendly, and my dog loved them all. Definitely a place I'd recommend.

We had never boarded our fur babies before but Fetch was so easy and awesome!!! We loved the daily report cards while we were gone.

Absolutely lovely. We boarded our 3 dogs for just one night while we were out of town and typically my chihuahua is aggressive to strangers so I was nervous of how she'd handle being boarded but the staff was attentive and kind and apparently she did very well. I can't tell you how happy I was to pick up my phone and see an update about my dogs and their stay along with pictures of them playing and having fun. The building is clean and the staff is professional and easy to get in contact with. We've tried other boarders in the area and they just don't compete with FPR. Not only is this the better facility in the area, their prices are better too. Highly recommend!

We totally trust this place to care for our dog. Day care or boarding. She has so much fun there and is well taken care of.

I am very thankful I found Fetch Pet Resort. My two fur babies love, love, love coming to the doggie day camp. All the ladies that work at Fetch Pet Resort are professional, kind, and helpful. I also get my animals groomed at this facility and we love their hair cuts. The groomer keeps a notebook of the names of the animals and the style of hair cut performed. I appreciated this because I was able to to explain how short to cut my animals hair for the summer.

My 2 dogs just live going there. The employees that bath the dogs...wow what a great job. My shedding dog comes out so clean.

My dog Annie has been going to day camp at Fetch Pet Resort for over a year now and she absolutely loves it! The staff is friendly and professional. and reliable. I highly recommend their Day camp and kennel services!

We have used this Fetch Pet Resort in Atascocita only twice when we were out of town but will NEVER trust them with the safety of dog ever again! Before we left for a trip out of the country about 2 weeks ago, I had portioned out his food in the appropriate serving size and placed it in PLASTIC sandwich bags which I had carefully labeled according to how he needs to be fed. This included some extra servings in case we didn't return as planned. I also confirmed that they had our son's phone number on file and reminded the young woman who checked in our dog that our son is to be called in the event of an emergency as we were on our way out of town for the next 5 days. That was on Monday. Wednesday night our 12-inch tall dog was able to reach the tote bag containing the baggies of food and treats (over 3-1/2 days of food) and pull it into his cage and consume every last morsel along, presumably, with bits of plastic bag. Before trying to call our son at all, they called our cell phones & left messages 4 times. Our phones were turned off as we were out of the country. Our son contacted us when he finally got a call & he contacted our veterinarian at our request to see if he should bring the dog in since he may have swallowed plastic. Our vet said that the dog needed to urinate and defecate to be sure that he did not have a blockage from the either the plastic or the excessive food. Our son conveyed this message to the kennel. The next morning I called the kennel myself from Cancun & asked them to save the bags for me so I could assess how much plastic the dog had swallowed; they said they would but did not. I also had to insist that they walk him again when they told me that he had not yet had a bowel movement. I could continue but I'm sure it must be clear by now why I don't think this kennel is a safe place for my dog.

I first off want to say that we have loved Fetch Pet, I never leave reviews but have finally come to realize I have to leave one in order to possibly save other dogs. We had been socializing our new puppy at fetch pet and she loved it!! She got kennel cough from Fetch pet and we had an older pug at home that got it and could not fight it off. We spent 5k to keep her alive and comfortable until we had to put her down , it was the worst pain I have ever been through!! She was part of our family. Fetch pet denied anything. Did not even try to make things right. The fact is she picked it up there because someone didn’t have their Bordetella .I’m not leaving this review to hurt their business just want to make people aware, my sweet Bella died because of negligence on someone’s part there. Just be careful sending your dogs there.

I love bringing my dog to fetch. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The center is clean. I love getting report cards. My dog had a great time playing while there.

Grooming prices are a bit high

Tried to support this small business today. Will never happen. Showed up for an appointment Saturday for my 2 dogs at 10:00am that I booked on Tuesday and was confirmed Friday morning at 8:51am. Was told we had no appointment and that no one ever called me to confirm - no room for my dogs. Verified it was the correct location by double checking the phone number that called me. Pretty inconvenient considering I’m trying to help a small business stay in business. Guess I’ll take my business to the big places where they are actually organized and have a system in place.

Great place to take pets for grooming, bathing, nail trimming, or boarding for the day. We went on a vacation and our two dogs when to Fetch Let Resort, .. we got daily email updates, with pictures of the dogs outside playing. We knew we could definitely relax and enjoy ourselves because our precious puppies ( ages 11 and 13) were well taken care of at Fetch.

They take great care of my dogs when I have to go out of town

Very nice people they seem to care about your pet's like this place I had to keep my dog there three months he was well taken care of.

Simon is a 15 mo old Great Dane puppy with tons of energy. I know he is in great hands & and he has made a ton of new friends. Staff seems to love their jobs.
