PetSmart Houston, Texas

Came in to pick up and online order and the item was not ready and then after 10 minutes they told me that they didn't carry the item at their store. Why is it an option to order online if they don't have that product? ???? it was very Inconvenient. Other then that the store is clean and usually very stocked. But sometimes the aquariums with live fish need attention more then they get. Having dead fish that need to be taken out but don't for some time. It is the only PetSmart in the area though.

Wish I would have read the reviews on the grooming salon before I took my dog. They had my dog for 3 hours and charged me for a bath and a cut. I received a phone call at 5:30pm that I need to pick him up immediately because he was stressing and they didn't want to put him back in the kennel. I have been using Petsmart at another location for 13 years and have never had this issue. I get there and they recommend that from now on I take him to the vet to get groomed. I get home only to realized they charged me for a bath that he never received. He smelled and I wiped him with a wet wipe and it was brown. I definitely would not recommend.

So today December 30th qe dropped off our dog to get a bath and cut. They did the upgraded package and only did 1 thing on the package and charged us for it. They didn't give her a haircut with the clippers , only a trim. It's not right to charge someone all this money and not go thru with what your selling. So they are charging $85 for some shampoo a trim and a pink ????. This really got me mad. They held down another dog to get cut so why would they do the same for mine. My dog always gets the clippers and a blow dry at home . So it looks like this place is a rip off just to get your ????.

Over priced. Nothing like Amazon

It's nice and I got the help that I needed finding my dog food but they seemed under staffed.

The manager at this location is incompetent. It may be time for some annual retraining on customer service and how to override transactions. She is unable to override coupons. She was not interested in resolving an issue that her own employee created. I will never shop at this location again.. Don't go if you have coupons because they are unable to assist you.

We bought our hamster here lady was nice and helpful

I love this location! Great selection. Staff are friendly. Only downside is they don't have a Banfield.

One of the few pets store that doesn't smell

I rarely ever have an issue with this location and have been using Petsmart for grooming for over 7 years. Today was a very unpleasant experience in getting services for my dog. The manager told me I was unable to receive nail grinding services for my pet because they do not know why she is wearing the diaper. If she would have asked me I would have been more than happy to tell her the issue. She was abrupt and not open to anything I had to say. To make the situation worse she offered no solution outside of “the vet can probably do nail grinding for her nails”. I will never shop nor use their grooming services again.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The store was clean and well-organized.

People on the phone kept saying they would transfer me to grooming but when someone picked up they would say yes let me transfer you to grooming and put me on hold for a while again. Real rude people

I took my dog to get groomed this morning and they told me that they cannot groom him because he was already growling at them , me and my son was standing right there we did not hear the dog growled at all...I can’t stand People that lies for no reason I would not recommend this place to no one because they full of BS

My fish died by the time I got home. My bag was leaking, the guy could not tie it and I helped. Wasn't enough water...it was all bad. I was meaning to call back the next day and let the manager know the team shorthanded and you can't run a business with two team members.

They have no animals to adopt.. waste of time going there.

Understaffed. I am always waiting in line, one person working the register, but the store manager is very nice and accommodating. Petco has a larger stockpile of brand name products and more varieties of pet supplies to choose from. Staffed well.

No customer service waited 10min to checkout and no one was at the register and some of their snakes sont even have water

We were the last people there, it was a quick trip due to finding a flea on my dog during his bath. The employees were helpful and not rushing at all, great customer service! ????

Take my maltipoo in for grooming and the grooming department is always prompt and Professional.

They have tons of good for your special pet from food, snack, and toys and much much more!!!

Clearly they don't enforce the mask rule even though they had a sign. These two boys were running around for 10 minutes, touching everything and not wearing a mask. Their father is not wearing a mask correctly and did not care for the 6ft rule. CDC recommends children ages 2 and up to wear a mask. Petsmart was giving out free masks to wear too. But their father must not care. I'm probably gonna start ordering online or somewhere else now. The manager came out and didn't even say anything to these kids so she must not care too.

This PetSmart never disappoints me! Associstes are very helpful and nice! I’ve never had a bad experience at this location!
