Very cozy, loving pet space.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I have been going to the same vet for my 11 year old chihuahua since she was born. My dog had been coughing for a week and my vet did not have an appointment available until another week. Here at West U Veterinary Clinic, I was able to get her an appointment the very next day. The vet is so informed and lets you know every possibility that could be wrong with your pet and gives you many options to choose from on how to treat her. I’ve never had a vet explain the way she did. This will be our new vet going forward, I am so happy I found this place and will now recommend it to friends and family members.

This is a very late review. We moved from the USA to the UK at the end of 2020 and West U Veterinary Clinic were wonderful in helping prepare our dog Missy and her paperwork for the flight. They went above and beyond when the paperwork went missing in transit and might've had serious implications for Missy getting on the plane on time. I cannot thank them enough for what they did during what was a particularly stressful time for me.

Easy to make an appt. Short wait. The Dr. is very knowledgeable, and called back the next day with test results.

West U Vet is the best veterinary clinic we have ever used! Our Dog, Ollie, absolutely loves Dr Chucle, who is so caring and knowledgeable. She also helped us put down our last dog, Abby, with gentle words, plenty of space/time, and the lighting of a candle. Very special. Also, the staff is super-responsive to any need or question. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Have brought here multiple fosters and my own pets for ~9 years. I have found the veterinarians I have met here professional and compassionate. The assistants are always responsive, respectful, and helpful.

Competent and friendly staff. We have taken our dog (1.5 years old) to different vets to find the fix to her never-ending rashes. Previous vets gave us antibiotics to fix the symptoms but they didn’t care about the underlying cause. Then we came to West U Veterinary Clinic. They truly listened to our concerns and finally found the root cause of our dogs symptoms. The vet was very professional and you can tell that she loves animals. She got down on my dogs level and talked with HER about how sorry she was that she was hurting and explained how we can fix it. She never judged us or thought we were bad dog parents. We are ecstatic that we have finally found our family vet!!

The staff and vets have been very friendly, efficient and professional. The treatment was extremely effective for my dog. I would definitely recommend this vet to take care of your pet.

I have been very impressed with staff here. They are always warm and helpful. My cat is almost 10 and Dr. Chucle was the first to notice his heart murmur, run tests, and recommend I see cardiologist. We found out he has VSD and will need to be on meds his whole life. I am so grateful to her and her team!

The veterinary clinic itself is a great place to go; however, I would not recommend it if you ever plan on getting any prescriptions for your dog (which everyone does cause heartworms and fleas are bad). I was recommended to wait to order …

I was referred by a friend last year when my dog became very ill. Dr. Bryant performed my dog's surgery, and she's a wonderful vet. The staff was great, answered all my questions, worked me in for appointments.

We would take our dog there for the same problem 3-4 times and they couldn't figure it out. All she had was allergies and my new vet fixed her scratching problem after the first visit. I don't trust them to do anything other than do an annual physical.

We have used this vet over the years for general shots and regular check ups. Sadly when anything other than general care is needed this veterinarians office is very lacking- including the office staff. We have been given medicine and shampoo for allergy issues and then been told by another vet that it was wrong. We have had a dog in pain and they couldn't get the pet in for another few days....even though their open almost everyday. Just not a very good veterinarian clinic. Find somewhere else and save yourself time, money and frustration!

Love it here! I use to go to Banfield, but then I found West U, and what a difference. I highly recommend West U.
