Our puppy is treated with so much love when we come here! I do feel like it could be more organized on how the exit process is when an appointment is done since I’ve had to be the one to initiate future appointment setting, but overall the team is sweet and my puppy has had good treatment.

The doctors and staff care equally about your cat Yoggi or your best friend Spot..and tell you like it is..I am so glad we found them and will continue to go in the complete opposite direction and bypass other facilities to get our animals the care they need.

The service and attention was great. The staff went out and beyond to make sure my dog got the correct treatment.

We have a rescue dog and WHV we so kind and professional. They helped us get thru some much needed medical attention with our new pet. You can count on them they really know what they are doing and always treat our family with so much love. I wouldn't go any where else.

I brought my Brownie yesterday , walk in at 5:00 pm they close at 6:00 pm . The Secretary was very friendly and took Brownie immediately , she told me they have 5 doctors in services. Nurses and Dr Boyce take care of Brownie . They give her the best treatment . Brownie star her tretmen today , and now at 6:38 pm , she star to eat by herself ! Dr Boyce , call me today , and explain me very well what Brownie has , give options and time to decide what do . I'm very grateful I found them yesterday , I was very anxious and worry for Brownie. Took my dog there to get vaccine they gave her bortedell , that wa son 9/13 as of 9/18 my dog was paralyzed on the left side of her body and can no longer see. Before the visit she was always playful very intelligent and very affectionate now all she does is sleep. As of today 9/22 I have to put her down due to her suffering and the problem is getting worse by the day . I am contacting a lawyer.

Staff provides inaccurate information about vaccine schedules that can be harmful for your pet. When questioned about the inaccuracies staff (Ericka) became very defensive and rude

Went here for the first time about a year and a half ago. They've done great with both my dog and cat, and the staff are amazingly friendly. Doctors are very upfront about what your pet needs. If I could give 10 stars I would. Def advise the free vaccines for life program!

This was our first visit at the clinic due to senior dog referral for care, I’m very pleased with the quality of attention and care by the whole team! The knowledge of the medical staff was excellent and very caring. I will make the hour drive because I feel I can trust their ability to medical care for my dog!

Very friendly, if pricey. Had to wait a while on hold whenever I phoned, but everyone there seemed knowledgeable and the atmosphere was calm and collected.

I am a first time dog mom and it’s as if they knew that I took my English bulldog for his updated shot and they did not even notate his shot record or give a certificate for the shots he was given , It was hard to get him into grooming and to other vets due to lack of service from this clinic I had to search for his shots that he got done on their website , the visit was fast and horrible the nurse came in just took a look at his belly and immediately stated she will put him on some antibiotics which did absolutely did nothing I bought him créame which helped him wayyy more . I originally was quoted 80$ for the visit and shots which originally cost around 25-40$ And he went originally just for his last dose of vaccine , once my fassst 15 minute visit was over I checked out to be 345$ the nurse was just naming everything she “DID” THEY ARE JUST MONEY AND IT SHOWS. Luckily I found a new vet that genuinely cares about my boy

Absolutely would not recommend!!! We took our boxer for a exam, the cost was 131.20 the issue was ancillary growth removal, we came back with a quote of 894.90 to 1213.58 When we called to set up the appointment the individual on the phone tried to say 1500.00 + When I explained that I was looking at the treatment plan quote, and that her figures where incorrect. She tried to make it seem as though I was out of place and proceeded to Advise me she would not argue with me. By yelling it over the phone, as well there was a procedure that I DID NOT want.done! She said it would be a problem to run up a new total without the procedure. This individual was a loud mouthed and vicious person. I would never suggest taking an animal to a crew that acts like that, after having worked in this type environment out of high school, I can say that people who act like this usually hate their job and if they treat humans as such they "in my experience" treat the animals worse behind closed doors. We will be going to small claims court to deal with the 131.20 I'll not let this type person have anything to do with me neverless my pet. It was un called for and EXACTLY what to avoid. Two thumbs down!!! Watch your pets yall.

An excellent experience. Was able to get in immediately and the care was wonderful. My fur baby needed a biopsy and we got results within 10 minutes!

Absolutely the BEST vet in Houston. This office genuinely cares about dogs and their patients. My dogs actually look forward to going and all of the staff knows my dogs by name and says hi to them and give them treats. They have squeezed me in before for an emergency and did everything in their power to figure out what was wrong with my dog. This office continuously goes above and beyond and I could not recommend the more.

My baby Boomer practically lives at the vet for their daycare services. Emily is wonderful with him ....every night he has to say goodbye to his 'Aunties' Paulette and Carly! Thank you for taking such great care of him!

Most likely will not be going back. The vets are ok. But the people at the front desk and some of the techs aren't so concerned with keeping their patients and parents happy. The doctor asked her tech if she took my dog's temp and was it normal. She starught lied and said yes!! What?? When did you take her temp?? I've been standing her with my dog the whole time. No temp was taken. I been back 4 times for the same problem. We keep running the same panel of expensive blood tests. I have to call for results even though the staff stated they would call me. Medicines are always out of stock. I bought some out-of-date dog treats. Taught me to ALWAYS look at the date label. I got some flyers with new pet clinics in the area; I will try those.

Absolutely fantastic "club" discount prices (and free basic vaccines) with a single one-time cheap membership price, as long as you bring your pet in for a checkup once a year. Fantastic staff, and to give you an idea of how well they think things through, the front desk is a big circle with 2 check-in stations... one on each side so you can do things while your leashed pet can't see the other leashed pet over there on the other side.

WHVMA provides such loving and thorough care for my dogs. While their services are expensive, the staff is knowledgeable, makes sure you understand all procedures/treatments, and they treat your animals like family. I highly recommend!

They help me out when Mr Bubbles was in a fight with his housemate and he came out on the bad side of it. They put his leg back together with some pins and a plate. they took extra precaution to make sure he didn't get an infection. And they were very nice to us in our time and need. All I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart.
