I felt rushed during the visit, misled with interpretation of lab results and judged for my choices with my pet, who ultimately passed within a week of my initial visit. I would not return here again.

I am very grateful for the veterinarians here. They have a lot of clients so you may not have as much face time with the vet as you would like but they really care about their patients. They gave my dog Duncan his first heartworm injection to which he had a very bad reaction. The vet bill should have been much higher but they knew that I was a graduate student and couldn't afford everything. The SPCA told me that I wouldn't have to spend a cent to take care of the heartworms which was not true. The vets at VCA Spring Branch helped mitigate the costs though.

During the Spring, I had a situation with my cat that needed to be addressed. Her regular veterinarian would not see her. They just kept telling me on the phone that they were fully booked and not taking any appointments. They wouldn't even bother listening to me. Having some experience with VCA clinics in the past, I made a call to VCA Spring Branch in hopes that maybe I could possibly get my cat seen. They actually did have an opening for me that day. My cat was treated by Dr Stone. And unfortunately, my suspicions were correct and my time with my cat had suddenly become very limited. When my cat's time to leave this world came some weeks later, Dr Stone and the staff there were very professional and unbelievably compassionate. The ladies at the front are absolutely awesome! Along with Dr Stone, I have also gotten to have another animal of mine seen by Dr G (I'm sorry! I can't spell her last name and I don't want to be disrespectful) Dr G was able to help me come up with a treatment plan for that kitty cat and she is doing well and thriving. Even though veterinary care can get a little expensive at times, the QUALITY of the care that both Tonka and Sierra have received at that clinic is well worth it. Dr Stone, Dr G, and a couple of absolutely fabulous Techs by the names of Miles and Jazmine and the absolute fabulous front of the house staff are real assets to the veterinary world. You guys are going to be stuck with me as a client for a while. :)

Dr. Grana has been treating the "boys" for many years. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate and just a great all round person. Would recommend her and VCA Spring Branch to anyone with confidence.

My cat wasn't feeling too well and I wanted to get an appointment as soon as possible, our normal vet was booked for two weeks with no openings-- I called VCA and they were able to give us a same day appointment! The Veterinarian Technician was so incredibly sweet, and understanding. We are so fortunate to have had her help us with our cat! The Veterinarian was good too. The price was.. definitely on the higher side but not so unreasonable AND it beat emergency appointment costs! I probably won't switch to VCA completely, but this is going to be my back up veterinarian for sure.

Vet was great! The front desk messed up checking out so much! First time went there, gave me the wrong calculations for prices （over-charged me like 500% for the price I should be paying. I had a discount from SPCA for first-time visiting). Second time the staff sent the wrong info for payment. Oh come on it is not that hard.

When you make an appointment, it’s to avoid waiting more than 30 minutes. even with an appointment they make you wait a long time. and their response when you ask them why it takes so long for them to receive you is frustrating.

Nice staff but overpriced... I was charged over 100 for a checkup and / core vaccines.. I went to another clinic the same day with my other baby and got her heart worm tested , exam , core vaccinations as well as flea and tick med for less. Definitely won’t be going back here. I had a plan with them and still I ended up paying a lot of money , plans don’t transfer between clinics either. You have to pay for a new one. Other than these issued they were nice, and professional, but sadly not affordable.

Our vet was okay, but the technician was extremely rude and I will not be going back. The prices are very high and instead of intruding themselves and petting my puppy and giving her treats, they muzzled her. I do not want my puppy having issues with vets so I will be taking her somewhere else. And I am not going to pay high prices to be disrespected by the technician. She was argumentative and rude to me and my 3 year old son. My son is definitely not used to that kind of treatment. I actually had to ask her if she was mad at me about something because of her attitude.

First of all I want to thank Dr. Guirguis for doing such a great job on our Bassett hound Zeus' surgery. Our dog had suffered a really nasty bite and it was beginning to necrotize. If it hadn't been for Dr. Guirguis and the rest of the team idk what would have happened. I would also like thank Dr. Stone who was also involved in the process among other vets who were taking care of Zeus. I would definitely recommend. Again thank you so much for making every post op visit so welcoming and informative. Zeus' is now healing amazingly and a happy little doggy.

Clean and professional. The staff are very kind and considerate.

We went late but my dog was in pain and aggressive and really needed care. They took care of it but rushed him out they seemed very frustrated with us and my dog. Very high priced

We went for the first time and saw Dr. Clemenson. She took her time with our dog and even followed up after a few days to make sure he was ok.

Extremely pleased! They were consumate professionals and they provided a detailed and comprehensive information for the plan moving forward with the care of Ella...

Great staff! They treated my dog with great care and diligence on the first visit. Looking forward to having them care for my dog. They do have Covid-19 safety precautions in place. Always phone ahead.

Love this place. Their reptile doctors are absolutely amazing. VERY patient, thorough and knowledgeable. The whole staff is very kind and ready to help.

The vet was very nice but they are a business first. The front desk staff bring out a bunch of paper work with every service they could possibly provide, don't explain it and say everything is necessary for your your pet to be healthy. There is a big markup on services and medicines, heartworm treatment will run almost $2000 here. There are other clinics in Houston that provide the exact same service for $425. Like I said they are a business first.

I am convinced this is the best veterinarian in town! Ive been bringing my dog here (past 8 years) ever since I adopted my dog from SPCA. With my dogs adoption I received free veterinarian services for his first visit and they made sure my dog was current on his vaccinations. Dr Teri Schweiss is the best! She knows her stuff and is great with my dog! You can really tell this woman has a passion and devotion to all pets! She treats your pet like it was her own! The staff are always friendly and courteous and always greet me and my dog with a warm smile! If your looking for a veterinarian who you can trust and who really knows their profession look no further than VCA Spring Branch Animal Hospital, you won’t be disappointed!

Great vets and techs. Good service. Always happy to see my somewhat difficult pet for checkups and other needs. Price is fair and on par for the necessary services provided. Highly recommend this veterinary office. They have their covid process down as well. Stay in your car, call, and they come out to you when it's time.
