I called due to a emergency and to check and see if they accept urgent care. The lady who I spoke with said that they did accept urgent care. I then explained my dog had just gotten her foot ran over by a car and she had a possibility broken leg. I then asked for a price estimate and she gave a rough estimate. I then drove an hour to the clinic only to be told they DONT take those type of procedures and that I had to make an appointment. Who makes an appointment for a broken leg? If it’s broken then that’s a emergency. The staff was very callous and only offered different locations to take her. I wish they could have just offered that during the phone call. Unbelievable.

We first found Longenbaugh Vet by looking for a vet with laser surgery for cat declaws as it's so much better than traditional methods. Longenbaugh was the only reasonably priced facility I found in Houston. They're a 30 - 60 minute drive depending on traffic. We keep trying other vets closer by, but we keep going back to Longenbaugh because of the exemplary expertise and collaborative approach to planning pet care. When something serious comes up, we always go back to Longenbaugh.

I took my dog to the ER a couple of weeks ago and they wanted me to follow up with a specialist because they suspected he might have lung cancer. I called here ahead of time to make sure they would be able to perform the lung ultrasound and they confirmed that they would be able to get it done. I was so anxious to finally take my dog to his appointment because he keeps coughing frequently but the day of the appointment about an hour before they called me and said they wouldn’t be able to perform the ultrasound and to go somewhere else. They said they receptionist was new and she didn’t know. Well now I have to wait again to find him somewhere else, and I’m still very worried about my dog because he won’t get any better the longer I wait.

Very professional staff. The place was clean and welcoming. My dog had serious paw problems and after trying other options I was worried about it and he gave him MApoquel.

Dr. Keadle and his team are the best! We were referred here by an after hours emergency vet when we told her we weren't thrilled with ours. I only wish we would have found him sooner! Their prices are fantastic, but that is just just an added perk to the service that we continue to receive. You never feel rushed and they always make sure they have answered all of your questions completely. Even when our cat was incredibly sick I always felt better and less anxious when we left. I could go on, but I think you get the point. ???? Pics of our happy kitties just for fun.

Unfortunately the only experience that we have had is when our 16 year old toy poodle Leo had become blind and had arthritis to the point that his quality of life had diminished to the point it was time to cross the rainbow bridge. The staff here was excellent in handling our needs at such a hard time. A month has passed and our other dog Leela is still missing her sleeping buddy ????.

Wonderful vet. Treated my sweet buster for an eye ulcer. Was able to get medication at the vet and he was all healed up after a few weeks. They have been doing covid safety prodocalls, so you dont even have to leave your car! They come out to get your pet and bring them back out after. I kinda hope they keep doing that forever... lol

Awesome place to take your 4 legs friend. I just rescued a feral cat with an ear infection. Went to kaaws and they did nothing and charge me the whole visit. This place has right prices(no expensive not cheap) and the right attention to fernanda(9 year feral cat) 100% recommend

I recommend making an appointment so you know the COVID-19 protocol beforehand. Humans remain in the car while the vet examines your pet, but he will call so you can discuss any concerns and ask any questions. My fur baby was in caring hands, even if they weren't mine.

Cant speak highly enough of this place. If you're in the area, your search for a vet should stop here. If you're outside the area, consider moving.

Absolutely loved our first time visit with our kitten. The technicians and vets all were kind, professional, and took great care with him. His vaccinations went smooth and I'm looking forward to having a veterinary support network with Logenbaugh :)

I've been here a couple of times with sick pets and they are really great. I feel like the staff and vet really care for your pets. It's a bit different during this crazy time, but I think they're doing a great job!

We just moved to the neighborhood. I asked my brother which vet he takes his dogs too and he suggested Longenbaugh Vet. They took really great care of our 14-year-old puppy dog and we are happy we a new vet for her.
