Great people, they took good care of my dog!

I understand they're closed Sunday and Monday but Wednesday Thursday Saturday tried calling but no one answered. A message said they were closed from 8-17 thru 8/21. No reason as to why. I waited for 18-25 called left messages no call back. My brother did walking for exercise 8/26 he said it looked closed. EDIT..I just learned some staff were ill. My apologies.

The staff at Top Dawgz did it again!! My Yorkie. Jake, had a fantastic grooming appointment. I will continue to make the drive so he can see the ladies at Top Dawgz and continue the pampering he has gotten over the past 6 years.

The quality of the groom was decent, however they did not listen to what we were asking for. The customer service was terrible and just about everyone we came in contact with was rude. We showed up a little early to pick our 13 year old long hair chihuahua up and they were manhandling her and saying how she was a tough dog to groom because she wouldn’t stand up right.... she’s a 13 year old dog with bad knees and hips, which I warned them about, but instead of taking care of my dog they complained about how “hard” she was to groom. We came here hoping for a good experience but I don’t think we will be coming back sadly. I now have to take our dog to the vet because she can’t walk right and she is in some serious pain. I wish they had listened to our concerns more and had just taken a little more care in their grooming and handling practices. Very disappointed.

The owners are dolls and they truly love dogs and take such good care of them. We've been going for years and even when we moved across town, we still drive back here because they're amazing!!!

The actual grooming our dog gets is great, coat's super soft and smells great. But customer service is lacking. And, for a few days after grooming, our dog acts odd and off kilter. Add on top of that the time we found knicks on both ears that we were never even told about, I'd be careful taking your dogs to get groomed here.

My dog came back so white so soft and smelling soo good! Her ears were cleaned so well which not a lot of places pay too much attention there and i was so glad they took the time to clean them properly. Id recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! My dog has been groomed here a couple times and every time I ask them to cut him a certain way that I want they never do. I have a toy yorkie so he’s really small and I expected them to be gentle when they groom him but when my dad picked him up from his last grooming appointment he had two cuts under is left arm and they were red and bleeding! No one even told us that he was cut when we picked him up we had to find out on our own when we got home! I can only imagine how scared my dog must’ve been when it happened! I called them and they told me he might have scratched himself which is not true because it would be impossible for him to scratch himself under his left arm where the cuts were. Don’t get your dogs get groomed here because clearly they don’t care about them! My dog will never get groomed here EVER AGAIN!

Had an appointment at 11:15 for my blue heeler mix, got there about 15 min earlier. My dog growls at other dogs and I mentioned that he came from a shelter and was automatically told by I’m guessing the owner (the older lady) that he’s been with us long enough to not do that, and I mentioned that we’re taking him for training & she commented “that’s good for you.” I didn’t think much of it and we were told we would get called once Noah was done that a couple of dogs are before him. 2 hrs passed and my husband and I went in to get an update and the older lady said “we haven’t called you yet” and it would be a couple more hours. We ended up going back to the car until I decided that she was being super rude with us, and I went in to get my dog. Then they tried telling me “do you know the process of grooming?” And “we can work around your schedules if you need us to” which is why it was at 11:15 to begin with. And I said that’s fine just give me my dog. They continued to try to tell me about grooming and I said “okay that’s fine just give me my dog” and one of the ladies told me to “calm down” I didn’t respond after that, I got my dog and left. I have never gone to a groomers place where they’ve taken that long. I’ve gotten more done on my dog, and have gotten him out of there within 2 hrs. The time wasn’t even an issue in the end for me I was more angry at the customer service. I have never met such rude people in my life. To the older lady that works there, learn some customer service skills.

Found our new groomers! Walked in due to a groomer quitting at another place and was greeted with open arms and smiling faces! The staff was knowledgeable and very accommodating! Much cheaper prices than anywhere I was going to go. Very happy I was reccommended this place!

Always super loving with our dogs. Treats them as your own. Prices are nice and acceptable.
