Pink Paws have done consistent, excellent grooming for several years They can take care of both our 14-tear dog as well as our 1-year old puppy easily. I haven't used their pet hotel, but I suspect they are just as good.

My dog had a "Touch-up" which I was told consisted of a shampoo and perfume bath, slight trimming of her fur, cutting of all paw nails, cleaning of the ears, and cleaning of her private parts. I received a receipt of payment without itemization so I'm not sure if there was another service my dog received. That's all.

The groomer left my dogs with razor cuts and they came back mortified. One of my dog has is a rescued and has trauma. I informed them that he is a difficult one to handle. Many of times when I have taken my dogs to groomers they do not do everything I ask for because they know that the dogs could possibly get cuts, and I am fine with them just being cleaned and trimmed up. Now, my dogs shakes in fear and sh*t themselves when they go near a groomer which they never done before.... If the dog is too much to handle then call the owner and tell them you cant do it, do not leave them with wounds and more trauma.

Sandy was really nice and we loved our dog’s haircut. Definitely coming back.

I just picked up my fur baby from The Pink Paws and couldn't be happier. My chocolate Schnoodle got a great all over summer cut for this hot weather, but they kept her cute with her Schauzer brows and beard just as I asked. Will definitely be going back!

Wonderful wonderful my dogs seem to do well with there shampoos no itching. The lady who owns this establishment is very nice. They need a fence due to a pit bull of neighbors running around and so you have to really what if you're going to let your animals use the restroom.

Sandy P. is the owner and is so very sweet. You can tell that she takes pride in her business. It's always clean and my dogs are never afraid or anxious to go there. The boarding spaces are always clean and neat and Sandy ensures that dogs have plenty of water and go out as needed. She has been very flexible when I am in need of her services to board my dogs on short notice. Grooming services are also great and all services are very reasonably priced. I have been taking my dogs there since the summer and will definitely continue.

Easy to schedule appointment. Friendly knowledgeable groomer that my shaky scared dog responded to positively. Excellent grooming for my dog breed and nail trim. I like that I don’t have to leave him for hours and hours his grooming done in under 2 hours and ready for pickup. Pricing is competitive with other grooming services in this area. It was overall just great for my pet and also for me.

Ms Sandy and the team at the Pink Paws Pet Spa did a great job with my little one while we were on vacation for a week. It was a great price as well. Our pooch was in great hands and we greatly appreciate that. Thank y'all again!

Was throughly disappointed with the customer service I received. I have a miniature poodle and normally take her to Pets Mart. I decided to try out this place as It was more convenient and closer to my home. Immediately when I walked in I noticed the lady at the front desk was annoyed. I then greeted her and asked if they had any availability for today. She proceeded to tell me no in a blunt rude manner. I then asked well may I see the prices and packages to schedule for another day. Without providing me with this information she looks at my dog and begins to ask a series of questions as to where do I normally go, how often did I take my poodle. Then she starts to give me every reason why she can’t groom my poodle saying oh she’s matted, and that she wasn’t sure what she could do. I politely told her never mind and that I would continue to go to Pets Mart since they were the more trained professionals. I’ve never had such piss poor customer service.

Took my dog there to have a summer cut, the place smelled horrible the kennels where other Yorkies was kelp was horrible poop everywhere not sanitized. The cut was horrible you could see the razor prinz along the back. They did not give her a smooth look at all. The price given at the visit was one price but when I picked her up they stated her teeth was cleaned something I did not ask for. The groomer was not a professional groomer appeared to be just a worker.

Thank you Sandy and Sylvia our Lola looks lovely!! When my husband brought Lola home, I immediately said, "Oh mmmm gee! She looks beautiful, I LOVE HER HAIR!" If anyone knows me, then you know, I am extremely picky with Lola's haircuts. Ladies, you both truly know how to groom our kiddo with a tail, thank you. ***If you are looking for the best grooming in the area make sure you call ahead (It was approx one week for us) Pearland peeps they only groom by Appointment so call ahead and definitely not a mobile grooming service.

I received terrible service. I came in with my pup to schedule an appt. when I arrived on my schedule date, the owner not only booked me for the wrong week, she didn't take ownership of her mistake or try to accommodate. She never even gave me a courtesy call to confirm the appt. anywho, lesson learn. They will never receive my business!

We have been taking our long hairs dashund, Lucy, here for years. They have done an amazing job making our little hudini weenie and trouble maker look like a young lady pup again. I've never had a terrible experience with them before and am so glad they with their location and profesionalism!

BUYER BEWARE! My dog is bleeding!!! ***BUYER BEWARE*** Rosario was rude, would not take responsibility for hurting my dog and blamed the dog's thick hair for her horrible groom job. My dog is now bleeding on her dog bed. Even with her cut skin and razor rashes, Rosario still missed areas; we had to clean her up ourselves. We thought a mobile groomer would be less traumatic for this almost 15-year-old chow mix, but after 2 hours and $80, we will never use this service again. We even offered to help during the grooming and the only response after she was "done," was the "dog's undercoat was too thick, I couldn't see" Apparently, she doesn't touch the dog to feel for moles when she is cutting?! Side note, I'm not normally particular on this, but it's a little annoying when someone calls your dog a "he" after 2 hours of handling the female pet. I wish I could upload the disturbing photos. ***BUYER BEWARE***

We moved here 6 months ago from Mississippi, where I have lived my entire 48 years of life, and I started my quest for a groomer for our GoldenDoodle and CollieLab. I was thrilled to find The Pink Paws Pet Spa off Shadow Creek Parkway (after trying 2 other groomers in Pearland)... not only does Silvia listen to exactly what I want for my fur babies... they treat us like family. I take our pups every other week and I trust them to care for our babies as much as we do. Our Lexie often greets us behind the counter as we walk in as if she knows how the computer works with Mrs Sandy and is the assistant. It's absolutely priceless. If you know anything about GoldenDoodles you will know this is a breed that needs a lot of attention to detail for a groomer... Silvia is an answer to prayer Bc our Lexie always comes out Lookin Stinkin Cute!!!! And our Frappe is always so happy and smelling like Mr Casanova. EDIT: Not only has this been the best experience for the pups.... I had never had Lexie cut short and Silvia literally walked us through each month taking off a half an inch or an inch each visit gradually to help us get to Lexie's Texas summer cut. I can not believe the recent sad photos posted would be the work of The Pink Paw Pet Spa. Before each cut Silvia always contacts me to make doubly sure exactly what shape I want for Lexie's face, length of ears, trim tail or not, AND how much I wanted taken off of her body. I think that must be a travel groomer because it is not the work of Silvia No possible way. AND there is nobody at Pink Paws Pet Spa named Rosario.

My schnauzer is timid and usually doesn't do well with grooming but Silvia is always patient with him and does a wonderful job with him!

They do a wonderful job with both of my ❤️'S. Sandy & Silvia treat them like their own. Very grateful we found a groomer who takes their business seriously.

Well, my Tuff and bebe love it! They come home looking and smelling great, and so happy! We've been coming monthly for 3 years. The staff is very professional and friendly.

@ Rick Boon... There is not and never has been anyone by the name of Rosario working at this pink paws pet salon. Im sorry what happened to your dog but Pink Paws didn't do it. I have been coming to this location for years and my sister before me. We know the groomers personally and they treat all of the dogs like they are their own children. I have only had first class service with this groomer. They always go over and beyond. When someone took my dog and tried to get her groomed at Pink Paws, the owner held my dog and called me to pick her up. They work with my schedule allowing me to drop off my dog earlier than when they open so I can get to work on time. A++ in my book!

Took my dog in for clean face and feet. My dog's ears weren't cleaned- the vet told me a week later his ears were full of hair. His feet still had clumps of hair. Plus it cost over $80. Not worth it at all.

My dogs have been groomed at The Pink Paws Pet Spa since the day it was opened 8 years ago. Prior to that, Sandy and Silvia worked for a pet grooming facility only five minutes from me, where I first met them. When they opened their own place, there was never a question that I would follow them! I don't even live in Pearland, but the trip is well worth the drive! My babies are always perfectly groomed and look gorgeous. I know they are treated well while in the care of these two fabulous ladies and the staff!
