Absolutely amazing! When our dog got sick they sent her a get well soon card and when we had our baby they sent a card for her! Amazing people and service. Can't recommend enough!!!

The pet palace is fantastic for anything to do with your pet. They always do a great job on groomings and they have a great selection of high quality food, toys, and other retail items for my dog. We purchase Fromm for our dog but they have other high quality brands also. Their customer service is fantastic. So much better than the big box pet stores. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you Pet Palace!

After a recent 5-night stay we received their routine email thanking us and asking us for feedback regarding our visit. For the first time in 5 years of being a patron we responded on 8/31/21 with an issue over a fee. As of today we have received NO response from Pet Palace regarding our issue. Apparently if it’s more than 30 days since you last used them they charge a fee for reassessing your pet before allowing community play. We expressed our concern over the way this was handled both in our email and with their staff in person. No mention of the new policy at time of reservation and no willingness to work with us on the charge in person at the facility. We just had a lengthy stay in April of this year as well and have referred other pets to their facility. It really isn’t about the $ (after spending $300+ for the visit what’s $13 more), it’s more about how this was handled. This is very disappointing as we have always felt overall our pet was well cared for here. He received his puppy training here and this has been the only place he’s ever boarded in his five years. There are other options for boarding.

We have taken Gator & Lychee here for years and couldn't be happier with their care for our babies. The staff is so awesome!!!

I found out I needed to board my pets in two days in my vet was full, so a friend recommended Pet Palace and I absolutely loved it! New customers get discount; I boarded 2 of my dogs for a week and it was a lot less expensive than my vet would have been; and they got to sleep on a real doggie bed all week instead of a kennel floor! This is the only place I will board my pets from now on.

Seemed nice, very busy and a lot of animals. One concern was that the queen suites lights were off in the middle of the day.

This is such an exceptional place. My baby has never been happier and healthy at pickup. If you want peace of mind for your dog as you travel, this is the place.

This is a long overdue rating change (I had forgotten about the review, until I was looking for something else.) I was just going to delete but Google won't allow that. Unfortunately what was a great place for us quickly turned sour when one of the staffers decided that our dog didn't fit in with the group. We were never given any real information as to her transgressions, only told that day boarding was more appropriate. However, we weren't told that day boarding was a row of wire crates watching other dogs play. The staff acted shocked when we asked for our money back instead of subjecting our dog to psychological torture. When all of this happened we were told someone would reach out, however we never heard anything once the refund was processed. I'm sure it was partially because I never posted my bad review. Like I said that was a while ago, but still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Love the assistance staff gave me. I was looking for a particular bowl that had been discontinued years ago. It showed on their web store but I also didn’t live in Texas. I had been searching for a month. So I took a shot and called them and asked if they had it and if we could make some arrangement to ship it me. The staff was patient and helpful and owner took time to search for it. As it turns out they did not have it but they had a similar one. We worked through arranging shipping and payment. I bet the people in Webster Texas love this place. Customer service these days is not always a priority. Thanks so much and would highly recommend!

My dog seemed happy there. I hated that the pricing is so confusing and there seemed to be a lot of hidden charges. Also annoyed that the raw hides I provided were not acceptable and I had to buy a no hyde there. The rules and regulations should be spelled out beforehand!

They stayed open late just because they have great customer service they didn't happen to open their doors to me 10 minutes late for crickets but they did

It is obvious that the staff truly love animals. The place is bright and clean, the kennels are roomy. Max is happy when we drop him off and still happy when we pick him up. And very tired!

I've had it! I used to go here for grooming and then they didn't have a groomer for a long time. So I decided to try again. They first called to rebook my appointment to another day. Okay. Then I showed up at the new date and time and was informed that the groomer didn't come in and they couldn't take me. I am trying to go out of town and needed to get my dogs groomed. They could have called and told me before I drove down there! The desk staff always seems to be new and not sure about how things work.. It's just a mess in general! I won't be back!

The Pet Palace is home away from home for my pet. My minpin is obviously excited to visit and it's due to the owners and faculty treating us like family. This service hasn't changed in over fifteen years that I've done business with them.

Great place to board your cats or dogs. They also have a great spa for your pets.

I Love the Pet Palace. I Used to work there 10+ Years ago and I still take my Pets there. Seeing how things operate behind the scenes from my time there I know how much the owners care for the animals. My dog LOVES to go play in the group play area and swim in the pool. We always get a bath when picking up and I don't know what they spray but he smells SO good for a few days afterwards! They do book up quickly for the holidays so You have to plan ahead for that but they generally can fit us in with short notice for boarding and grooming and we've never been disappointed.

They did a great job grooming my husky, he smelled wonderful, they also deshed him and they did an awesome job , and if you have a puppy they have every first Tuesday of the month a puppy play , call them and ask for the requirements you are not going to be disappointed, your puppy is going to have fun, plus a free bath ♡♡

This is the only place where we feel comfortable boarding our dogs for an extended stay. They are very thorough at check-in, especially important to us since we have a senior dog on medication. Their facilities are clean. Our dogs give them a thumbs up!

My pups live this place. They know the telltale signs, and go completely bonkers. When they get home they are exhausted. Great play days as well a grooming.

Be for warned: this place has abbreviated holiday hours and charges extra for holiday boarding. I was not given this information when making my reservation or when I brought my pet in for drop off. Care was good.

Our dog loves this place!! She literally runs inside. The staff is very friendly and super helpful.

I was going to take my pup here when I went out of town. I went for a site visit and quickly changed my mind due to the fact that the prices kept rising. Early check in fee,late check out fee,taking your dog out to potty more than twice a day. Playtime etc...all the add on made them more expensive than any other kennel

We take our dog here for boarding and grooming. The staff here are friendly and sweet to our little furry family member and I trust them. I recommend them.

My husband took our dog in for grooming and picking him up, so I cannot attest to the facility. He said the people were friendly. I was happy with the cut. They were pretty quick too. Average pricing. Would use them again.
