As long as you’re taking your dog, they are very nice. If you have to take your pet some where else (I moved) they are not helpful regarding previous visits. I took my dog (I had an appointment) had no idea no Dr in. However, staff was very helpful, nice and informative. UNTIL I HAD TO CALL BACK with simple questions regarding my visit. Staff very defensive about me asking what they had told me. Even told me NO RECORDS for the day I came and REITERATED SEVERAL TIMES The Dr wasn’t in. Then he HUNG UP IN MY FACE. Other Vet attempted to get records from them, but…. I guess you need to verify who you see is A DR in case or write down, record or something what they tell you, because if you have to call back for reference…they may not only not have records but also be very rude to you. I soooo appreciated them the day I went and their service. However, my dog had gotten vaccines and had a reaction (from somewhere else). They were very helpful and explained which vaccine probably gave her that reaction. I WAS SIMPLY ATTEMPTING TO PREVENT A REPEAT and was calling to verify which one did they tell me 1 she didn’t need it and 2 Maltipoo’s have bad reactions to it. But all I got was Dr did not see her And NO RECORDS. ????

Dr. Ken is absolutely fabulous, as is his staff! We've got 12 dogs & 2 cats in our family that we can't imagine having anyone else care for.

Dr. Ken has taken care of my family’s pets for years. He and his staff have always gone above and beyond. Everyone at the clinic is friendly, professional, and caring. Even after moving to Sugar Land, it is worth the drive to see Dr. Ken!

Great place, they really care about the animals and make time to talk to you. I have been going there for 5 years and would never go anywhere else.

They were very friendly and nice. They social distanced by having me wait in the car. I will be back.

Dr. Ken has my highest rating. Words cannot describe how grateful we are of him for taking such great care of our 1 year old dog, Rocky. He treated Rocky as if he was one of his own. Dr. Ken answered our every phone call, which was several times every day for a week. He informed us of Rocky’s status and improvements and most importantly gave us comfort as we did not know how surgery would impact Rocky’s life. We cannot thank him enough for saving his life. I truly recommend his facility to anyone that want the highest quality of treatment for their fur babies. Thank you Dr. Ken and thank you staff.

We brought our dog in for a check up and Dr. Ken was able to detect some small tumors on her.  We scheduled a follow up for an x-ray and surgery to remove the tumors. We are thankful that it was found early. A little background: our dog is a "caution" dog and wary of strangers, but not aggressive unless she feels threatened.  She was startled and snapped at the vet tech on the visit. We muzzled her and held her for the examination, but we were not given anything to calm her before her follow up, which I think should have been anticipated. Still, everything was fine up until that point. The one star comes from the x-ray and surgery follow up. When we dropped her off, I asked if we should put a muzzle on her because I knew she would be scared and wouldn't let the techs touch her without any of our family there. They said no because it would make it difficult for her to breathe. However from her previous visit it was clear that she would feel scared/threatened and they should have thought ahead and planned accordingly.  I get a call several hours later to pick her up because she was "not a good puppy" and they were unable to perform the surgery because it took too long to get the x-rays done. Obviously that annoyed me. I picked up my dog and they gave me a pill for calming her to give to her before bringing her back in the next day for the surgery (why wasn't this given initially?). We get back home and that's when I noticed her left eye was red and swollen.  The next couple of days she acted very depressed and would not eat her food. I called and ask what happened and the tech handling her said he did not notice it. I tried multiple times to get in contact with Dr. Ken, but he was already out of work or in surgery. They said maybe she scratched it trying to take off her muzzle or it got inflamed because she was stressed. Needless to say, we are not going back here for surgery and will go elsewhere. If you have a skittish pet, don't bring them here because they don't know how to handle them. Don't let Joel S. (The tech) take care of your pet.

Animal Clinic ignoring COVID regulations for healthcare. On top of that, they let one of my dogs off the leash outside of their office, and didn't bother trying to chase it down at all. If you care about the health or safety of your animals, definitely avoid this place. I'd give them negative stars if I could, but I have to give this joke of an office at least one to post this.

Love this place and the people! Everyone is friendly and the vet actually came out to the car to meet us, we just love him, he was so friendly, charming and charismatic. And the best judge of character is Trixie and she loves her new veterinary doctor, so needless to say we will be back and you'll be glad you chose Tanner Lakes Animal Clinic. ????????????????????????????????????

The staff is so friendly and helpful! My pup loves going to see them. Everyone from the vet techs to the Dr himself are also willing to answer any of my questions, and care just as much about what is going on with us, the owners, as the animals they see.

I went there for years and I was always told that my cat has just allergies, I kept telling them it is not allergies, but they did not believe me, she died of a severe asthma attack.

Dr Malinowski and staff are great. They took wonderful care of our old dog and later helped put him to sleep - they were very caring, empathetic, and kind during a very painful experience, and sent a very sweet card to us a few days later. A few months later, we got a rescue poodle and took him to Dr M for his shots and checkup. They're always very friendly and seem to genuinely love their furry patients. Great veterinarian and staff!

Balding assistant with arm muscles is very rude... I will never let this place touch my dog. All he needed was a blood test to refill his heartworm meds. The girl that answered the phone said come in the morning and it will only take a few minutes.. but she wasn't there in the morning.
