Best vet around!!! Highly recommend. Staff is phenomenal!!

Moving from state was a nerves run down making sure we found the right place for our fur baby. But I must say finding Springwood Veterinary Hospital was the best decision we could have made. Super friendly staff members and always clean and sanitized, very professional.

Since the switch from critter fixer, very clean, attentive and thorough with examination. The only issue I would say is time, time to get back there, time in room is a little long but I think it is worth the wait!

Fantastic personnel & Doctors. Was able to make last min appointment for my dog. Past Surgery went well at this location. Love new remodeled facility.

We have moved a bit in the last few years and this is the best bet experience we have had. They not only have a vaccine clinic that is affordable but the vet hospital for regular care is in the same building. The staff are awesome and their office dog is so super cute. Really glad we found this place. The vet took her time and was very informative. Also listened to concerns. Very thorough exam.

Our little girl was diagnosed with lymphoma, and yesterday we had to let her go. In the weeks we walked through her illness the office personnel was so kind to help and answer any questions I had. It never seemed a bother. Yesterday they helped us to let her go. They were kind and patient of our every need and made her going as easy as possible. I was able to hold her and love on her to her last breath. My husband had to do this for his sister in Tyler recently, and it was a totally different experience. I want to thanks the staff for their kindnesses.

Not much to say because i have only visited for basic checkups and sadly when i used their services for my baby it was nothing left to do but absolutely everyone was very kind and lovely, they kept me posted quickly, the place and the employees give u a welcoming feeling, but overall I WOULD GO BACK with them if i have the courage to put my heart on the line with another furry member family

We had to put our Macy down after two weeks of trying to get her better, she still wasn't eating and in alot of pain. Very difficult decision but Springwood Vet was wonderful in a very difficult time. Thank you!

So my dog decided to play with my pills and eat some of them so I immediately brought Him here!!!!They took me in right away and took care of my little dog thank you so much

I have trusted my pets healthcare to the doctors and staff at Springwoods Veterinary (formerly Critter Fixer) for many, many years. Everyone is friendly, professional, and caring. Appointments are run on time and, if you have a sick pet, they get you right in. Love the new facility too!

I was on a panic and need help for my furbaby. He was dying and I was told to bring him in and they would look at him between surgery. I didn't know of any other places around . And I'm not thinking to clear. I get there the tech came out was rude and said go to er we won't see hjm. I was like wait why what when and she walked away with out any guidance. I found blue pearl er on Google and was able to put him to rest peacefully I used critter fixer many times b4. But now I know.

2.5 stars if I could give .5stars I switched vets a few years ago to be at the same vet as my significant other. He has not had any issues aside from long wait times. they are very respectful and understanding of our dogs extreme anxiety, especially during the pandemic when the rules for owner presence changed. Unfortunately I have had pos and neg experiences here. When my cat was sick with a upper respiratory infection they did an entire workup and ultimately suggested antibiotics for the infection.. at the same time the Vet had told she had noticed a high volume of blood and sediment in his urine- but did not recommend any preventative measures of any kind. We followed up 2 weeks as recommended for the infection and he significantly improved so they sent us away but never followed up on his urine analysis. Little did I know at this time that his UA was a red flag for a fatal disease. Fast forward to 1 month later my cat is experiencing a urethral obstruction which is extremely fatal and also common on young neutered adult males. Luckily my employer offers pet insurance so I was able to call and get advice form a licensed veterinarian through my insurance (shoutout of Nationwide) and they even looked up my location and found a hospital that was open (of course it was Sunday night). This resulted in a 3 night hospital stay and 3k later- BEFORE insurance (however if I did not have insurance I do not think we would of been so fortunate to have him be treated). The hospital in Spring gave me several information regarding the disease (FLUTD) and also called me daily and sent me photos of him while he was hospitalized. They even followed up on me upon discharge (&so did Nationwide!) since they recommend following up with the PCP I did as recommended.. It has been okay for followups (be prepared to wait an hour) but when bumps in the road arise they do not handle it very smoothly unfortunately. If the medications don't work they double the prescription and don't make you feel confident on their treatment plan. The invoices I ask for during each visit for my insurance are never documented and when they tell me they will email me the notes they usually forget. I understand forgetting the next day but then days turn into weeks. Instead of telling me from the beginning that it will take 3-5 days so I will anticipate a week or so.. I also feel that it was unprofessional to have their techs call the owner to relay test result and findings when I feel like it should be a doctor relaying this medical information to answer questions and give explanations for the established plan of care and goals. I know that they are undergoing construction changes at the moment and they are also growing but I hope this doesn't affect the way they care for their patients. it would make me feel more comfortable if they consulted their fellow colleagues/ vets on difficult matters so I know that they work together as a team. at times I felt that my cat and I were a trial and error situation.

I waited in the parking lot for over half an hour. I looked up the prices and I just wanted my second round of shots for my dog who has already been there and it came to $119 I did not ask for another exam I thought that was already included when the first owners brought the dog there for the first round of shots. The doctor and staff I spoke to though we're very friendly

Their the best vet's ever, I love how loving and caring they are. The last time we were here was under an emergency, so we couldn't make an appointment. They were already super busy, and slammed, and it was towards the end of the day, and you could tell that everyone was ready to go home. But I over heard a conversation that a couple of the girls up front at the desk were having. And though I'm sure they were ready to go home, I over heard one of the girls say "oh well, no dog gets left behind" to which the other replied "thats right". That just warmed my heart that they were so caring, and it wasn't even their dog, and I'm sure they wanted to go home. But they took the time to look at my dog Sasha, and ensured she wasn't going to die from being sick, and we got the meds my dog needed that day. I only wish I would have gotten her name so I could praise management for hiring the right staff, or training them the right way, or both. Thank you Critter Fixer Pet Hospital. You have won our loyalty, and we'll be life long customers for sure now.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They were so helpful in trying to help me save some money and get the proper treatment for my puppy. Saturday’s they do low cost vaccinations. Wonderful serve for the community!

This was my first time ever going to a vet clinic the lady's here were so helpful with my three lovely dogs the information they gave and the care that they showed we will definitely be back.

Great people! Very caring and professional. Took me the same day even though they were booked on appointments . Had a cat that was attacked by 2 dogs and was an emergency so they got me in very quickly. Great place to take your pets and affordable too. Highly recommend them!
