They groom my dog good and are much less than Petsmart

I've been coming here for about 5 years now & I'm always pleased with their professionalism and consistency!!

Prices are good, but with boarding they say a bath is included, but my dog smelled bad coming home. Had to go get him cleaned.b

Took both of my dogs for full grooming and it was terrible. I've been coming to this location for a year now and this was my last time. Haircuts were terrible and my dogs ended up with eye infections. I had to take them to the vet.

The prices are very competitive. Nice folks. Will definitely take my dog back

I love this place. My dog was taken care of very well. They were able to accommodate me when I couldn't find another available pet hotel for the July 4th week. Also, when my flight was cancelled and delayed for 2 days. They understood my situation and let my dog stay extra. The girls were very professional and nice. When I arrive to pick up my dog, my receptionist was my dog Corina. Too cute! Thanks so much. I will choose Shugrem for future stay and recommend to my family and friends.

Misleading advertising. Not sure this is the best option for long term boarding; may be better for daycare options. Pets are not allowed access to outside except once a week? Front lobby area has an unpleasant smell and cats just roam around there... it's really strange. Prices are reasonable but i guess you get what you pay for.

We take our dog here quarterly for grooming and when we leave town for dog-sitting. Their prices are very fair and they do a fantastic job with the grooming. The dogs look like they are having fun at this place. It is a little odd that there are always cats just hanging out in the front, but other than that the workers seem friendly and my dog seems happy and tired when she gets home from hanging out there. We will continue to use them.

First time here and I loved it! The employees were really friendly! They did a great job with my dog and he seemed very happy when I picked him up. I definitely recommend this place! Not to mention they’re really affordable too!

The staff couldn't be better. I've been taking my dog here for the past three years and I've really seen my dog improve. He has made more friends, he's learned how to sit, and at the end of the day, I can see that he played a lot because he is tired and so happy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants good quality service.

Our dog always loves staying here when we are out of town, and they post pics and vids so you can check in while away. Also, they have great prices and very friendly staff.

The staff are absolutely amazing; they do an outstanding job everytime I bring Luna and they always greet you with a smile. I've been bringing Luna here for almost two years and I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

I used to take my Siberian husky here for doggie daycare before I moved further away. These people genuinely care for the animals and unfortunately I haven't been able to find a place that I can trust like I trusted them. My dog loved going to daycare there, he was always super excited. Their level of care and service is truly exceptional.

If I am going to let someone look after, groom, or take care of my dog for awhile, I want to make sure that they are the right people. My interaction with the staff here has been nothing short of awesome. They genuinely care.
