Incredibly pleased with the care and attention to my dog. The staff asked lots of questions to make sure they understood what his needs are. So much better than a large 'corporate' chain store... His fur is well trimmed and coat is sleek and stylish. Plus he smells great!

First time taking my dog to the groomers, they were so helpful and informative. Brought back my dog looking as beautiful as ever. Love how they walked me through the process and explained step by step what they would would do during her stay.

Cancelled our appointment tomorrow (they had a spare opening) after reading reviews and hearing our neighbor's experience. Pawvillion really does have poor customer service. Pawvillion laughed, asked "so you're calling it?", and hung up on me. Simple and as quickly as that. All over the phone. Very rude. Glad I didn't bring my dogs here. We support local businesses, unless they prove otherwise, like this. I'm expecting a rebuttal from the owners here to try and discredit my claim or say this is falsified. Lol

I am glad I found these wonderful people! They groom my bichon-poodle mix and bathe/cut the nails of my short hair dogs. They always do a great job and are honest.

They give me appointment for today at 8:30 I drive 20 mint when I get there the guy tell me, oh we have to much dog's I can't take your dog today, what this people think? I have stuff to do. They tell me to be at 8:30 I was there a that time. I never go back to this place tray to be more responsible.????

Like so many others who have posted reviews I have never encounter a ruder more vial individual in my life. Thank goodness I did not leave my dogs in the care of these two. This husband is not only rude but threatens to punch people as well if the guy is this angry of a person I can not imagine how they are treating the poor dogs in their care. The wife never udders a word probably in fear of this insane lunatic she married. G-d help the poor dogs left their for grooming. I should have called the police as they both threatened to bunch a poor old man in the face just for dropping off her s dog. How are people still taking their dogs to these people? I hope you realize just how insane this guy is. You can se in his face he is crazy. He yells at customers tells them not to say a word. He says can’t you see how stressed out we are. News flash dude if you can’t handle having customers stop taking in 10 dogs at the same time knowing you can’t take care of them. In the 5 minutes I was in thes place there were already 5 dogs back there and more flowing in for one person. In the 5 minutes I was in there I was shocked at the behavior I witnessed not only towards me but everyone else that walked in. I was even more shocked about was how people actually left their poor dogs there. I took my dogs with me in fear of what would happen to them at the hands of these whack jobs. The place is a dump and the guy is insane and the woman does whatever he says without a word. Shocker!!!

Have been coming to this place for about a year and am truly disappointed after my last visit and will not be coming back. As some of the other reviews state, the owner’s husband is the issue. He has been rude from the start but this was the last straw for me. Brought my dog in and he yelled at me because he said I could not handle my dog. She was a little more excited than usual I agree but was no need for him to speak to me the way he did. I truly left feeling belittled. He refused me service and chewed me out. I even told him that i had been there before and asked if she had ever been a problem in the past (she has not). Overall they do a great job but not worth having to deal with this guy. He is EXTREMELY RUDE and CONDESCENDING. The customer service is truly lacking.

The owner should take some lessons on how to just be a decent person. The way he speaks to people, not to mention his customers, is not okay. His attitude alone is enough for me to never even want to consider this place again. Horrible customer service.

They have great communications via text messenger. They took great care of Lexy and were fast ... in and out in two hours.

I am fairly new to this business’ services but I can attest to the fact that the groomers here know how to do their job. The first time I took my dog here, they informed me of a possible ear infection. For that I thank them a million times. The problem I had here was with the owner’s husband. I made a mistake when making my appointment and shooted them an email/text the day before. I informed them out of curtesy and they said it was fine, to go in. When I got there that day, the husband was really rude but then I explained and everything was fine afterwards. Recently, I recommended my neighbor to this place and when she went in, she also had a misunderstanding with the owner’s husband. They had already taken her dogs in but after a long conversation the owner’s husband explained the dogs would be ready for pick up around or after 1 (which is weird considering they clearly specify that pick up time is 12-12:30 for the morning group) because there were other dogs before hers (keep in mind I made the appointment about a week in advance!). My neighbor then explained it was no problem that she could pick up her dogs after picking up her kids from school and that’s when everything went downhill. The owner’s husband handed back her dogs and practically kicked them out (literally). Like I said the groomers are very good at their jobs and their pricing is very affordable for the amount of work they do. For me personally, this is something I can look past by because I loved how they payed attention to the small details but when things like this happen not only does it make them look bad but also the customer who’s recommending their services. I need to find a new place to take my pets.

Been taking my dogs here for over 5 years. Only place I trust with my fur-babies.
