Best vet experience I’ve ever had 10/10 recommend!

My small dog developed diarrhea over this last weekend, we think he ate some of the new mulch.... I called my normal vet and they were not able to see us for several days...or if I wanted to pay an additional $90 dollars same day visit fee on top of what ever it would cost for the visit and treatment. well we all know that small dogs can get very sick when they have diarrhea and no one has an extra 90 bucks these days. Riverflow came to the rescue ...they were happy to see us and were even willing to wait a few extra mins. for us to get there.....The cost was amazingly low we got fast professional service and everyone was so nice....thank you to the Heros at Riverflow pet clinic for helps us ...

Thank you guys are truly the best so affordable and so caring for our Coco Chanel. You came thru for her in a pinch. I highly recommend this Veterinarian. Curbside service, my furbaby had surgery to remove a tumor on her leg and neck and they gave her great care and also very helpful.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I really like the curb side service. The associate that assisted me was very pleasant, kind, courteous and helpful. The doctor was very nice and helpful as well.

I don’t trust many people with my baby, but Riverflow provided excellent care. They updated me throughout her dental treatment plan. The manager is passionate about her job. Will definitely be coming back.

Called and an appointment was made for my dog right away. Very professional and great service. Took great care of my lab.

I called in today for an appointment for a semi-feral cat with dental issues. They got me in within a few hours. Because of covid they are still doing curb side. But that works for me, since I tend to work from my car while waiting. They explained everything very well and got me set up the next day for the dental cleaning. Good prices and nice people!

By the Pandemic they are accepting and treating pets, (no Restrooms), checking in by phone , receiving pets in the parking lot while you wait ( depends on the procedures request )

I loved that they were able to give me next day appointment for shots and were also a much better price than our regular vet. The workers I interacted with both on the phone and in person were very helpful and friendy. I will probably be transferring my pets to this vet.

We recently moved to Lindale Park and decided to transfer our pets’ routine vaccination care closer to our new residence. I was pleasantly surprised at the responsiveness, courtesy and professionalism at the clinic. The pandemic has prevented the pets’ owners to be inside the clinic so we were waiting at the parking lot. The service was excellent, though!! I highly recommend this clinic and its staff.

They are a very caring group of people. Not only of the pets, but the " Pet Parents" as well. I had to put my older dog to sleep, I was very upset at losing my dog. They could not have been more supporting. They made the whole experience one of ease for both my dog and myself. Love them!

Great staff, they have been taking care of my dog for a couple months and have always treated him very well. On arrival they are always ready and never make us wait. Prices are more reasonable than other vets.
