The staff was extremely nice and answered all of my questions. They are very knowledgeable and the price for services is fair. Will be coming back to take my cat.

My husband and I brought Pikachu and Callie here on a budget but also loving our fur kids like real kids. Callie decided to go from a sweet kitty in the exam room to Cujo Callie in the back, but they gave us some Gabapentin to calm her down and had us bring her back for a better experience. Pikachu had a UTI and requires some follow-up testing for something else which will hopefully be nothing. Everyone is super nice and prices are allowing us to thoroughly check all our fur kids out!

This was our first visit with our fur baby Starr. She let everyone touch her when at the other vet she almost bit and growled at everyone. Staff here was so informative and so friendly. I believe we found our veterinarian. Thanks for taking care of her.

Absolutely love this place. Staff are friendly caring and actually love animals. They quote you the same prices you pay. Everything is affordable and convenient. Definitely a hidden gem.

It was our first time here. Went in as a walk-in for our 2 sick cats. It was about an hour wait, but the staff were very accommodating. We were able to wait in our car and they called us as soon as it was our turn. Super friendly staff and vet techs and it was nice to see a friendly face when the vet walked since we knew her from another good clinic. Will definitely return!

Cost effective vet clinic with a strong cadre of service oriented support staff.

We have brought our foster and forever doggies here for over four years and will be choosing another organization for our pet needs. We drove from Jersey Village (a 45 minute drive) to their location to be turned down due to “strict cut off times for walk in appointments.” We arrived an hour before closing. Also, there were no notices on the website or outside of the clinic door stating this strict cut off time. Or that it is first come first serve for up to 15 pets. Even when I shared we drove 45 minutes to be seen we still weren’t seen. I really appreciated the knowledge and care of all staff over the years but am flustered by this experience. We will be getting our pet care needs taken care elsewhere.

Long story short not only are they very affordable, they went to bat for me when I had issues with getting a prescription filled by Chewy. I never feel like they are trying to gouge me for money and more importantly they show my dog so much affection. Thank you Ready Pet and bigger thank you to Mallory and Katy!

Today Sept 18 2021 called to see if my pets could be seen they said yes drove 10 miles 25 minutes to get there and once i got there they told me my pets could not be seen today. They opened at 10 am I got there at 11 15 am. I will never use them again very unprofessional. If you already knew you couldn't accommodate my pets today why have me drive over there..I have English Bulldogs and the doctor that was working there didn't like English Bulldogs. They have lost my Business.

Fast, professional, my dog's old and grumpy but they worked with him.

Yesterday August 24 I took my neighborhood cat to this clinic because of health concerns. They took him back, examined him and then a dark skinned and short hair nurse( I didn’t get her name) came back and told me that the only solution was to put him down or to take him to the hospital. After telling me the prices for the hospital I told her that I wanted to take the cat and talk to my husband. She got kind of upset and told me that she would go check if he was still alive. Few minutes later, she came back with my cat and started being hysterical telling me that he was suffering and why was I being cruel or why did I care about a cat that was “ from the streets”. It looked like she was about lose and start crying and I told her to give me my cat back after refusing to do so. She was grabbing her hair and looked hysterical just crying out and saying “I can’t believe this”, then she left and I got my cat. The receptionist then told me to leave the cat to her but I just decided to pay and take my cat because not knowing what they truly do to the animals there is worrying to me. I feel as if the doctor could have handled the situation better and not reacted so personally, I have had many nurses tell me to put my other cats to sleep and they are healthier than ever. 10/10 do not recommend EVER I will never come back to deal with dramatic and emotional staff and hope she finds her own problems and fixes them.

At first it seemed to be a good place to take your pet but now it seems it’s more about business first then the pets. If you make an appointment be ready to wait at least an additional hour. And prices are outrageous compared to other places.

We go here for our rescue cats and they are always professional and polite. Be aware: this is a low-cost vet so they get super busy. They do drop ins on Saturdays.

Very professional and the waiting is worth it, the prices are cheaper than other places I went to 2 places for my dog and they was expensive and they don’t do nothing for him.Because I believe in one place and when I get with this vet is was to late so they refer me to an emergency but they explain everything with detail. I loved the simplicity of this place. It is at a very reasonable price as well.

Brought in a stray dog and they were totally great about getting the dog up to date with vaccines and heartworm treatment. The people that work there are super friendly too

Love this place. Easy to get in and get out. Prices are listed on the website. The vet is professional and knowledgeable. Cost much less than the places with elaborate waiting rooms with a large staff, TVs, and a pretty fish tank that end up costing the customers more.

Great prices. Unlike other places that want to charge you extra for everything. Friendly staff.

Love these guys. We had to move out of state and they helped us with getting things in order since we were flying with our cats. Missing their professional care. I hope we can find someone close to what they used to be like.
