I knew someone who worked there and they had to work Christmas day and then got fired right after the Christmas rush. A business who doesn't take care of its employees is not a business that deserves community support.

My dog and my daughter's dog go every week. Both love it. Dogs come home tired which is why we send them. Good exercise.

From grooming, boarding to doggie day care I have been very happy with Prestonwood Kennels. It doesn't matter if it's 7 am or 7 pm- I am always greeted with a smile and the dogs are always happy when we get there.

Sunny has been attending Social Club, we call it Puppy Play, since she was 6 months old. My 2 dogs before her were not well-socialized and were sometimes fearful/aggressive around other dogs. I was determined that Sunny be socialized. Prestonwood was the perfect place for that. She LOVES her time at puppy play, so much she sometimes isn’t ready to come home when I pick her up. She is at ease with other dogs she meets wherever we go. She has also stayed for boarding when we are away. I highly recommend Prestonwood Kennel and Social Club.

Completely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful to staff and potential employees.

They are not consistent in their policies and procedures (in terms of vaccinations). They said okay when my husband declined the wellness plan but went ahead and added that to our bill. When questioned they told me it’s mandatory.

They are so organized! Truly care for out pets and reasonable prices. Worth checking out!

What kind of a business supports stealing #CFISD candidate signs? Apparently Prestonwood Kennels does.

Thx for allowing my sister's dog to escape and get killed by a car. You should be out of business and on the street like the dog for your careless actions.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE! My friend boarded their dog here while going on a business trip. They received a call the next day saying the dog got out and couldn't be found. Later, the dog was found dead in a ditch after being hit by a car. The kennel is negligent, didn’t close a cage properly and allowed a dog to walk right out the front door. They originally claimed the fence was being repaired and he got out that way, but surveillance footage showed he walked through the lobby and out the front door undetected. This kennel shouldn't even be allowed to board dogs! Use a pet sitter instead!

This place is directly responsible for animal neglect and subsequent fatalities, do not visit.

My dog loves it here. He goes once a week for doggie social time.

This van was seen removing campaign signs of one CFISD school board candidate. Participating in Election Fraud activities should END their business.

The negligence of the staff cost a dog it's life. Completely unacceptable response from the owner. This kennel is horrible. Don't bring your pets here. R.I.P Blue

My dog attends regular doggy daycare sessions. Harley loves it. The staff is attentive , reliable and very loving towards her. I highly recommend their services. A wonderful staff!!

You should not pick up political signs. Born and raised in cy fair. Conservative friend running for the board. Will do great things and you go and steal signs. Take care of the animals and don’t steal signs

I have been bringing my animals to the facility to get all washed up and clean for the past year and a half, but I will not do it anymore!! I caught the manager speaking very rudely to a few employees as if she was trying to embarrass them! She is verbally abusive to them, and she will never get my money or animals again!!! If she treats her employees that way, just imagine how she treats the animals when she has to help out! Very unacceptable.

I was nervous putting my two pups into a kennel having a not so great experience in the past. I have driven past Prestonwood kennels a few times and thought I really should check this place out. When the time came we needed to board the pups I finally went to check them out. First thing I noticed walking in to my left there was a window wall that looked into a room with chairs and couches with relaxing canines hanging out. I was then greeted by a friendly staff member. I asked about thier facility, prices etc and they immediately asked If I wanted a tour! That right there put my mind at ease, knowing they had nothing to hide and are confident in there facility. I took the tour and all the pups seems to be happy and relaxed. I choose the executive suite for my two pups which was in a separate section. The room was comfortable for my two shebas, had a sliding glass door instead of wire and they had full access to thier own little yard during hours of operation. When I picked up the pups they were happy, not stressed. I took them back again for a groom and they weren't nervous to be there which was nice to see and proved to me it was a place they associate positive thoughts and memories.

Owner is the worst person you'll ever meet. She stereotypes others, belittles others, and uses very rude language.

I called to schedule boarding for a dog I am currently fostering (no daycare, just daytime boarding). The lady who answered the phone was very rude and had an attitude. Her concern was the dog came from the shelter and could have virals (I believe that's the word she used). The dog has been with the rescue for about a month, up to date on all vaccinations/shots. I assured her of this (and would provide paperwork). Then she asked what breed - I replied "pit" and she goes "I don't want him"...I replied "why" and she said "I just don't" -- proceeded to ask male or female, dog aggression, etc. I reiterated that it was just a daytime boarding, no daycare and she still said no. OHH and she works with a rescue....but wants to discriminate on pit bulls?? At first it was her concern of him being from the shelter, but once I made it clear he's been out of the shelter it was because he was a pit bull. No thank you, I will take my business somewhere else.

We've left our fur baby there a few times and have always had a great experience. There are so many options to choose from... grooming, nature walks, pool time, socialization etc and Rhea has always come back healthy and happy!

We got a beautiful standard Poodle puppy, very nice place.

Please read the reviews before you leave your pets here. Or applying for a job here. The owner guinnette is very rude and unprofessional just because she owns a dog business does not mean she loves them maybe more like she loves the money. If you applying for a job here read the reviews she treats them like garbage and no one should be put down or made felt less of a person. This place needs to be shut down this lady mistreats pets.they need to be investigated.

Been a customer for boarding and grooming for 5 years. Very pleased always!

We've boarded our 2 Great Danes here 4 times and they've received excellent care. There are closer facilities to us, but we choose to come to Prestonwood Kennels. They are organized, caring, clean and our girls get to be in a indoor/outdoor cage together.

I have trusted Prestonwood Kennels for over 10 years with my fur babies. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with them and they love the attention they get there.

Beautiful place full of happy dogs

This place is absolutely amazing. If you want your beloved dog to be pampered and taken care of BETTER THAN AT HOME (i know what i'm saying) then this is the place you want to come. It's literally an outstanding, professional, convenient, helpful, loving, and honest place to trust with your little or big four legged family member.

The lady at the front desk is extremely rude. I believe her name is Linda. Not only was she rude to me while I was checking my dog in, she was rude to a younger staff member right in front of me! Absolutely appalling behavior.

Horrible service from the owner, she was unwilling to answer simple questions. Total attitude.
