Have been going there since they opened. Our dogs love it.

I took my puppy here for his first day and receive a call few hours later saying that he had been in an altercation with a dog and it wasn’t his fault. Allegedly he was thrown up against the wall and the worker said he may have punctured something. I told them to take him to his vet and 20 minutes later receive a call saying that the one disconnected and they didn’t know what to do. Why wait 20 minutes to call me back when it’s an emergency…. And then I proceed right on my way and get to the vet and call and they still have not left the building yet. I will be taking whatever legal action I can because of the neglect. The worker said they would cover the bill - which holds the liable. So much for a first day. Not to mention she was assuming the vet might be too far to take which is 15 mins away and shouldn’t even matter.

Our dog loves the folks at Polka Dot. We can tell because he gets super excited whenever we enter the building he gets super excited and they all know his name even after not being there for weeks or months at a time.

My dog loves this place, they are convenient, friendly, and they are a great value!

They love the dogs. Place is clean and well managed. Groomer was gentle and did a great job.

We took our Golden Retriever, Emmett, to Polka Dot Dogs for grooming for the first time this week and we will now be regular customers. He’s 5 years old and I’ve never felt him so soft!

Our dogs have been going here for a number of years. Have not used boarding, but are scheduled to in a few months. Dogs are usually exhausted after being at daycare for a few hours and we can get some chores and errands run without the dogs around. We have also used the groomer before with good results, just be specific about what you want from them.

My Sallie girl loves coming to this daycare. She whines all the way from the house to the location. She gets daycare services, grooming services, and boarding services done here. The place is extremely reasonable so definitely try it out!

I have read through other reviews and seen some less than great things. However, my experience has been nothing but awesome. I have boarded my dog, Kloe, on several occasions and she also goes to daycare 1 to 2 times per week. Kloe is always excited to go and they know her by name. I don't even have to let staff know who I am there for when I pick up because they know me too! I also have 2 young kids (3 and 7 months) and the staff are nice enough to bring Kloe out to me when I call so I don't have to get the kids out of the car. On occasion I have even had Kloe (who is 70 lbs) carried out and put in the back of my car so she wouldn't get muddy. Overall the staff really care about the dogs in their care and I feel very comfortable leaving my pup in their care.

We have been taking our dogs here for years. Highly recommended.

Good grooming experience and cares about their customers -- We had a misunderstanding that Polkadot dogs cleared up for us. I will definitely go back again.

My pup goes there and has a wonderful time every day she goes! The grooming is great and all the dogs seem happy there.

Great customer service. I like knowing that Scar gets activity during the day while she is boarded. She loves the people there and seems excited to be dropped off.

Winnie has been boarding here for a few years now while we're on vacation. She always comes home tired (from playing all day) and healthy. She once got into the mud right before we picked her up (on a Sunday) and the folks were nice enough to give her a quick bath before sending her home. I love that she can still play with her friends during the day while we're gone instead of sitting in a crate. The staff is always kind responsive.

Polka Dot has a great doggy day care program and wonderful "boarding." My small/medium-sized dog stays there sometimes for both. I know he has fun running around and being with other dogs. Their boarding is a exceptional that is second best only to my dog staying with his favorite humans. The only qualm I have with Polka Dot is their groomer. While their bathes make my dog smell great, I've tried to have him groomed here recently and they won't do it any longer. A few years ago my dog was still able to get groomed at Polka Dot. My dog is very difficult (growling and squirmy but never bites) when getting a hair cut but my thoughts are that if PetSmart can do it (and they always have), a boutique groomer could too. I understand that's the groomers choice, but still irritating.

My puppy, Bandit, has a touch of separation anxiety, and he isn't always so sure about new people. He has fallen in love with the amazing folks at Polka Dot Dogs. Happy puppy, happy mommy. It also helps that he comes home from day care absolutely exhausted everyday. He's always so excited to return, even if he is afraid of the car ride there.

Awesome place. Our little dog always seems so happy once he comes out. And no, it's not just because he is leaving, he seems to actually enjoy being there (unlike at one major retailer that makes you SMART about your PET). And as for the place smelling like urine/feces comment, it sounds like they just haven't done their regular cleaning yet. As one who worked in a kennel before, it's not always going to smell like roses when there are that many dogs around.
