Pet Supplies Plus - Spring Spring, Texas

I stopped going here awhile ago since they stopped price matching any website that wasn’t a popular retailer. Then they just stopped carrying the dog food all around. I even still came to shop after that but then one day, I had my senior dog of 13 years with me. There was a lady who worked there and when she got closer to my dog who was standing in the middle of the aisle and as I went to say move over to him she pushed him out of the way with her leg. I went offffff on her. This place just doesn’t care anymore.

Oh my God. Do not use the groomers here. They were going to let my dog hang himself to death in the table. Thank God I stopped them. If I wasn't there , who knows if he would have survived. I bet they have probably done this to other animals. And groomer lady was yelling at another dog because she was trembling from being scared. I wouldn't trust this place!

I have always had a great experience when I come here. We take our dogs to get bathed and they are always excited to see everyone. The staff is so nice and attentive as well. It's really sad that people are leaving bad reviews based on something they saw and not an actual experience.

My favorite place to get my pups treats and bones. Love the atmosphere and the staff. Anytime I bring my little ones they are always mesmerized by the animals. Staff members are always so attentive and let them pet or check out the little critters. I'm sure we will end up with a guinea pig at some point lol.

The groomers are cruel to animals. That should be enough to keep you away.

Multiple friends have left their dogs for grooming and when they picked them up their dogs had injuries. For the sake of you pet don’t use their grooming service.

Place doesn’t care about your dogs and almost killed a poor dachshund and would only release the video to her after she signed a waiver. They left him unattended and he almost choked to detach on the grooming table.

This review is from a neighbor’s real group post. I wanted to share it here and let more people know. Don’t leave your fur family alone to them. I had too many bad experiences in PetCo and PetSmart. I don’t trust them anymore. When they ask me to drop off him I will ask for stay in order to make sure they don’t cut him again. My dog nail has dark color quick but many technicians are untrained or don’t care. They just wanted to get it done easily and quickly by cutting instead of grounding. He was cut several times, bleeding very bad. “If you take your dog to Pet Supplies Plus to get groomed don't let this lady groom your dog. We were there tonight and she was cutting this dogs nails and the dog was yelping really loud and she had his leg twisted so far to the side. I walked by and she looked like she didn't care at all that the dog was yelping and looked annoyed. I let the store associate know but who knows if they will actually do anything. I have dogs of my own and would never want them treated this way.”

Love the self service dog wash and baked dog treats by the registers. Employees are always friendly and helpful, and seem happy to be there. Store is always clean and well-stocked. Have seen the franchise owner in the store on multiple occasions, working just and hard and just as friendly as the other employees.

Each time we have visited this place we have loved our experience. Both my dogs are well cared for. Thank you for all that you do for the fur babies of this community.

STOP GIVING THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS AND LETS CLOSE THEM DOWN!!

Nice store prices beat the big boxes the employees seem really knowedgeable we will come back even though it's a longer distance! I wish I got the young man's name that helped us but he has a doggo that only eats their bones when alone! He was a great help!

A lovely store filled with lots of great supplies and kind employees. We get our vegan dog food there. They also offer online shopping and delivery. The iced dog cookies are adorable and nicely displayed. I don't like selling or confining animals, but it does look like they care about and take care of the animals they have there.

The store was clean, the employees were friendly and helpful. One of the only places that carries my dog's preferred food.

I’ve been going to this place for a long time, I recomended the place with my family and friends so my mom has been taking her dog for grooming there and it has always been very good, even the groomers always said that our valentina was always very sweet but this last thursday we went to the store to check if she was ready because we were in the area, when we arrive they were still working with her but the groomer was hitting our dog and she was biting her in her head, of course the work she did was horrible!! But the worst part is the way she was treating our dog she is a little poodle and this lady was practicly hitting her and biting her head, we never had problems like this before but what she did was unacceptable.

Wanted to get some raw cat food for our Siberian cat. Hard to find in Houston! But, Pet Supplies Plus in Spring has it! We got a refrigerated Chicken with Liver. They love it! We use it as a supplement to their other foods as well. We also use pumpkin as a supplement for stomach/intestinal help - works great - use it as a supplement too.

Professional service and savings on dog food and freeze dried treats

Good place for self wash for a dog. Lots of toys and pet needs for cats and dogs. They do sell fish and some birds, but minimal toys or bird needs.

One star strictly due to the grooming department. Do not use their grooming service!

Groomers are friendly and so good with our doggies.
