Great service. Fastest place I could find to spay my cat without having to wait for a month. Price is reasonable. I recommend it

On Wendsday they offer 20% on vaccines. But the waiting time is long. Around 2 hours. If you have more than 1 pet maybe worth it. Before Covid, come here was better, but now they are short in staff. The staff is polite and profesional. And they have Curbside due to Covid precautions. Hopefully, soon they come back to normal because this is a great place where you can get wellness for your pet in a fair price.

I had to take my little companion for the last 16 years, Joely, here yesterday to be put down. Everyone there was very kind. We had to wait but not long. Can't say enough about the vet - she was kind and understanding. Also told me that Joely's body had already starting shutting down. Joely was given a tranquilizer that took about 5 minutes to work, just enough time to say a final goodbye. Can't say enough about the vet there; made the experience bearable and I was reassured that I was doing the right thing for Joely. Thank you! I'll be bringing my other dog, JLo in when she needs an exam.

Inexpensive, fast, very friendly. The owner always takes really good care of our Yoyo.

If time is money, this place is absolutely not affordable. If you're not the first person in line @ 830 am, you will wait a minimum of two hours for a wellness check.

I honestly don't know where the good reviews come from. The front desk girl was RUDE & BITTER. Does she even care for animals? She made a nasty face when she heard my cat meow. My cat had an upset stomach after chewing a plant. **No severe symptoms** but she basically KICKED US OUT the clinic, speaking over me without letting me describe the situation saying they couldn't see the cat and go to a high cost emergency clinic. My cat was still eating and all so we needed was to see a vet first. NEVER AGAIN. someone should fire that animal hating person.

Doctor and front desk ladies were nice. Got the care I asked for. Doctor called me the next day to go over my dog's lab results. Overall, i would recommend.

Excesive waiting time for a service.

I adopted a rescue dog 5 months ago and had taken Zeus to 3 Vets prior to my recent visit to PetWorks Express. For me, the fourth time the charm, at PetWorks Express I have found the Vet that has everything I was searching. Lauren Suttle, DVM was upfront, personable, compassionate, and knowledgeable, all things required by anyone who loves and considers their pet as a member of the family. At PetWorks Express I found all of the staff to be kind and helpful, the facility receives an A Plus for cleanliness and the cost of care is extremely competitive and reasonable. PetWorks Express is a professionally run clinic that I am pleased to recommend as the best of the best. Five star Rating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The waiting time was horrendous. The checkout time was really slow also. Only 1 at a time allowed which delayed everyone so much. All my trips there before were so much better.

BEEN TAKING MY SHIH TZU HERE SINCE HE WAS A PUP, HES 5 NOW. WE LOVE THE CONVENIENCE AND LOW COST SERVICES. BE MINDFUL THAT MOST ARE WALK INS AND THE WAIT CAN BE LONG, BUT STILL WORTH IT. THEY HAVE A COOL APP TOO

We love the vets and the whole crew there. We have taken our pets there for years. They are compassion and professional. Grateful to have them close.

Want you to wait 20-30 minutes outside in line JUST to check in, also want you to leave your pet inside the car while doing so. IT’S TOO HOT FOR THAT. The wait is always over 2 hours long and they seem to only be seeing 1-2 animals at a time, ONLY one person is allowed inside at a time. The people at the front desk are rude, snappy, and lazy and will make you ask them how to check in before the actually assist you. Yes they have low prices, but terrible quality.

I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. Prices are very affordable. The front staff is outstanding. The lady doctor was so sweet and patient explaining everything to me.. I cannot remember the name of the young man that helped me with my pet but he was exceptionall. Great place. You get treated like a friend not a customer.

Good, if you want to wait for 2 hours in your car. Been here 5 times in 6 months and every time, no matter the date, the wait is around 2 hours. They give you a number in the order you arrive. I understand this is not their fault and it's my decision to wait. However, this last time I saw 2 numbers after mine go in first. And even finish and leaving as my dog was walking in. When I asked why, they told me that they were not really following the order today... Then what are the numbers for?! After 2.5 hours I finally get the call from the vet who was in a rush... Unfortunately, I won't be coming back, time and respect are worth more than money.
