Great service just can be pricey, would be 5 stars if they were not as pricey.

I loooove this place!! My dog loves it here and they take such good care of him. The facility is clean and well taken care of and the staff is awesome! Great experience, no complaints.

This was our first time visiting Houston with our dog, Bella, but we couldn’t have her in the house we visited. I found PetSuites by reference from a local veterinary. I am pleased with their overall service. They answered to my request right away and gave me the reservation, but I liked that they requested the vaccination records as a condition to accept Bell. It made me feel confident that I was leaving her in a safe environment. They allowed us to visit Bella and they her out for a walk. The day we picked her up, everything was really smooth, they honor all the discounts for first time clients and they explained clearly all the charges. We will definitively leave Bella in PetSuites any time we go to Houston or try any other of their suites around USA.

Was having floors installed at my house so used their daycare for my cats. My cats go feral away from home but the staff was great, understanding and super helpful.

We are currently undergoing home repairs and have our three pups boarded here. The staff is beyond amazing! We love being able to visit our babies without any limitations! Everyone seems to love our dogs and we can tell the feeling is mutual! We visit from time to time and we are always welcomed with smiles and our hearts are definitely at peace with the establishment and the way that it is being operated. Thank you to the entire staff for being so accommodating to our family!

I decided to leave my dog Louie here due to a co worker who had a positive experience with them too. It was our first visit and My baby was scared but the ladies at the front were super nice and took him to the back. While I wish I could’ve gotten more pictures or updates during the stay, I came to get him and they gave me a good report. He seemed very happy and when we got home, he passed out. Thank you and I’m definitely bringing him back!

Super amazing place for a fur baby!

My husband and I were going on a weekend trip and wanted to finally try boarding our pup, Winston. When looking at Google reviews, Petsuites Cypress seemed like a great option. Upon arrival for drop off the ladies at the front were very nice to my dog. They seemed to really care about his needs. They inventoried the items I brought, which was great. They asked about feeding schedule, allergies, medications, etc. So when I left after dropping him off I had high hopes. I dropped him off on a Friday morning. Saturday morning I sent a text to the number asking for an update on how he was doing. I didn't hear anything at all. I had to send a follow up text Sunday morning stating I hadn't received a response and I finally got a general update that he was doing good. That was the one and only update that I received the entire time he was there. We picked him up Monday morning, received the items I dropped off with him, but no other updates about his experience. I expressed at the time of drop off that I was nervous about leaving him due to his separation anxiety. So I would've thought they would have been more accommodating and giving us more detailed updates on how he was doing to ease our minds and to retain a customer. I heard other boarders do daily reports and even send photos. That's something I definitely would have loved to have. It's the next day from picking him up from his stay and I have no clue how his experience was. Did he make friends? Did he play nicely during his playtimes? Did he sleep peacefully? Did he whine when he was in his room? Did he play with his toys in the room? How were his BM? Etc. when we got home yesterday, he was barking at the front door as usual, but his bark was very hoarse. Why? Was he doing a lot of barking while he was there? He's not a dog that barks often, unless he senses danger, or to alert us that someone is at our front door. I understand that they have a lot of dogs to accommodate, but the website states, for updates on your pet text the phone number. When I did, I didn't get a response until almost 24 hours later, and probably only because I sent the nudge text. I think next time we go out of town, I would take him somewhere where I have more visibility on him during the stay.

The only place I'm comfortable leaving our Noodle cat. Wonderful staff that is always so loving and accommodating, plus a clean facility! Love this place!

Last week I posted a very poor review of PetSuites, but after a long discussion with the General Manager, I booked another grooming appointment for my pet. Today I was very impressed to say the least. It is my belief that some reviewers go through life miserable and instill failure without an opportunity to truly help. We are all going through tuff times but we have to help one another to be the best we can be, especially now. My poor review was never intended to hurt the staff but for them to pause for a moment and reflect “how can I improve”. I truly believe you will not find a cleaner establishment with committed leadership and for those who value their services than PetSuites-Cypress. Thank you and always know I am committed to be your biggest cheerleader.

Saw My Dog Getting Made Fun Of On TikTok.

We boarded our 2 dogs (9 and 1) for the first time in their lives. It was a great experience from the start. They were able to answer all of our questions promptly. The staff suggested we bring the boys in for a short visit before their extended stay. They were happy to go back to a familiar place. The drop off process was efficient. We were allowed to provide as many comfort items we thought necessary. The staff even sent us pictures of our happy boys. Upon pickup it was clear our dogs were cared for as I watched them get a quick pat from every staff member they passed. We will certainly use them again.

Staff is friendly, their love for all pets show. Facility is very clean. Our fur baby loves going. Great place!

Great place. Free first night helped a lot too

Service has been great since day 1. Staff is friendly they call us ASAP if anything is wrong with our Chunky boy they send us pictures of him through out his stays. Maxx loves it here and is always excited when we drop him off he loves the staff and I can tell the staff loves him. Every time we call to check up on him they never have a problem giving us an update on him. Best place to leave your fur babies and don’t have to worry about them being safe because they’re in the best hands.

Boarded dogs here several times. Good services. A little on the pricey side.

Great service, friendly faces! Sally and Lady had a great first experience boarding. This was my first time leaving my girls anywhere, and I am so glad I chose PetSuites! I honestly expected the dogs to come home and be a little anxious and a little extra thirsty after being away for two days, but they came home and didn't skip a beat! It's like they weren't away at all, which makes me feel like they enjoyed their stay and felt at home!

I’ve edited my review from 1 to 5 stars due to management reaching out to me and making sure my baby is happy and taken care of. I’ll be leaving a fat tip for the caretakers.

This place was DISGUSTING. I personally heard an employee getting yelled at in what i assume is the office. The management is RUDE and i saw a dog getting hit in the room right behind the windows. Absolutely horrible place please do not bring your dogs here.

We just got a new puppy this spring and have been bringing him for puppy preschool so he can be well socialized. I can tell the staff really love their jobs and have a passion for animals. Kip is always so excited when we arrive and the staff is just as excited to see him! The facility is also super-nice and always clean. In the future I plan to utilize their training services as well as boarding.

Very nice staff. Good service for humans in terms of customer service. We have left our four legged daughter a few times for days and when we pick her up she's look happy and healthy.

From day 1 we've had nothing but great results from PetSuites of Cypress. We have a very large, excitable 1 year old doodle. They are very patient and kind with him. And I know he's a handful. He goes about once a week for day boarding and play dates. He absolutely loves his time spent there. We recently boarded him (his first time away from us)for the 4th of July weekend. We got daily photos and reports of how he was getting along. We have taken him there for grooming and was pleasantly surprised as to how great he looked after clipping his long doodle hair. Wouldn't trust just anyone to clip him. Totally love PetSuites of Cypress and their pet loving workers ????????

I Took my dog for a few days while I was out of town and they did a great job taking care of my dog. Highly recommended.

I took my dog there and they were very rude and a lady walked up behind my dog and tapped her back without letting my dog smell her which caused my dog to growl at her. And she called over 4 more people to huddle around her, all going towards her at once, which made my dog start barking, and in the end, they told me I couldn’t leave my dog there because she was “an aggressive dog that is a danger to the workers and other dogs here” extremely disgusted with the way they treated my dog

We adore pet suites! Our pup is so excited everytime we drop him off at daycare and it feels like the team is genuinely excited to see them too. It's clean, they're professional, very friendly, and it gives me so much peace of mind that he's well looked after and having fun rather than sitting around at home.

Our first experience with dog boarding and Pet Suites Cypress set the bar high. We received an update with photos of our dog playing each day. The staff were very friendly and I knew that they wanted Beau to be happy and have fun while he was there. The place was very clean and bright and the dogs were well attended too. Will definitely bring Beau back to Pet Suites Cypress.
