Our dog does not enjoy other people or other dogs, but does great and loves going to the "spa" when we're out of town.

I trusted my baby to get groomed here and had a horrible experience. On top of that got charged $108.00!!!! My dog came out with razor burns and cuts in his face! I usually take him to AC grooming. On top of that they didn’t do the haircut I had asked for they did whatever they wanted with him. My baby came out so sad from there and sick. Threw up for the next 2 days. NEVER AGAIN will I take my dog here.

I recently tried to book a reservation at this Hobby location. For one, every time I try calling the phone number to ask questions, get info etc no one ever answers the phone. It’s extremely unprofessional to never answer incoming calls. I have to leave my house to go up there which is extremely inconvenient. My reservation was supposed to be over the New Year. When I had to go up there to book a reservation no one told me I had to pay a deposit. I found this out after getting harassed with texts and emails reminding me to pay the deposit or I would lose the reservation. I paid the deposit of course because I need me dog to be boarded. I had an emergency and ended up having to cancel my reservation and needed to know how/when to cancel and if I would get my deposit back. As usual when I try calling I never get through to anybody so again I have to leave my house to go up there. They tried to tell me that since the canceled reservation wasn’t made 48 hours before I wouldn’t be eligible to get my deposit back. The manager came and told me that it was a mistake that I paid a deposit as the Hobby location wasn’t requiring deposits, but then also didn’t want to give me my money back. It was after I argued my peace she then decided she would make a one time exception and give it back but definitely let it be known that it was a one time thing. So this business told me it was necessary to pay a deposit or I would lose my reservation. Then when I have an emergency and need to cancel tell me that I didn’t need a deposit and still not want to give me my money back. Yeah I 100% will not be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone else.

Nice facility with a caring and knowledgeable staff. Your pets should enjoy their stay.

Had my poodle mix dog groomed there for the first time and very pleased with the process from booking all the way to pick up very friendly staff and Emma that did the grooming listened to everything I said and did a fantastic job! My dog can be aggressive when getting groomed I warned her he would need to be muzzled for his feet and face when I picked him up they assured me he was muzzled and was told she was very patient with him which is something I could never do so I am very grateful for her service (:

I take my little monster Bailey to doggie daycare they are so good to her. The staff is friendly. They give updates on her day ... truly amazing. I feel very comfortable knowing she is with them. And the end of the day - she's exhausted!

I reached out to become a new customer to board my 2 dogs for a week. I wrote a detailed email of my questions and requests for boarding and received a reply 2 days later. The reply was up front, friendly, and seemingly straight forward. I went to book my reservation and it was almost double what I was quoted via email. I reached out via telephone to speak with customer service who then proceeded to inform me not only was I misquoted on the nightly rate, there would also be other additional charges I wasnt told about AND I do not qualify for the 25% off first night as a new customer due to booking a drop off date that just so happened to fall on their last date of "Holday rates". Nothing was offered to meet in the middle or honor what was quoted, only a higher quote. 45 minutes later I was told the "support member" I was speaking to had zero authority to make any changes and that I would probably hear back from the actual resort itself, whom I thought I had just spent the last 45 minutes talking to. Very unprofessional and annoying. Now I have to start my search for a pet resort I feel comfortable with all over again. BEWARE OF PRICING AND VALIDATE EVERYTHING BEFORE BOOKING.

my puppy Astro loved it and had so much fun there this is his first time here and will be coming here from now on the pictures they took of him were soo adorable the staff is very friendly and soooo nice and they made sure my puppy was in good hands

It's a great place for a doggy to have fun during the day get some exercise and make friends. We just do doggie daycare we have not had to board our pup

We usually board are girls here. Haven't experienced any issues with them or the girls during their stays. Clean facility and friendly staff.

Love this place. They take such good care of my baby and give me the sense of peace I need to enjoy my Vacation. Oh and the pictures they send showing just how much fun your baby is having are incredible.

Thank you for taking care of our precious Phoebe! She is an "only" dog at our house, so she is very attached and I worry the 1 time we board her every year! This is our second time here and she loves it! They watch her, play, and offer special treats and attention when she is missing us. They do anything to make her comfortable! The pictures they offer are true keepsakes and by the end of the week, Phoebe was playing with new friends and loved her chaperone! Thank you again!

I was so please with the Hobby location. They are amazing and they tend to our pets as if they were their own. I was very nerves as first to leave my pets there for 3 days, but after my fur babies day camp and I was able to watch them online (all day) I saw the love and care they give each pet. Thank you all so much for your kindness and loving commitment to our fur babies.

Our dog Peluche had a great time at pet paradise!! Peluche is a really shy and anxious dog so it takes a while for him to warm up to people, but the staff at Pet Paradise made him feel so comfortable! We got to see him play on the webcam and he looked so happy! Props to the staff who bathed him and trimmed his nails! Excellent service overall!!!

Words can not explain how much I love the this place and the staff. My dogs love coming here and love the staff so much. They cry in excitement when we arrive. My Pitbull is very active and we were having trouble giving him enough exercise. He gets more than enough exercise here. He'll come home and sleep all night and the next day! I am very happy with my decision taking my dogs here! :)

Always has room even at the last minute. My dog seems to like going everytime.

The pricing is very affordable for what it's included in their packages and offer a military discount! I love that their suites offer indoor AND outdoor access, you can view their webcam anytime, and provide a cute report card at the end of their stay. So far their customer service has always been great. My dog loves making friends here!

This is a good dog boarding place. I always use them when traveling and they take good care of our dog and the dog is happy when he goes there.

Staff was great, the place looked great when we dropped our dogs off. They also comped the first day which was awesome.

This is the third time I leave both of my fur babies in their care. The first time went well although they smelled horrible when I picked them both up. The second time they forgot to give my fur babies their chew toys so they had nothing to play with while they were there. They also got their feeding wrong because I had too much food left after I specifically wrote on the bags and again they smelled horrible when I picked them up. This last week I left them there again and gave instructions on how many snacks they each would have and they didn’t do that either. They came home with the majority of them. My smaller senior dog is on medication, staff let me leave without filling out the medical paperwork so I had to come back fill it out after I had verbally explained to the young man how to administer it. When I picked them up they didn’t give me all their chew toys had to tell them that some were missing and they forgot to give me the medication for my senior dog. I had to drive back up there to pick it up. I had just came back from a funeral and so I forgot to ask for it as well. Once again they smelled horrible!!!!! I know they offer a bath for an extra charge before u pick them up but honestly neither one of my dogs is neutered so they always stay in the same room. I can’t figure out why they smell so bad every time I pick them up. Not sure how often the kennels are cleaned and sanitized but they need to be disinfected more often or use so type of different cleaner. In my opinion staff needs to pay a bit more attention to feeding, snack instructions, and make sure that ALL medical paperwork is filled out before pet parents leave the facility. This is why my rating is 3 stars. It’s conveniently located by my house and I will continue to leave my pets here but some better attention needs to be addressed.

Our reservations were canceled due to weather. We had to fined someone else. It was just short notice and put us in a bind. But I understand and thank them.
