Omg! My dog came back home looking like a brand new dog. She was groom very well and exactly how I wanted her groomed. Normally when you take a dog to get bathe and groomed they sometimes come back smelling of dog still…. Not with this place. My baby Bailey smelled so good and was super clean. I’m sure she felt like a new dog herself! Big Thanks to Patti and all of her employees for doing such a great job! I’ll definitely be back.

Never been to this location until today and don't think I'll be back unfortunately. This location is right by my gym, so after my workout I went in with my dog to look for a bed and found one with a price tag of $49. However, when the young kid with airpods was checking me out, he informed me that the price was actually $54 and that they had just changed some of their prices. I asked him when they changed the prices and he just responded with earlier this week. Okay, but not today as in Nov 26th, so not my fault the price tag on the bed still said $49. If I didn't need this bed for my dog immediately I would've gone somewhere else hands down. The kid just stared at me when I said it was a customer disservice not to honor the price tag. So needless to say, not impressed and I'll be canceling my upcoming grooming appointments.

I’m not coming here again. I don’t see the sense in charging extra to “dematt” if you’re just going to shave the dog bald anyway. My dogs ears are bald. They didn’t even buff the nails down and now they are at the point where he can injure me or himself just from scratching. He gave me 5 deep scratches when I picked him up. The excuse was that he didn’t like that…? This is not my first time getting this dog groomed, it’s up to what he likes when you’re cutting his nails. And idk what’s up with this idea if tipping before seeing the dog..? Why would I tip you if you ruined the dog? Outside of the fact that he’s shaved, every other thing doesn’t make sense, they didn’t even clean his ears… I’m not coming back here considering what I was charged. After 5 hours They didn’t even call me when it was done or give him water. Businesses are trying to make money back from the pandemic. Be weary.

This store has always given the best service and the most care when they have my fur babies! I love the selection of toys & treats they have as well and the staff is always so nice!

I have taken my dog to be groomed here twice and have been happy with both employees that took care of him. For a small store, they have a good variety of pet items to choose from too.

Patti's Pet Depot continues to give excellent customer service, wonderful variety of pet food and treats, and groomers that always exceed my expectations. Unlike the bigger stores/chains in Houston, the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. If I could give more stars I would!! Only place I will take my Labrador!

Really nice locally owned pet store. Competitive prices on dog food with decent selections. In house grooming. Great parking and easy to get to. Update: Went today because they sent an email about mobile health clinic service. I needed to get an updated kennel cough vaccine and some flea medication for my dog. It's a great partnership for Patti's and made my life easier by not having to hassle with an appointment. Lots of people turned out. I was able to get my dog food, treats and his vaccine in under an hour. Really great service to the community!

Awesome experience. Walked in without an appointment and they carefully trimmed my pups nails. Good pricing, personable staff. The groomer even showed me how to trim my dogs nails at home. Thank you!

My baby came back to me smelling amazing and happy! Super friendly staff that make you feel like your pet is really taken care of during their stay.

They didn't even blink at my bringing all 4 dogs at once! I wouldn't normally take all 4, but they were in desperate need! The staff of groomers are awesome! The dogs are clean and happy! The prices are reasonable as well! Highly recommend Patti's.... For toys, clothes, accessories, grooming, food ... All there! The young woman working the register was fantastic too!

Took my two dogs a small 11 year old Chihuahua and a 2 yr old pug in to get their nails clipped , Perfect experience. My older dog is very skittish and small , shes never calm during clippings, he was great with her , he talked to her And she noticeably was more comfortable. The pug even picked out a few treats ❤️

Charged $19 for nail grinding on a boston terrier. It used to be $10 last year. Won’t go there anymore. FYI Natural Pawz has $36 whole grooming(everything) package.

We have brought our Pom here a few times and got a great cut by a tall gentleman, but this time Dawna cut our dog and it was terrible. IV cut his hair better myself. We were charged extra because his hair was matted, but his hair wasn't. It's just very very thick, and he was dirty from a hike the previous day, hence our need for a wash and cut. IV been to dozens of Pom gatherings and iv never seen a cut this bad. We will not be back.

We called to request a grooming. The young lady was absolutely helpful in letting us know the schedule was full and answering questions. She actually put us on hold to convince the groomer to fit us in on the schedule if we got there in 30 minutes. It was already 3 p.m. so that was just a Blessing. The groomer was just as friendly and helpful, plus he did a spectacular job. With our lil doggy Leo being a new pet, we needed the works. Kennel. Leash, collar, food, snacks, toy, bath, flea dip and grooming... Very happy to support this business.. Thank you Patti's PET DEPOT.

Great staff and very friendly. I have a very shy ad timid dog that doesn’t do well in big environments so I stay away from bigger chains but this store has a great selection of treats and was super helpful with explaining to me what to feed my dog. They remember her name and offer treats and I think that’s a really nice personal touch that you get shopping here. The prices are a bit high on certain items and I think that just comes with being a small store that would be my only complaint is I tend to order things like dog food or car food and liter online because I can’t afford to buy it in the store.

This store deserves all of the stars for going above and beyond. My first encounter was with Patti, the owner. I got a new puppy right at the beginning of COVID19. I went to her store because it was closest to my house and I was in new-puppy mom- panic- mode. To my disappointment they were closed but she was kind enough to open up and let me buy some carpet spray, she did not have to do that . Then when my puppy was old enough to get groomed, I took him over to this store again. Donald was SO absolutely sweet to my puppy. He played with him a little before taking him into the store and my puppy looked so cute and happy when he left. I tried taking him to Petsmart before Pattis and the experience was COMPLETELY different and absolutely horrible. The prices were also much better! Thank you!

My 10 year old beagle has had severe back problems in the past. I wanted to find a place that would be gentle and patient with her. I was very happy to find Patti’s Pet Depot. Caleb was the groomer and was very kind and helpful. I have no doubt my dog was treated with respect and kindness. I would recommend this place to anyone in a similar situation as well as anyone who likes giving business to nice people. Patti is a sweetheart as well ;) I will be back for life!
