I'm very impressed with Dr. Addleman. We changed veterinarians recently due to ours moving to San Antonio and after a quest trying to find knowledgeable professionals we found Memorial Cat Hospital. We have several cats, some of them with special needs or advanced age and she shown knowledge and an open and versatile mind -sign of real intelligence-. Now this is "our place" for the furry family indoor and the feral cat colony we help taking care of.

I drove over an hour to take my cat to Memorial Cat Hospital and it was well worth the drive. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes which I had suspected. Dr. Folger treats hundreds of diabetic cats and I feel like my cat will be getting the best possible treatment. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgable and understanding.

Dr. Jesseman and the rest of the team always take such good care of my cat. She always answers my laundry list of questions with patience. You can tell the whole team really cares.

They are wonderful with all my cats over the years. I felt heard about my concerns and what is best for the cat. I had to make difficult decisions regarding the health of my cats and they give all the information you need and support your decision.

I was referred to Dr. Folger by Dr Ogg at Winrock Animal Clinic. I was told he was a cat specialist. He didn’t have an available appointment so I agreeded to see an associate. I request they get his records from both Tanglewild and Winrock Animal because he had bloodwork at both. I received a call the next day suggesting I take him to Gulf Coast Animal Clinic. My cat Willie is a 17 year old cat that at one time had pancreatis and got over it. He quit eating everything but his treats no matter what brand of cat food I buy. I am a loss… I asked when I booked his appointment I asked for them to be straight with me. If it was time to put him down let me know. I didn’t want him to suffer. I’m too emotionally attached to recognize when it was time. Instead they wanted to cancel my appointment and referred me to Gulf Coast with out even seeing him. I didn’t book an appointment with them because they were just another Vet Clinic.I booked with them because I was told they were the best for cat. I can’t recommend them because they turned me away when I reached out to them with help for Willie, they didn’t want to see him. I was never told what they thought about Willie’s condition just told to go to Gulf Coast. They wanted to cancel his appointment. . How many vet clinics do I need to go to to see if Willie is treatable? This cat is 17 years old.I know he’s not going to live for ever but I don’t wasn’t him to suffer. I just wanted their opinion of what was in his best interest. Ive been to Gulf Coast in the past with a Lab who had cushions disease and $800.00 later they told me not to treat it. Winrock did decide to treat it and my Lab live to 13 1/2 years after being diagnosed at a young age. Through my experience I would not recommend them.

We have been using Memorial Cat Hospital for our cats for many years. I wouldn’t take my cats anywhere else. They are all highly skilled and lovers of cats. I trust them, which is important when you’re entrusting them with your pet’s health. We saw Dr. Addleman-Seder this time. She was lovely with our cats and very kind and patient. We love Memorial Cat Hospital.

Let me start off by saying everyone here is absolutely fantastic. Finding a good vet for my menagerie after moving to Houston has been a nightmare. I have a senior cat who has been getting more and more health complications as well as losing a fair amount of weight. I was struggling to find a place that didn’t feel like they were charging me for random services to get more money, or that could competently diagnose her. After the 4th vet I decided to try a cat specific place in hopes of finding more specialized help with people who were passionate and more well-versed with senior issues. Dr. Lowe has been super amazing all the way through. She’s knowledgeable and confident and upfront about which treatment options she thinks would be effective or ineffective. The front staff is also awesome and welcoming and kind. I went in to get more kidney food and they were out but emailed me the script to order it myself within 5 minutes. These guys are just really great overall and I can’t recommend them enough. I am surprised they don’t have more reviews compared to some other clinics because they absolutely deserve them!! China’s lucky to have you guys and we’re super happy we found you!

They are Ok in terms of care and knowledge. Cost wise, not much competive. This is of course relative as they are specialized in cats and that comes with a price. But I don't understand the massive markup on medications purchased from them. It's a rip off and degrades the relationship because then you start to wonder what else has a massive markup too, including service. Two medications that costed me literally 4.95 dollars in an online pet pharmacy were quoted by memorial cat hospital around 61 dollars. That's beyond unreasonable, and not justifiable by any means. Good and lasting relationships are built on trust, and I feel uncomfortable to work with them when it comes to costs for treatment and medications, even though the service is OK. Bittersweet experience. You're probably better off going to a regular vet.

I have been taking my cat here for many years. My cat has received the very best care possible without a doubt. Dr. Pittari and Dr. Folger have always been so compassionate & professional regarding his care and treatment. All of the Doctors here are excellent and the front office staff are excellent as well. From Angelina front office Staff and Assistants in back offices to the Doctors, & Staff that care for boarding cats everyone works together to make your cat's visit as professional and pleasant as a trip to the Veterinary Office can be.

Dr Folger is the best! The only thing I wish he would do would to give an estimate before doing a procedure. I didn’t expect to pay $419, so that was a shock. But I still recommend Memorial Cat Hospital.

I appreciate everything about Memorial Cat Hospital, from the front desk help that is consistently kind, compassionate, and helpful every single time I call in, to the vets, and I have had the privilege of them helping 2 of our cats. One cat a few years ago needed a lot of special care. Not only were they knowledgeable about finding the problem, they were compassionate and thorough about treating it. I have seen 4 different vets at this clinic and everyone of them were as experienced and kind as the others.

Memorial Cat Hospital has taken care of my kitties for many years now and my experience there has always been very positive. Professional, trustworthy, friendly, and compassionate. The location is a bit far from where I live, but we continue to go there because they are the best.

I adore the staff at Memorial Cat Hospital. Their thorough exams and consistently friendly service make every visit a joy. Dr. Lowe, in particular, went out of her way to help us rehome a stray kitten we brought in for vaccines, etc. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have reviewed Memorial Cat Hospital and Dr Folger before. All of my kitties have had Dr Folger as their doctor since 1996. I would never consider taking my kitties anywhere else. Dr Folger, the other doctors in his practice and the staff are the best. They are so caring and sensitive to the needs of your cat and the feelings of the human cat companion. If you want the best for your kitty, go to Memorial Cat Hospital.

Very great experience. They were able to give good advice on the symptoms our cat has. He is a 16 yr old CKD cat and the experience felt very professional. We will be going back
