Patio Gate Pet Resort is a great place to board your fur baby. My dog has stayed there twice and loves it there. It’s a great place for them to interact and play with other dogs. I really like that they’re pretty active on Instagram so you can see all the fun that your fur baby is up to. ????

Very few places I would trust my fur baby to stay if it’s not with me or family but at Paito Gate Pet Resort I feel safe and secure knowing my baby is taken care of she is 9.5 and all I have everyone there is professional and amazing with the fur babies. I definitely will always recommend keeping your fur baby here for Day care or vacations stays

Patiogate pet resort is the best in all Houston!!!! NOT only are the prices are fantastic, but more importantly your dogs will have a blast and be on vacation too! I have two large dogs and it's so hard to find a place in the city that let's them run, play, and just be doggies.   The professional staff will love and treat your dog as their own.  All the staff know my dogs name and my doggies tails goes 90mph when they walk in.   They come home  as happier doggies.   This place rocks!

We have had our dog, Gracie, boarded here for two long vacations and have been so pleased with the Instagram updates and overall happiness that our dog has when we get her back. We had previously boarded her somewhere where they did not play much with her and are so happy here!

It was an amazing place to leave Buddy meanwhile we were in vacation! ???? First we’re kind of afraid because we never left our dog somewhere else and that was amazing to know about the temperament test, he was really happy when coming back home so we decided to look forward to let him stay there. When I pick him up he was so happy and tired (he is a really active dog) We are grateful for finding this place that make them feel like home

Awesome place to take care of your dog. The owner makes it easy to just drop off your dog for them to have a fun day. You can see daily videos on Instagram of their activities and at the end of the day you'll know your dog had a good time when they'll be heading home straight to bed from being tired. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

This is a great place for your 4 legged family members. The owner is very accommodating and the employees are very nice and friendly. We had to drop off our dogs real early one time and the owner helped us out because we had an early flight. Very much appreciated. My only issue is that the last time i dropped my dog off she didnt want to come home! lol

I found a dumped puppy, I needed a place to board him until a rescue can offer to take him. The owner, Sophie, is giving me the rescue rate!! How awesome is that? The dogs seem happy at the place, I will definitely recommend them!!

I absolutely love this place! Sophia and the team are awesome!.They have been taking care of my furbaby Blue and I wouldnt just leave him with just anyone, very responsible and trustworthy! Highly recommend

Absolutely love this place! I brought in my rambunctious 1 year old puppy to play and socialize with other dogs and he came home happy and TIRED! I cannot recommend Patio Gate enough! The staff and the owner are all extremely friendly and you can tell they really care about animals.

I had such a great experience with this place! They were able to fit in my pup at the last minute and took such great care. They posted multiple videos on their instagram every day so that I could check in. Such a great idea. I will for sure recommend this place to all of my friends with fur babies. Love love them. I have boarded my two dogs here multiple times, and I have not one complaint. The owner and staff truly love what they do, and the doggies love them. I love that my babies get to play all day. I have one baby that prefers to hang alone. They provided her time to do her sun bathing in peace. I love that they made accommodations for her. Love getting to spot my fur babies on their Instagram video updates. They are always pleasant when I call to check in on my pups. I would highly recommend them if you want you fur babies to be cared for with love and compassion. ❤️❤️

Very friendly place. Lot’s of space outside to play. Tango loves staying there and we can go on vacation knowing Sophia will be taking good care of him.

PatioGate Resort and Sophia are amazing. I do not know where to begin. Sophia is the best provider in the industry. Our dog has a lot of social issues and it was very hard to take her to other pet resorts because they did not want to deal with her being nervous or give her the time to become comfortable and get over her anxiety with new environments. We met Sophia and she instantly took the time and patience with our dog, nurtured her, showed her lots of love, taught us somethings we could do to help her with the anxiety and now our dogs loves going to PatioGate and so do my wife and I. To sum this up Sophia took the time to understand our pet and her personal needs to make sure our pet looked at PatioGate as her 2nd home. Sophia cares for all the pets and treat them as if they are her own!!! DO NOT HESITATE TO TAKE YOUR PET TO PATIOGATE PET RESORT.

Sophia and Erin are always so sweet to my fur baby Rusty. At first I was very hesitant about leaving him anywhere and with anyone other than my family but they are so welcoming and Sophia is so playful and nice to him. When I pick him up he’s always so happy which makes me happy. I have no worries when I drop him off for day care now. Definitely bring your fur babies here.

Me, my 4 years old shiba and my 2 years old rescue absolutely love PatioGate and all the employees. I started working in the area August 2019 and I went looking for places for daycare. I visited several and after Patiogate I knew I would take her there. The dogs play all day, that is the best definition. And the employees love dogs, it is not just a job, you could see how they treat them. For an unfortunate event, during covid 19 pandemic I left my baby for 2 weeks and I couldn't come back for 7 months. I kept in touch with the owner and the employees and they were all incredibly understanding, they helped me as much as possible by telling me every day how she was doing, sending pics and videos. I got food and medicine delivered without issues. The day I came back to pick her up it was a Sunday and I called them in the morning, I think they were more excited than I was, and they even waited 15min more than their close time just so I could pick her up in the morning as they understood how crazy I was to see her. Then, after a few weeks home, I started taking her again for day care while I worked. And maybe she would have separation anxiety or something? No! She ran inside as fast she could and starting kissing Sophia and Erin. My babies love all of them and I am thankful I found a place that she plays all day long (she comes back so tired, she barely eat and go to sleep), she has love and that I can count on for anything that comes my way. I had taken her for daycare prior to covid and I always liked them but how they helped me during the pandemic is another level, I would never expect a business to be so thoughtful.

I have had the best experience with Patio Gate! I was unable to take my pup with us out of town so I needed a place for him to stay for 3 nights. I found Patio Gate and it was the best decision I could've made for my pup! He is very energetic so the fact that the dogs get to play outside all day really makes him happy. Sophi, Erin and Sandoval are great and take great care of all the dogs there. I appreciate them because you can tell they genuinely care about all of the dogs at their facility. Whenever I have any questions Sophi responds fast and also keeps me updated with how my pup is doing. She also loads a lot of videos on Instagram so I am able to watch my boy interact with the other dogs. I now take my boy 2-3 times a week and he absolutely loves it! When I come pick him up he is always ready to nap, which tells me he's been playing a lot. I truly appreciate PatioGate and will remain a loyal customer. I would recommend them to anyone because they ensure your dog ACTUALLY plays and can run around (as dogs should). The best part is, he's made some new friends that he gets excited to see in the morning!

This locally owned small business is a great place to send your dog. I always know my fur baby will be treated well, and the owner posts lots of videos on Instagram so I can check in throughout the day.

My pet got kennel cough from this place. It’s disgusting, and neglectful. NEVER will my fur baby come here again!

Best dog boarding place out there! Rocco gets a ton of time to play outside and with other dogs at no extra charge. Dogs play all day! I am so glad I found PatioGate Pet Resort and recommend it to all of my friends.

Been taking our 1 year old for about 3 months 3 times a week. Very professional. Our dog always comes home happy and wiped from a long day of playing with the other pups.

Sophie and her staff were negligent, leaving our dog to sleep in a pee soaked bed for multiple nights, oblivious to injuries that caused multiple blood stains on his bedding, and was unprofessional and insulting when confronted about it. She wanted to "try to work something out" if we agreed not to leave a negative review, but we have no interest in bringing our dog to PatioGate again so we refused any agreement other than a refund or replacement of our bedding. Our dog was clearly forced to sleep on urine soaked bedding for multiple nights, given that the urine managed to soak through the normally waterproof bed cover. After being sent the pictures of the pillow inserts, she accused us of lying and sending pictures of beds that had been soiled prior to our stay. Our dog has not had an accident since he was 4 months old, and if he did we would never leave it in our home long enough to soak in and dry. She specifically assured us he had no injuries even after seeing the multiple blood stains that had soaked through the waterproof cover on his bedding. She threatened to talk to her “tight knit community of dog boarding/daycare places about us” and have us blacklisted from other boarding places. Her attempts at bullying and intimidation are as equally abhorrent as her lack of care for the dogs placed in her care.

Our pup Rome has been coming to patio gate for over 3 years now and LOVES IT! We have never had a negative experience, and Sophie and Irene have always responded immediately to any comment or concern. We trust Patio Gate with our fur baby any time of the week!

My Golden Retriever has come to Patio Gate for about three years now. Every day he can't wait to get there. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful. I feel like our dog is at his second home when he's there. I highly recommend sending your dog to Patio Gate for a day full of fun!

I wish I could give this place ten stars! My puppy was a rescue and has always been very skittish around new people and dogs. I was worried to board her, but I had to and I read a lot of great reviews for this place so I gave it a shot. My dog absolutely LOVES to go here! She has become more socialized and she has completely come out of her shell and I owe it all to the staff of this place. They are all so kind and you can tell they absolutely love their jobs and love all of the dogs! There are multiple big outdoor spaces for the dogs to run around and play in and it's covered so there is shade. They also have an Instagram and post videos of the dogs playing which warms my heart and helps with my separation anxiety from my dog. I recently moved 35 min away from this resort, but I would drive way further than that in order to continue taking my dog here. As soon as my dog realizes where we are going she can barely contain her excitement and tries to sprint inside to see some of her favorite people and dog friends! The dogs truly play all day and if you love your dog and worry about boarding or day caring them, i would absolutely recommend this place.
