Well organized and nice to deal with. They fix ferel cats for free, but you must call first to CAPS (Citizens for Animal Protection) and make an appointment on the 20th of each month.

I had a great experience at Panda wellness!! I took my new puppy to get his shots and they took good care of my puppy. This place is not only affordable but very professional and easy to make an appointment online. I will definitely be coming here for all my veterinarian needs.

take too long to answer. Always get order wrong. Always say they have no whip cream when they do!...it goes on and on. Stay away!..go somewhere else!

Our puppy had Parvo, thanks to Panda Wellness Center, the care and support that gave us and our great Dane puppy, Zueus has made a miraculous recovery!!

Got my dog fixed. I was not informed prior that they will not call us when it is ready to pick up my pupper. Got charged for a 40$ boarding fee for being late for 10 mins. Plus not the very pleasant personel that ive talked to.

The entire staff and vet have been essential to the health and comfort of my pups. The vet is compassionate and knowledgeable. All of my animals go to Panda Wellness.

Panda wellness is the best pet center in Houston. The staff is very friendly and they really do care about your fur babies. The Dr's are gentle and caring. I will continue to take all 4 of my dogs to Panda Wellness Center

They are so great, you can tell that all the staff really do love the animals.

Staff is very compassionate and always greet you walk in the door. I have been taking my cat here for 5+ years. No hidden cost and always tell you how much shots, nailclipping, procedures ect cost before and they respect your wishes as to you want done.. I'll never go to another vet again!

Staff very indifferent about your pets vet will not let pets owners come in to watch the level of care when you're pet is in distress staff doesn't stop and tell you until they have injured your pet stay away if you love your pet

I took my dog Bella to get fixed and it turned out she was unable to get surgery. The staff was so professional, they called me before doing any procedures and were very honest. I picked her up and they did not charge me for her 4 hour stay. Where can you get such honesty and wonderful customer service- Panda Wellness Center in Katy!!! I would highly recommend this business. My sister brings her pups here and she always recommended Panda Wellness. I Loved every step from scheduling my furbabies for an appointment to the way my older pup was treated, then explained every detail of his exam and what he needed. My furbabies couldn’t be in better hands.

It was my first time there and everyone was so nice and it was very clean. A lot of times it can be a stressful experience at the vet but I really felt like I was at home. They thoroughly answered my questions and I will definitely be going back. As a matter fact I’m going back today. They are Officially my new vet ????

Extremely rude staff! Went to see if a stray dog I found was chipped so I could find his owner. No chip was found and while I was trying to ask the staff questions one of the members/ employees were extremely rude and wasn’t allowing me to speak. Very unprofessional I just moved back to Houston and my own animals will never come here. If your rude to me for no apparent reason when I’m checking for a chip I would hate to see the service when my 2 dogs and 2 cats need shot updates I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
