I absolutely love working with this staff. They are very personable, treat my babies like kids and listen when I ask for specific info on procedures.

one doctor, who was filling in, was great. When we brought our urgent need dog in, she was awesome. The next doctor was good. She seemed to know her stuff, it was a bit distracted and had to leave before our appointment was done, because of an event with her 4 kids. The last doctor is a mystery, because nobody ever showed up in the room. No tech, no vet, nothing. I waited 45 minutes in a room, alone, listening to someone clearing his throat, repeatedly, and someone else sneezing over and over, on the other side of the door. This office doesn’t use face masks (unless asked) and I felt unsafe. And while nobody bothered to come in, in all that time, I just left. There was nobody at the desk to speak with, so I just left. I tried to call, and it went to voicemail. So I figured, that when they noticed I was gone, they’d call me… that was three days ago. And no call. I will find a new place to take my four animals.

So professional! So clean! So informative! We are happy and feel great trusting MVH with our little Rex!

I am so thankful I found this hospital. The staff was incredible and Dr Salazar took the time to discuss my options in great detail and made sure I understood everything so I could make the best decision for my kiddo. My Dachshund and I are very pleased with the care he was given!!

Awesome place super friendly. I took Pete there 2 days ago for an emergency they got me in quick got him checked out. And got him some treatment. He is doing g much better and the Doctor even called to check on him. I 1000% recommend this vet clinic. They potentially saved my pup from going blind and I legit can not thank them enough.

Wonderful staff that treats your pets like their own. I have had consistently great experiences with everyone from the front desk to the drs. I can’t say enough how happy and relieved I am to know my fur kids are being so well taken care of at magnolia vet hospital.

I was on hold for 10 min, as soon as she got on the phone I told her I had a question about my puppy and she was a client there, she just said “hold on” and then hung up the phone, never called back.

Dr. Salazar is an amazing and caring Veterinarian, and so is his wife. They both will go above and beyond for their patients. The staff at this hospital is also very sweet and amazing. The patient’s care and needs always come first. I highly recommend Magnolia Veterinary Hospital!

This place is a God sent.....I took my best friend of 13 yrs there when he got very sick the vet told me everything I needed to know and.i decided to put my dear friend down....hard decision but it was the right one....they held my friend til I could get the money for his cremation...these people really care....I can not thank them enough for their kindness ....ty you all ..... o yeah my best friends name was...Buggs

I cannot say enough great things about Magnolia Veterinary Hospital. I am a first time patient and so impressed with the staff, the great service, and excellent communication. I brought our kitty in with a severe gash. They explained treatment options and were mindful of my budget. I am so glad I have found a trustworthy vet for our pets. A+++

I went in to have an abscess sewn and tubed. It was very expensive, nearly $600. With meds it was over $900. No one wore masks who came in and only a few staff had them on. It really made me feel unsafe. They do a good job with the animals. Too bad it is too costly.

You would be hard pressed to find a better veterinarian clinic than this one.

UPDATE TO ORIGINAL POST: After posting this review, I received a call back from the vet's office. They charged me $ for one Rx but said they would waive other Rx refill due to the fact that I had refills available already after a mandatory vet visit. ORIGINAL POST: Horrible, only place I have EVER gone to that charges the responsible pet owner $ to fill Rx's thru a pharmacy of owner's choice. The staff will say this is to deter/prevent owners from ordering thru pharmacies that do not have legit products. In other words, to punish a responsible pet owner for trying to buy at competitive price (at legit pharmacies used for years), they charge you extra $. I have been to several vets in this area and never experienced this blatant attempt at trying to earn an extra buck. Sickening!

The best veterinary clinic around in my opinion. Helped me give good quality of life to my 14 year old with multiple medical conditions. I credit them for giving me some additional months with her which I will forever be grateful for.

Dr. Salazar and his team fit us in at the last minute during COVID, and shortly before they closed. We have just relocated, with no vet near. They were friendly, fast and thorough. We brought home our Lexi intact and with good news. Thank you! We will be returning for preventative, for both our pups.

The best care available! They gave my dog excellent care, attention to detail and love beyond my expectations. Bambi's heart failed her but the Dr. and entire staff were her champions through it all. I highly recommend them!!
