They take great care of the cats are are very clean!! I am so appreciative of how well they run this business and how meticulous they are. They run a tight ship and it shows. I highly recommend this boarder to anyone who loves their cat!

Nourish was recommended to us by our vet and we couldn't be more pleased with how well they took care of our senior cat over Christmas. They immediately responded to any emails we sent and we loved receiving updates and pictures of our cat happily playing. They even convinced him to take his daily meds in a pill pocket treat instead of having to administer the pill in a capsule so that made his stay even less stressful. We will definitely use Nourish again and recommend their boarding facility to friends.

I use to work at this place a while back. Recently I adopted a rescue kitten. I needed some food while I was in the area. I had my sister stop by a week ago, and she told me about the horrific experience she had. The owner like always was very rude and unprofessional. She even witnessed her being disrespectful and throwing down the employees just like they did to me. My sister left a review about a week ago explaining what she saw. I was hoping to order online from this pace cause they only carry a certain type of food my cat can eat, and I happen to stumble upon the reviews. Seems like the owner had my sisters review removed. This is very stupid of you, you guys want to hide anything and that goes on in this place. They have great products for your pets but terrible customer service and terrible management for the staff. This is my 1 star review, and tbh I wish you could give these people a 0 star. Do not remove negative reviews from your site, it’s shows how the company really runs behind closed doors. If another place carried my food for my kitten I would go somewhere else

The facility is very clean and sanitary and welcoming. The technicians are helpful, friendly and loving towards the boarded cats. I will ALWAYS board my cat here!

I can not say enough positive things about my first experience boarding my fur babies here! I had to get some surgery done and wanted to leave my fur babies with a reliable establishment. The owner and her team were AMAZING to work with and really helped me out when I needed help the most. I will definitely leave my cats with them in the future when I travel. I was so nervous to board my cat for the first time, but Nourish ended up being amazing! They sent multiple updates of my cat Remy with pictures which was fantastic. He was playing, eating well, and showed no signs of stress upon returning home. Everyone here was so kind and I will make sure to take Remy back here any time I go out of town. Thank you Nourish!

All of the fantastic reviews are for a reason! I called and spoke with Linda, the owner, who patiently answered all of my questions and offered to give me a tour of the facility which I took her up on. The place is incredibly clean and nice. The team is very professional, kind and accommodating and they love what they do! Plus they send photo updates on your kitties which are the highlights of your day… They also have a retail store at Memorial location and just recently opened a second location (cat boarding only, no retail ) at Rice Village which I am so excited to visit soon.

Friendly and genuinely pet caring staff, my two cats seemed to be enjoying their stay here and like the food, every few days will receive photos of the cats about their behaving which is very considerate. I will come back again the next time if I am out of town for long period. Recommend.

I am extremely happy that after deep research I finally found an excellent place to leave my cat Mago while I was on vacation for a week. Bill (one of the owners) was very nice and patient explaining everything about the facility and answering all my questions. The facility is neat and specially designed to board cats and make them feel comfortable. Since it was the first time boarding my cat, I was very nervous but Rebekah (one of the members of the staff) at Cat Boarding by Nourish at Rice Village location was very sweet sending me updates and pictures that let me see how happy and comfortable my cat was at this place. I definitely took the right decision by leaving Mago in hands of a very professional, dedicated and cat lovers team. Thank you Bill and Beckah for taking great care of my beloved cat. I am sure he is already missing you all.

My cat Pallas has had the BEST stay with Nourish Cat Boarding!! She had never been boarded before, so I was very on edge. After being provided with current pictures and updates every three days, I was able to see how comfortable she got. I’m almost afraid she won’t want to come home with us tomorrow haha! The staff is so friendly and the owners are also very kind and courteous. Definitely looking forward to boarding here again for both of our kitties!!

Fantastic mom and pop pet store that we’ve been going to for the last 7 years! The owners are super friendly and personable. I never worry about our kitty cats when they are with the Nourish staff. They always come home very relaxed and happy!

We evacuated from Hurricane Laura after our hometown (Lake Charles, LA) took a direct hit. They made accommodations for us and have been so kind to us. They cater to your kitty and ask specific questions about your cat to make sure they get the best care and attention possible. The owner personally spent 10-15 minutes answering all my questions and I felt completely comfortable leaving our kitties there. The facility is well kept and clean and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended!
