Wonderful staff who always provide the best service for our pets!

Best Vet care in Houston. This crew, not just the vets, truly LOVE all the animals they see. The care is the very best. When we adopted our Nugget in 2008, he came down with pneumonia with in days. We had him in an emergency facility that wanted us to put him down. Dr. Fix said NO! Give him Tamiflu. The vet in the clinic said that would not help.... I asked would it hurt? No, but it won't help. Told him to do what my vet had said. They did, received a phone call with in thirty minutes telling me my puppy was recovering so quickly, he'd be able to go home that night!!!!!! He and Dr. Roland have helped us transition when it was time to say good bye to our furbabies.... The vet techs??? We trust them with our pets whenever we need advice, or home care! We cannot say enough good things about this Veterinarian team! They don't sugar coat, they don't make false promises, and they don't give up!

I've been going here for 4 years. They really care about animals and really try to help your pet. I once tried a different vet clinic that was closer to us during the pandemic and they took my cat, handed her back and never even spoke to me, never gave me a summary sheet nor did they tell me how my cat was (it was a first time checkup). This clinic is very communicative and runs the summary down at least 3 times. If you live in the area, they are a fantastic choice!

I just simply called to see how to go about things before just taking my dog in because she is a rescue but the receptionist attitude is HORRIBLE! I will never take my dog to them or refer them anybody just based off of her attitude. Her mouth is very smart and truth be told the vet may be good but she is going to be the reason the vet will lose out on business!

Doctor Fix has a great love for all animals. He dedicates all the necessary time to them and speaks with you personally to communicate the status of your pet. All their staff are just as caring and efficient. My dog ​​Max is very nervous (he is a rescue) but with patience Dr. Fix knows how to handle and treat him.

Nice people nice doctors....its memorial expensive but great service. VASCEPA is good for your ♥️!

Used to go there, the vet is great but the receptionist treats you horribly! She is the reason why I’m taking my dog elsewhere, no empathy and really bad attitude against the clients, I’m sorry for the vet but they need people with better customer service.

I called to schedule my cat to come in for a check up. Dana was rude and kind of condescending because my cat’s vaccines aren’t up to date. I’ve decided that I will schedule my cat’s vet appointment at one of the other numerous competing vet clinics.

We have been bringing our dogs in here for many, many years with excellent results. This clinic has that "feel right at home" when you arrive. Who wouldn't feel comforted that their furbabies doctor's name is Dr. Fix?? Wonderful vet, everyone that works there is amazing. My Sadie was acting funny, we took her to see the doctor, they ran test because she had symptoms of lymphoma. Turns out she did have it. Dr. Fix referred us to a colleague that specializes in canine cancer. We got her on chemo and she lived for another 3 years! I will NEVER go to another vet as long as Nottingham Animal Clinic is still around!!!

I came to get my cat his vaccinations and I arrived well before thier closing time, when I walked in I was not greeted while I was standing in front of the desk!! Then I took a seat just waiting for my turn and litteraly about 11:57am ( closing time is 12 pm) they finally decided to come up to me, but not to finally get checked out but only to ask me to leave because they close at 12 and to make an appointment on Monday!! After I've been sitting there for an hour waiting. The receptionist really needs to pay more attention to coustomers walking in and working on people skills.
