Made an appt at two pm because they said it was the only one available the same week I called. I asked if I they had an appointment at 230 or 3 pm and they said no. So I show up sharp at two pm the vet tech takes weight of my pet and says the vet will be in soon. An hour later I am still there while several people have had their pets seen. Their was no respect of my time and honestly this has been a first. Never coming back!No apologies, no accountability.

They never disappoint!!!!! Never had a steady vet before because my visits were usually dry and judgemental because they think the strays i bring in on bad condition sometimes are my negligence. At this clinic people are so gentle and I LOVE how they call my pets BABIES OR MY CHILDREN. THEY GET IT!! I LOVE MY PETS AND I love NW Animal Hospital!! I recommend 100% Lucky, Robin, and Snowy are grateful for y'all today. Thanks for keeping my pets healthy and informing me of everything.

My wife and I are so impressed with this animal hospital! We have been to two other doctors within the past 6 months due to our dog’s allergies and they attempted to give her different medications, lotions, ear drops, etc and it did nothing. She was constantly scratching herself at night to the point where her skin was bleeding, her ears were crusty, her paws were super red and inflamed, and we noticed a decrease in her energy level. We were referred by our dog trainer to see a doctor at Northwest Animal hospital. Within three days after seeing Dr. Calhoon, we’re already seeing positive results! The red patches along her private area are starting to fade away, she can sleep through the night without waking up, she’s more cheerful/playful, and no more crusty ears. We are so thankful for the staff here as we didn’t have to wait another month to see a dermatologist specialist. Not to mention, pricing here is REASONABLE!! They actually care about your pet and want it to be affordable for your pets to get better :) They were very thorough and educated us on why they were doing everything. BEYOND HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE HERE!

They care for our four legged babies as if they have known them forever! Everyone loves our Oscar ???????? and he loves the staff!!

The Vetinarian and staff are so loving and caring of our new pup, Gunner. We are so lucky to have found them.

Dr. Calhoon was so empathetic and comforting as I had to put my fur baby to sleep. Not many doctors have shown the compassion she did during this process. I definitely recommend this place, and their prices are reasonable as well.

Dr Huckabee and staff are fantastic and we'll work the over 1 hour drive to get to their location. if you're looking for a vet that will do a really good C-section on your dog this vet will take excellent care of your dog. I can't speak highly enough of this veterinarian I wish they were closer.

Dr Molly and her staff are amazing! From steer to rabbits, she takes such good care of our animals.

I take all 5 of my dogs there to get treated when they brake on me. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the needs of my pups. The doctors know exactly how to care for them and they always call me to follow up after an appointment. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.

I've been taking my dog, Samantha, here for about 5 years. As others have said, everyone is amazing. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes before being called back. I love this place and wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

Friendly and professional. They are a keeper.

Super friendly, love my cat when I bring him and are always very welcoming. Only thing I wish was different is rechecks. At my old vet, before I moved, rechecks weren't charged. If we were required to bring an animal in for a recheck, it was included with their check-up, not an extra $50 to have them tell me everything is going good.

My last vet told me my pug had a chest infection. After it didn't get better and they refused to see him for 3 weeks, I brought him here. An xray showed a badly collapsed trachea. We got some medicine, and dietary changes an he's doing so much better now. They treat your pet well, and are very friendly. Reasonable prices plus they accept care credit.

We’ve taken all of our animals faithfully to Northwest, and until today we’ve been extremely happy. No explanation or diagnosis was given to our pup, but she was given two medications anyway. Also, not thrilled to let my animal be taken in without my presence to see a new vet we’ve never met.

The vets and support staff are excellent, caring and thorough. You can trust your pets in thier hands.
