I like the place but they never answer their phone when I call

They're great. All the techs are helpful and as nice as can be. The vet!!! I can't say enough great things about him

Took my cat to get their annual checkup and vaccinations. I called ahead and booked an appointment about 3-4 days prior. I would definitely recommend doing this as I was in and out in less than an hour. I saw numerous other reviews stating that the wait was long but I believe that is only for walk-ins. I will be bringing my other animals here in the future. The doctor paid attention to my additional requests and the staff was very helpful and upfront about costs.

I haven’t been on this clinic but. I was calling all day long about my puppy he caught parvo and Another vet refuse to take care of him ???? I found north line clinic. And whoever answer the phone for me was really nice and answered all my questions ❤️ But I don’t make it on time to bring him in,when I get home from the job he passed away,why I don’t find this clinic before ???????? I love u my nino and you gonna be on my heart all my life ????

Well, didn’t even get past the phone call. The person who answered the phone was rude and acted like I was bothering them by calling. And didn’t even answer my question. Ok….?

Terrible place. Took my dog in for an infection, they barely looked at her, just prescribed a "spray" to use for the infection. I tried asking questions but the vet ignored me. Then they made me purchase a cone that's was WAY too big. Told me to trim it myself when I got home. I will be sure to tell people I know to not consider this place. I went to a different clinic and was treated way better.

I would recommend this place they took good care of our dog and for a low price

Have used this vet for more years than I can remember. Staff is kind and considerate and knowledgeable. They stay stocked on products we like. They're good about reminders too!

Dr. Challa did surgery on my 14 year old dog and was so compassionate and caring. I've been coming to this clinic since the same dog was 6 weeks old. The staff is always friendly and caring. I would recommend this vet and the clinic to anyone needing a great doctor for their fur babies.

Rescued a little dumpster kitten. For all shots/treatment needed was only $71 & that's with being a new customer, most places would've charged $120 absolute minimum. This place deserves a giant gold cat statue & key to the city. Pretty sure it was the same Vet who helped me bring a little black cat back to health over a year ago. Thorough staff, awesome place appreciate you.

WHO is leaving these great reviews? SURELY they did not deal with the same people who displayed EXTREME levels of incompetence, who I dealt with. I had to call (voicemail full); message (on their site, as instructed); email; and finally walk-in, only to be told they were booked until three days from then but that I could wait. OUTSIDE - with a sick dog, in my car. Okay, sure. Four hours later, after three calls to them with varying erroneous times of "how much longer?" responses, they took my dog and said I would continue to have to wait outside. SERIOUSLY? I insisted that the doctor call me because his receptionists are brain-dead. He did. He seemed capable enough, if not fully versed in English. (Just truth; he was difficult to understand). He listened mostly well. We shortly discussed tests, and possible scenarios. Two hours later we got an I'm sorry for the wait and something about being out of a test or the wrong test. Spent $329 for a diagnosis of "I don't know, but according to lab work it could be Pancreatis" (Sp?) and meds. I do not even know if they really DID the Parvo test I specifically requested. Additionally, he apparently only has powder form of some meds (how to get dog to take it if they don't want to eat?) and an anti-emetic (nausea med) that I Googled and which says it isn't very safe (but which at a later point and time gave her anyway because I was desperate seeing my dog vomit). Once home from that ordeal, she began jerking; something I had never seen her do. Kind of like you do when you are falling asleep and something startles you. I called the clinic yet again and was told to: TAKE HER TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM IF I THINK IT IS A SEIZURE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT AN EMERGENCY CLINIC. Unbelievable! Why did you not say this when you were charging me, or better yet, before having to WAIT. The next day she appeared to be well. The day after, she began throwing up again and had the runs. I called again because, heck, give me my money back if you didn't DO anything ... and after the brain-dead assistants answered and got the doctor he said he tried calling the day before. (Wrong number despite the fact that I had asked the assistants to fix it several times). He kept talking over me and started naming a number of more high-dollar tests we could run. Honestly, this clinic is in business on a throw-it-at-the-wall-and-see-what-sticks method of "care" and the ONLY reason that his patient roster is SO full is that veterinary care in Houston is through the roof and everyone looks for those who advertise as "affordable". What an awful way to make a living.

It was quick and the ladies very professional

They are very helpful but are very busy with lot of pet every day the prices are low depending on the needs they told me $450 to do surgery on my dog's tail that was injured by a neighbor 4 days ago but their prices have always been reasonable.

Super helpful staff and the nicest doctor works there. They are super cheap too!
