Very thankful I found this place for my fur baby. They took their time with her and really made me feel at ease about her condition. Pricing for treatment was manageable. Highly recommend if you love your animals ????

worst hospital won’t recommend they just take ur money and careless if your pup lives or dies never again followed up neither the doctor or the manager dint bother to diagnose

I love that they have appointments! And Dr. Miller is the best! He called to check on my baby several times after having surgery, which meant the world to me. They really care about your 4 legged family member.

Always helpful and insightful when it comes to our pupper. Never a bad experience for the all the years we've be taking our Chihuahua there.

After going to 3 different veterinary clinics and 2 hospitals I hit the Jackpot here at Houston Veterinary Hospital. This is the most clean, caring, on point and most patient and loving hospital.. EVERY TIME I CALLED WITH A QUESTION THE STAFF MADE SURE DR. MILLER TO GET TO ME... My Dog was saved Thanks to Dr. MILLER AND ALL HIS WONDERFUL STAFF... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Great reasonable cost Vet that actually cares about your pet! I took my baby here yesterday and it was my very first visit. Since I got her we’ve had an issue with excess earwax buildup and Dr. Miller was the first person to not just throw meds at it and do an ear culture on her to get to the bottom of it. He gave me more info than the other two vets I’ve taken her to and seems to genuinely care about your pet, which meant a lot to me. Staff is also very friendly. Costs are reasonable, which is a rarity in Houston for clinics you can make an appointment at. We’ll definitely be back and I’ll be telling my friends who are also disappointed with the super expensive sup par care we’ve been getting other places around the city.

Took my cat in, was hard to tell what was wrong, the vet found a tiny puncture wound/abscess that had formed, pain meds and antibiotics at a reasonable price. Hopefully my cat is on his way to recovery, very thorough service which I recommend. Thanks again.

I bring my dog here and they are very polite, they try to help any way that they can. They will try to answer your questions the best they can. Their prices are a little on the high side but their customer service is worth paying more.

Terrible almost had to wait 10 min for the waitress to clean the table I asked for I heard the manager say let him wait.Yes the so called manager she told the waitrss to make me wait so after 8 min I told is it taking so long to clean the table she the waitress in that section and was busy. Oh really I said it don't take 10 min or more to clean a table the hostesses could have cleaned it she was just standing there eyeballing me. A real Manager would have sent anyone to go clean the table for the customer she Needs for training she Sucks. Terrible place Don't waste your money go to Micky D's better food Way Better service.

Made an appointment at 9:00. As a first time patient me and rocko were in and out by 9:39 with top notch service. Clean facility

This place took wonderful care of our babies .The Dr .his nurses and the front desk are the most sweetest compassionate people ever. They are true animal lovers. Thank you so much for being who you are. ????

I love this animal hospital ! I will come here for all my needs for all my pets from now on! They are very good at keeping the pet parent informed & I can tell the people here really love my pets! They go above & beyond & won’t stop at any measure to make sure your fur baby is well & happy:). I personally would like to thank & recognize Jenny at the front desk for answering all my questions & being so kind to me, dr. Staff was amazingly friendly... Vet actually seamed like he really likes animals... Was really great with Lizzy Bear... Wonderful experience.

The Dr. Did a poor job of taking care of my Sasha she passed away because of his negligence and then he tried to lie to me& my wife about the cause of death it was only a spade procedure he forgot to tie up a suture and she hemorrhaged to death shame on him..I will never forgive him for this never...

The staff was helpful, courteous, and friendly. The vet was very kind and made my cat Agnes comfortable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely bring my pet again.

After taking our red nose Pit bull to two other places one out of Emergency than to his regular vet, my husband follow Houston Veterinary Hospital and what a huge blessing it has been this will be the only Vet we will ever come to! The outside on the building is a bit deceiving but we know you can’t judge something or someone by the outside, we went in and the staff is friendly and super helpful even other patients! The wait is worth it please do not go there if you are impatient! The Veterinary Mr. Miller actually gets to know and care for your animal and truly shows it with his care. We thank you for taking care of our family member!! We would rather wait than go back to any other place that just do things quickly and the easier way if you want that please don’t not waste his or your time. If you care for your pet like we do and want honesty and great care with a helpful kind Vet I highly recommend!!! We will see you soon. They even follow up we you to make sure your pet is well I mean I have ever had that what service we love it thank you again!

I take all 6 of my pets here. The doctors are excellent and the staff is awesome. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pets.

Very professional lovely environment. This hospital for pets is very very honest. My wife and I came to this place with our pup ghost. He had a prostate issue that was not explained to us fully by our last professional vet, super informative about our pups Heath to better plan his future as well.

I was surprised to get a call from Dr.Miller to check in on my dog. I took my cats and dogs to different vets and this is the first I heard from a doctor 2 days after the visit to check in on my baby. Thank you so much Dr.Miller and the staff :)

Great visit for my Harley

Very disappointed with the doctor. I took my Cat here 03/20/21 she was experiencing circle spots, rash all over her face for weeks and some diarrhea. The Vet only prescribed a ointment cream. Nothing prescribed to help for the diarrhea.. 2 days later, I had to take my cat to a different vet. I took my cat to “Alief Animal Hospital” the rash was getting worse with the ointment cream and she was still having diarrhea! My poor baby was given medication to treat the diarrhea, some probiotics and at that location we found out it was Ringworm causing all this!!! I am now experiencing symptoms of Ringworm because it’s highly contagious to humans. My poor cat should’ve been treated earlier at this location with the “correct diagnosis”. I think the Vet should’ve done a culture skin test since the beginning to check what was really causing all this. They don’t allow pet owners to come inside so we don’t even know if they’re really taking their time to examine our pets. Over @Alief Animal Hospital they do let pet owners come inside ,so you do see what’s going on. If you take your pets here PLEASE make sure your pet is diagnosed with the “CORRECT diagnosis” so you don’t go through what, me and my cat are going through.

They took real good care of dog

Had to bring my 2 yr old cat here on an emergency. He had an abscess that popped and our regular vet couldn't see him for another 3 days. The vet (I honestly don't remeber his name) was extremely well at communicating, he called us periodically with updates...my cat wound up having to have surgery and stay at tbe clinic for 3 days..and even a week after we brought him home, the vet called to see how everything was going. The front desk staff was amazing, they worked with us on payments (because it was $1800) and were very understanding and gave us some options to receive assistance. Even when we had family and friends call in donatations, the staff was very polite and professional. I definitely recommend this office and even if I move away from this part of town, will continue to use them whenever my pets need a service

Doctor is friendly and helpful during covid times. Took the time to call me and explain any issues.
