I had an appointment scheduled for my pet and I arrived on time and waited for an hour before they took us back. My pet gets anxious at the vet anyways and sitting in the waiting area for an hour only made it that much worse.

I have been taking me puppy here for past 4 months for routine needs and happy with service. Well this morning I am upset. When I first started bringing my baby here I collected pricing. I was told office visits/exams were $25. I’ve always been charged $25. Today was our first sick visit (ear pain) so I thought it would be $25 exam and no need for diagnostic test. At check out they informed me that exam fee for sick visit is $75. Well y’all need to say exam fee is based on reason for visit if someone calls to ask about pricing. The doctor checks her ears and say it’s normal nothing is wrong. Ok great. Then she says she’s gonna take a sample and look quickly under microscope. That quick look cost $45 extra dollars. I would have appreciated her to ask me if I wanted to confirm with a swab being that it was an extra charge. I work in healthcare so I get it. But if I look at something and its clearly normal, I won’t order additional testing without confirming with client. They are nice and friendly but $115 for a 5 minute ear exam is excessive.

If you love your pets, this is the place to come! They have the best staff and doctors you will ever find! So caring, loving and consider a family!! The best service you can find!!! They will do whatever it takes to take care of your family member as if it was there own! They will go above and beyond!

Had puppy spayed and fit with microchip. The Dr and staff treat her like she was their own puppy. Been taking our dachshund to North Channel Animal Hospital for almost a year. Helpful staff and good doctors

We’ve been here but at the older location & have a new puppy so we hadn’t been here since our Lady has been gone. Very nice facility, clean and the staff were friendly, professional taking care of our Bailey! My daughter & I have been here twice since. Each time we’re amazed at how receptive your team is in caring for our pup. We would recommend this place to everyone! Thanks

Dr. Bordeaux and Jennifer (the Office Manager) are compassionate and loving about animals, and it shows in their work ethics. I am not the biggest fan of the front staff. They treat you more like “a number”. But my cat, Oreo loves Dr. Bordeaux and she has been treating him (and his deceased brother Sebastian) since we moved into the neighborhood.

An immediate walk in appt was facilitated for my sick furbaby. She had to be admitted for IV meds and fluids. She was happy and able to eat when I returned. All staff and physician were extremely helpful, caring and attentive.

Dr.Bordeau was good as always. She has been taking care of our little furry family for years already. We were also wonderfully attended by a great vet tech who was incredibly sweet and made our little one feel at home (not certain because of the mask covering her face, but it may have been Karina?)

Friendly staff. Clean office. Kind vet. I felt very safe and secure bringing my baby girl here. Definitely recommend.

I have used North Channel Animal Hospital for over 15 years. Very caring and professional staff. They take great care of your pets.

My parent's used North Channel Animal Hospital back when it was located further down Wallisville road near the Dairy Queen for all of their animals needs at the time. As such when my cat Ares needed his sutures removed from an ER visit I called and was able to secure an appointment within the time frame needed. The staff was very courteous and conscentious toward how Ares was feeling, and I found the doctor, Dr. de Leon, to be forthright in what she recommended to happen with Ares. We didn't have to wait long after checking in, we were on time for our appointment and brought in before the actual time. The technicians and Doctor took excellent care of Ares taking their samples for tests and removing the dead skin from the sutures as well as the sutures themselves. I plan to keep going there so that Ares will stay fit and healthy.

The vets are so nice here. The staff and vets are very organized. they truly care about your pet. Very clean and nice here too.

People be aware of what they are putting to your pets. I have a husky and they treated her with (Invermectin) this is toxic and lethal specially for this breed. Instead of giving her what she needed and make her feel better they were doing the opposite. So sad to know that y'all interest in clients is money and not the wellness for our pets...

I came here 2 time I Recommend coming over here they know what they doing they take care of ur fur babies mine cat had surgery here to get spray last week we didn’t had no problem at all and now today we went to get a check up to see if everything is okay after 10 day i love it here next time I will bring my other babies to this place thank north channel animal hospital ????????????

Dr. Boudreaux has been all our pets vet. She has saved our cat excellent professional and caring vet. The best any animal can get nothing nor no one better.

Our pet was seriously ill and in dire need of a procedure that came with a high chance of losing him but Dr. Ray took the risk and saved him. We are very satisfied with the service at this hospital and Dr. Ray is wonderful, compassionate, and very professional and for that we are very grateful.

The staff are helpful and caring, absolute pleasure to deal with
